Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of health-care underwear. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, encapsulating hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen in chitosan microcapsules by using a microencapsulation technology to prepare chitosan microcapsule powder; then uniformly mixing the nano-cellulose, the chitosan microcapsule powder, the natural antioxidant, water and the spinning auxiliary agent to prepare a fiber spinning solution, and drying the fiber spinning solution after electrostatic spinning treatment to obtain the health-care fiber; and finally blending the health-care fibers and the hydrophobically modified cotton fibers to obtain the health-care fiber fabric, and cutting and sewing to obtain the health-care underwear. The health-care underwear prepared by the invention not only has antibacterial health-care function, but also has wearing experience feeling of good skin-friendly property and strong moisture absorption and air permeability.

(2) dissolving hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen in prepared arabic gum aqueous solution, slowly dropwise adding the arabic gum aqueous solution containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen into an isometric chitosan calcium chloride solution, stirring for 10-20min under the conditions of 400-600rpm/min in a water bath at 40-55 ℃, adding distilled water with the volume of 1-2 times, uniformly mixing, cooling, adding glutaraldehyde solution, solidifying for 90min, adjusting the pH value to 7, continuously stirring for 20-40 min to obtain microcapsule solution, centrifuging the microcapsule solution for 15 min under the conditions of 3000-4000 rpm/min, removing supernatant, washing the precipitate for 2-3 times with water, and freeze-drying to obtain chitosan microcapsule powder containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen;
(3) uniformly mixing nano-cellulose, chitosan microcapsule powder, a natural antioxidant, water and a spinning auxiliary agent to prepare a fiber spinning solution, and drying the fiber spinning solution after electrostatic spinning treatment to obtain health-care fibers;
(4) blending the health-care fiber and the hydrophobically modified cotton fiber to obtain the health-care fiber fabric, and cutting and sewing to obtain the health-care underwear.
Preferably, the concentration of the acetic acid solution in the step (1) is 1-2%.
Preferably, the chitosan concentration in the chitosan calcium chloride solution in the step (1) is 1-3%, and the calcium chloride concentration is 0.1-0.5%.
Preferably, the concentration of the acacia gum in the aqueous solution of the acacia gum in the step (2) is 5-8%; the concentration of hyaluronic acid, vitamin and collagen in the acacia gum aqueous solution containing hyaluronic acid, vitamin and collagen is 2-5%, 3-5% and 5-10% in sequence.
Preferably, the concentration of the glutaraldehyde in the glutaraldehyde solution in the step (2) is 25-45%, and the addition mass of the glutaraldehyde is 0.1-0.2 times of that of the chitosan.
Preferably, the natural antioxidant in the step (3) is one of grape polyphenol extract, tea polyphenol and gallic acid; the spinning auxiliary agent is one of polyacrylamide and polycarbonate.
Preferably, the nanocellulose, the chitosan microcapsule powder, the natural antioxidant, the water and the spinning auxiliary agent in the step (3) are sequentially as follows according to the mass parts: 20-35 parts, 1-2 parts, 0.5-1 part, 65-85 parts and 5-8 parts.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the health-care fibers to the hydrophobically modified cotton fibers in the step (4) in blending is 1: 0.5-0.8.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the health-care underwear has the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen are added into the underwear, so that the underwear has the effects of improving joint function, removing free radicals on the surface of skin, promoting local metabolism and the like; according to the invention, hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen are encapsulated in the microcapsule by adopting a chitosan microencapsulation technology, so that the loss of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen in the preparation of underwear can be reduced, and the slow release of active ingredients can be ensured; the added chitosan enables the fabric to have a good antibacterial effect; the health-care fiber and the hydrophobically modified cotton fiber are blended to ensure that the fabric has good skin-friendly property and strong moisture absorption and air permeability. (2) dissolving hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen in a prepared water solution containing 7% of Arabic gum, slowly dripping the Arabic gum water solution containing 4% hyaluronic acid, 3% vitamins and 8% collagen into the chitosan calcium chloride solution obtained in the step (1) with the same volume, stirring for 20min in a 45 ℃ water bath at 500rpm/min, adding 2 times of distilled water, uniformly mixing, cooling, adding 0.15 times of glutaraldehyde solution based on the mass of chitosan, solidifying for 90min, adjusting the pH value to 7, continuously stirring for 30 min to obtain a microcapsule solution, centrifuging the microcapsule solution for 15 min at 4000 rpm/min, removing supernatant, washing precipitates for 3 times, and freeze-drying to obtain chitosan microcapsule powder containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen;
(3) uniformly mixing 20 parts of nano-cellulose, 1.5 parts of chitosan microcapsule powder, 0.5 part of grape polyphenol extract, 73 parts of water and 5 parts of polyacrylamide to prepare a fiber spinning solution, and drying the fiber spinning solution after electrostatic spinning treatment to obtain health-care fibers;
(4) mixing health-care fiber and hydrophobically modified cotton fiber according to the weight ratio of 1: blending at a mass ratio of 0.6 to obtain the health-care fiber fabric, and cutting and sewing to obtain the health-care underwear.

(2) dissolving hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen in a prepared water solution containing 7% of Arabic gum, slowly dripping the Arabic gum water solution containing 4.5% hyaluronic acid, 3.5% vitamins and 6% collagen into the chitosan calcium chloride solution obtained in the step (1) with the same volume, stirring for 20min in a 45 ℃ water bath at the condition of 600rpm/min, adding 2 times of distilled water, uniformly mixing, cooling, adding glutaraldehyde solution with the mass of 0.2 times of that of chitosan, solidifying for 90min, adjusting the pH value to 7, continuously stirring for 30 min to obtain a microcapsule solution, centrifuging the microcapsule solution for 15 min at 4000 rpm/min, discarding supernatant, precipitating for 3 times, and freeze-drying to obtain chitosan microcapsule powder containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen;
(3) uniformly mixing 22 parts of nano-cellulose, 2 parts of chitosan microcapsule powder, 1 part of gallic acid, 70 parts of water and 5 parts of polyacrylamide to prepare a fiber spinning solution, and drying after electrostatic spinning treatment to obtain health-care fibers;
(4) mixing health-care fiber and hydrophobically modified cotton fiber according to the weight ratio of 1: blending at a mass ratio of 0.7 to obtain the health-care fiber fabric, and cutting and sewing to obtain the health-care underwear.

(2) dissolving hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen in a prepared water solution containing 7% of Arabic gum, slowly dripping the Arabic gum water solution containing 3% hyaluronic acid, 4% vitamins and 6% collagen into the chitosan calcium chloride solution obtained in the step (1) with the same volume, stirring for 20min in a water bath at 50 ℃ under the condition of 600rpm/min, adding 1 time volume of distilled water, uniformly mixing, cooling, adding 0.2 time mass of glutaraldehyde solution of chitosan, solidifying for 90min, adjusting the pH value to 7, continuously stirring for 30 min to obtain a microcapsule solution, centrifuging the microcapsule solution for 15 min under the condition of 4000 rpm/min, removing supernatant, washing precipitates for 3 times, and freeze-drying to obtain chitosan microcapsule powder containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen;
(3) uniformly mixing 25 parts of nano-cellulose, 1.5 parts of chitosan microcapsule powder, 1 part of gallic acid, 67 parts of water and 5.5 parts of polycarbonate to prepare a fiber spinning solution, and drying the fiber spinning solution after electrostatic spinning treatment to obtain health-care fibers;
(4) mixing health-care fiber and hydrophobically modified cotton fiber according to the weight ratio of 1: blending at a mass ratio of 0.7 to obtain the health-care fiber fabric, and cutting and sewing to obtain the health-care underwear.

(2) dissolving hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen in prepared arabic gum aqueous solution, slowly dropwise adding the arabic gum aqueous solution containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen into an isometric chitosan calcium chloride solution, stirring for 10-20min under the condition of 600rpm/min in a water bath at 40-55 ℃, adding distilled water with the volume of 1-2 times, uniformly mixing, cooling, adding glutaraldehyde solution, solidifying for 90min, adjusting the pH value to 7, continuously stirring for 20-40 min to obtain microcapsule solution, centrifuging the microcapsule solution for 15 min under the condition of 3000 + 4000 rpm/min, removing supernatant, washing the precipitate for 2-3 times with water, and freeze-drying to obtain chitosan microcapsule powder containing hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen; the concentration of glutaraldehyde in the glutaraldehyde solution is 25-45%, and the adding mass of the glutaraldehyde is 0.1-0.2 times of that of the chitosan;
(3) uniformly mixing nano-cellulose, chitosan microcapsule powder, a natural antioxidant, water and a spinning auxiliary agent to prepare a fiber spinning solution, and drying the fiber spinning solution after electrostatic spinning treatment to obtain health-care fibers; the natural antioxidant is one of grape polyphenol extract, tea polyphenol and gallic acid; the spinning auxiliary agent is one of polyacrylamide and polycarbonate;
(4) blending the health-care fiber and the hydrophobically modified cotton fiber to obtain the health-care fiber fabric, and cutting and sewing to obtain the health-care underwear.

The method for preparing a health underwear according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of acacia gum in the aqueous solution of acacia gum in step (2) is 5-8%; the concentration of hyaluronic acid, vitamin and collagen in the acacia gum aqueous solution containing hyaluronic acid, vitamin and collagen is 2-5%, 3-5% and 5-10% in sequence.
