Abstract

本发明涉及一种牛仔裤印花工艺。本发明公开了一种活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:活性染料25‑35%,连接料20‑30%,有机溶剂10‑30%,消泡剂0.3‑0.5%,余量为水。本发明活性染料凹印油墨由于主要采用去离子水和有机溶剂做溶剂,使得油墨与特殊薄膜印刷适应性良好,而且印刷于特殊薄膜上的活性染料在湿态时具有极佳的转移性,适合于湿法冷转移工艺,制备简单,成本较低。

本申请是申请号为2016100352809,申请日为2016年01月19日,发明创造名称为“一种活性染料凹印油墨及其制备方法”的专利的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及化学油墨领域,具体涉及一种活性染料凹印油墨及其制备方法。
背景技术
染料对纺织物进行印花的方法目前在印染行业中主要分为三大类,一类是多至十几套色的染料色浆平网印花或圆网印花;另一类是染料油墨转移印花(包括热转移印花和冷转移印花);还有一类是染料墨水喷墨印花。
染料色浆平网印花或圆网印花是一种传统的印花方法,具有工艺流程较短,生产加工成本较低等优点,但是也存在印花图案颜色层次变化不丰富,有些染料固色率不高,水洗过程中浮色较多,它们在水洗时大量进入水洗溶液中,造成废水排放超标,同时这些未被固色掉的染料甚至还会沾污印花纺织物的白地,造成印花纺织物产品存在质量问题等缺点。
染料油墨转移印花是一种新颖的印花方法,目前主要包括分散染料对涤纶织物、锦纶织物的热转移印花和活性染料对棉织物的冷转移印花,它们具有印花图案颜色层次变化丰富,染料固色时能耗少,染料固色率较高,水洗过程中浮色较少,可以减少废水排放,同时这些未被固色掉的染料对印花纺织物的白地沾污性也大大降低,从而降低了印花纺织物的产品质量问题等优点。
传统活性湿法转移印花所用油墨有很多缺点,如易变质,浓度不高,只能印刷纸张等。因此发明一种不易变质、浓度高、环保的活性染料凹印油墨需求日趋急迫。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种不易变质、浓度高、环保的活性染料凹印油墨。
本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种制备该活性染料凹印油墨的方法。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:活性染料25-35%,连接料20-30%,有机溶剂10-30%,消泡剂0.3-0.5%,余量为水。
优选地,所述的活性染料为K型活性染料、M型活性染料或者P型活性染料。
优选地,所述的连接料选自氧化淀粉、酸解淀粉、阳离子淀粉、羟乙基淀粉、淀粉醋酸酯、淀粉磷酸酯、双醛淀粉、交联淀粉、羧甲基淀粉、海藻酸钠中的一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的连接料由40-60wt%羧甲基淀粉钠和40-60wt%羟乙基淀粉组成。
优选地,所述的有机溶剂选自甲苯、酮系有机溶剂(例如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮等),酯系有机溶剂(例如乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丙酯、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸异丁酯等),醇系有机溶剂(例如甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等),烃系溶剂(甲苯、甲基环己烷等)中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的有机溶剂为乙醇。
优选地,所述的消泡剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、环甲基硅氧烷、氨基硅氧烷、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷中的一种或多种的混合物。
本发明还提供了所述活性染料凹印油墨的制备方法,其包括下述步骤:
(1)制备色浆:将有机溶剂、水、连接料、消泡剂和活性染料,搅拌混合均匀,得到色浆;
(2)色浆研磨:将所述色浆,置于球磨机中研磨。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下显著优点:
1、由于主要采用去离子水和有机溶剂做溶剂,使得油墨与特殊薄膜印刷适应性良好;
2、本发明不仅是高质量的凹印油墨,而且印刷于特殊薄膜上的活性染料在湿态时具有极佳的转移性,适合于湿法冷转移工艺;
3、制备简单,成本较低。
具体实施方式
实施例各原料介绍:
活性染料为K型活性染料,采用江苏申新染料化工股份有限公司生产的型号为K-6G的活性嫩黄染料。
羟乙基淀粉,CAS号:9005-27-0,采用西安康诺化工有限公司生产的型号为kono的羟乙基淀粉。
羧甲基淀粉钠,CAS号:9063-38-1,可以制备或者购买得到,采用河北燕兴化工有限公司生产的羧甲基淀粉钠。
消泡剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷,CAS号:63148-62-9。
有机溶剂采用乙醇,CAS号:64-17-5。
实施例1
活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:K型活性染料30%、羧甲基淀粉钠12%、羟乙基淀粉12%、乙醇15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4%,去离子水30.6%。
活性染料凹印油墨的制备方法,其包括下述步骤:
(1)制备色浆:先将乙醇和去离子水置于搅拌机中,搅拌8min,在温度30度,转速300转/分时缓慢加入连接料,直至连接料完全溶解,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷作为消泡剂搅拌8min,再加入K型活性染料,搅拌机转速提高到1300转/分,搅拌40分钟,控制黏度至900厘泊,即40度。
(2)色浆研磨:将步骤(1)所得的色浆,置于球磨机中研磨,保持研磨48小时,使色浆细度至0.6微米,控制粘度至80秒,即藏氏2#杯,30度。
实施例2
活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:K型活性染料30%、羧甲基淀粉钠24%、乙醇15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4%,去离子水30.6%。
按实施例1的方法制备活性染料凹印油墨。
实施例3
活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:K型活性染料30%、羟乙基淀粉24%、乙醇15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4%,去离子水30.6%。
按实施例1的方法制备活性染料凹印油墨。
测试例1
采用实施例1-3制备的活性染料凹印油墨,对牛仔裤进行印花。具体印花工艺为:把设计好的花型采用数码喷绘印花,数码喷绘是将通过数字化技术处理的图像输入到计算机,经过电脑印花分色系统(CAD)编辑处理后,再由专用软件(RIP)控制喷印系统将活性染料凹印油墨直接喷印到PET薄膜形成图案,制成转移印花PET薄膜;再将上浆后的白胚布(采用昌邑市华伟布业有限公司生产的纱支24×24,密度68×63,140g/m2,幅宽63-105的全棉胚布)与转移印花PET薄膜同时送入轧车加压,温度160℃,时间3分钟,在上浆后的白胚布上得到印花图案。具体结果见表1:

由表1可以明显的看出,实施例1(羧甲基淀粉钠和羟乙基淀粉复配)制得牛仔裤质量比实施例2-3(羧甲基淀粉钠和羟乙基淀粉中单一原料)的牛仔裤质量更优。

Claims (8)

1.一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,包括:
把设计好的花型采用数码喷绘印花;
所述数码喷绘是将通过数字化技术处理的图像输入到计算机,经过电脑印花分色系统编辑处理后,再由专用软件控制喷印系统将活性染料凹印油墨直接喷印到PET薄膜形成图案,制成转移印花PET薄膜;
再将上浆后的白胚布与转移印花PET薄膜同时送入轧车加压,在上浆后的白胚布上得到印花图案。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,将上浆后的白胚布与转移印花PET薄膜同时送入轧车加压,温度为160℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,将上浆后的白胚布与转移印花PET薄膜同时送入轧车加压,时间为3分钟。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,所述活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:活性染料25-35%,连接料20-30%,有机溶剂10-30%,消泡剂0.3-0.5%,余量为水。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,所述连接料由40-60wt%羧甲基淀粉钠和40-60wt%羟乙基淀粉组成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,所述活性染料凹印油墨,其特征在于,所述的活性染料是K型活性染料、M型活性染料或者P型活性染料。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂是乙醇。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种牛仔裤印花工艺,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、环甲基硅氧烷、氨基硅氧烷、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷中的一种或多种的混合物。
