背景技术
踏垫等橡塑产品，主要通过注塑机注塑生产，目前的注塑机普遍采用在注塑机前方设置有注塑模头，原料经注塑机高温融化后由注塑模头挤出，为了增加美观，在原料中添加不同色素，如红色、黄色、绿色等，使产品更加鲜艳。但由于原料融化后挤出，因此生产出来的产品颜色单一，缺乏美感。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题就是提供一种可以生产两种或两种以上颜色、产品美感效果好的双色或多色塑胶注塑设备。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：包括注塑机和注塑模头，所述的注塑机至少有两个，在每个注塑机上设置有一个注塑总管，在该注塑总管前方分成若干注塑分管，在所述注塑模头后方设置有一排注塑口，所述不同注塑总管的注塑分管相间排列，注塑分管的前端与所述注塑口连通。

注塑模头2包括壳体21和模腔22，在模腔22内设置有与出料方向平行的分料板23。这样，在相邻颜色带之间颜色物料不容易混色，颜色交替明显，使得产品更加美观。
分料板23的长度为模腔22前后长度的三分之一，如果分料板23过短，不同物料之间容易混色，如果分料板23过长，容易导致不同颜色物料之间连接强度差，不但避免了物料混色，而且还避免了不同颜色物料之间的连接强度。
本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅局限于上述实施例，只要结构与本实用新型双色或多色塑胶注塑设备结构相同，就落在本实用新型保护的范围。
