Abstract
本发明提供一种新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,包括母产品区、模具、子产品区和型腔;模具上的型腔主要是阵列设计结构,模具上均布有8个相连通的母产品区,而每个所述母产品区由均布且相互连通的4个子产品区组成,每个所述子产品区由6个相互连通的型腔环形阵列构成的,每个所述型腔的高度一致,所述母产品区、所述子产品区、所述型腔上均设有唯一对应的编号,本发明结构简单,模具的产品型腔数共192个,有效保证产品注塑时的均衡性,品质的稳定性,有效提高产能,降低注塑成本。

技术领域
本发明属于注塑技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型多穴数背光源透镜模具。
背景技术
注塑是一种工业产品生产造型的方法。产品通常使用橡胶注塑和塑料注塑。注塑还可分注塑成型模压法和压铸法。注射成型机(简称注射机或注塑机)是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,注塑成型是通过注塑机和模具来实现的。
传统的透镜注塑模具采用64个注塑产品型腔,注塑模具产能小,制造成本高,因此,发明一种新型多穴数背光源透镜模具显得非常必要。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,以解决现有的模具注塑效率低下,加工成本高的问题。
一种新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,其特征在于,该新型多穴数背光源透镜模具包括母产品区、模具、子产品区和型腔;模具上的型腔主要是阵列设计结构,模具上均布有8个相连通的母产品区,而每个所述母产品区由均布且相互连通的4个子产品区组成,每个所述子产品区由6个相互连通的型腔环形阵列构成的。
优选地,每个所述型腔的高度一致。
优选地,所述母产品区、所述子产品区、所述型腔上均设有唯一对应的编号。
优选地,注塑时,所述模具设置在水平面上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构简单,模具的产品型腔数共192个,有效保证产品注塑时的均衡性,品质的稳定性,有效提高产能,降低注塑成本。

如附图1、2所示,本发明提供一种新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,其特征在于,该新型多穴数背光源透镜模具包括母产品区1、模具2、子产品区3和型腔4;模具2上的型腔4主要是阵列设计结构,模具2上均布有8个相连通的母产品区1,而每个母产品区1由均布且相互连通的4个子产品区3组成,每个子产品区3由6个相互连通的型腔4环形阵列构成的,每个型腔4的高度一致,母产品区1、子产品区3、型腔4上均设有唯一对应的编号,可根据产品质量追溯到每个产品注塑型腔4,产品品质易控制,注塑时,模具2设置在水平面上,模具2的产品型腔4总数192个,采用相互连通的相同产品一次性注塑加工,采用阵列结构设计,可有效保证产品注塑时的均衡性,注塑透镜产品品质的稳定性,有效提高产能,降低成本。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,其特征在于,该新型多穴数背光源透镜模具包括母产品区(1)、模具(2)、子产品区(3)和型腔(4);模具(2)上的型腔(4)主要是阵列设计结构,模具(2)上均布有8个相连通的母产品区(1),而每个所述母产品区(1)由均布且相互连通的4个子产品区(3)组成,每个所述子产品区(3)由6个相互连通的型腔(4)环形阵列构成的。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,其特征在于,每个所述型腔(4)的高度一致。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,其特征在于,所述母产品区(1)、所述子产品区(3)、所述型腔(4)上均设有唯一对应的编号。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型多穴数背光源透镜模具,其特征在于,注塑时,所述模具(2)设置在水平面上。
