Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly soft tencel fabric. The preparation method comprises the steps of taking raw wood as a raw material, crushing the raw wood, sequentially carrying out enzyme hydrolysis, carrying out hydrophobic modification, mixing with a natural antibacterial agent, a natural antioxidant and a spinning auxiliary agent, preparing tencel fiber by an electrostatic spinning technology, and carrying out reinforcement treatment on the tencel fiber by citric acid; carrying out hydrophobic modification on cotton fibers to prepare hydrophobic modified cotton fibers; and finally, blending the tencel fiber and the hydrophobically modified cotton fiber to obtain the environment-friendly and soft tencel fabric. The soft tencel fabric prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is good in skin-friendly property and good in washing resistance, mechanical property and antibacterial property.

Technical Field

The fiber has poor mechanical property and high cost, so that the market share is insufficient. The cotton fiber has good moisture absorption and sweat releasing characteristics, but the pure cotton fiber cloth is easy to wrinkle. In rainy seasons, pure cotton clothes are easily corroded by mildew and mildew stains are difficult to remove. Cotton fibers also have the disadvantages of low strength, poor resistance to washing, and the like. (3) uniformly mixing hydrophobic nano-cellulose, a natural antibacterial agent, a natural antioxidant, water and a spinning auxiliary agent to prepare a tencel fiber spinning solution, performing electrostatic spinning treatment to prepare antibacterial tencel fibers, soaking the antibacterial tencel fibers in a citric acid solution for 2-3 hours, taking out the antibacterial tencel fibers, washing the antibacterial tencel fibers with water for 2-3 times, and drying the antibacterial tencel fibers to obtain the antibacterial tencel fibers;
(4) washing cotton yarns, and then, carrying out the following steps of 1: mixing 80-100 mass volume ratio with glycerol-water mixed solution, soaking for 2-3 hours, taking out, washing with water for 2-3 times, placing in water solution of hydrophobic silanization reagent, soaking for 4-6 hours at room temperature, washing with water for 2-3 times, and drying to obtain hydrophobically modified cotton fiber;
(5) and (4) blending the antibacterial tencel fiber obtained in the step (3) with the hydrophobically modified cotton fiber obtained in the step (4) to obtain the environment-friendly and soft tencel fabric.
Preferably, the raw wood in the step (1) is one of fir, elm and camphorwood.
Preferably, the pH value of the phosphate buffer solution in the step (1) is 5-7; the enzyme is cellulase, and the addition amount of the cellulase is 0.5-1% of the mass of the raw wood; the hydrolysis time is 4-6 hours.
