本发明公开了一种柴油发动机SCR系统喷射装置用防堵塞机构,包括过滤腔体、过滤腔盖、过滤腔活塞、滤芯总成和透气阀,所述过滤腔体顶部凸起上安装有透气阀,所述透气阀周围位于滤腔体顶部安装有过滤腔盖,所述过滤腔体内部靠上位置通过卡合在过滤腔体顶部的过滤腔皮碗安装有过滤腔活塞,所述过滤活塞顶部安装有顶在过滤腔体顶部的过滤腔活塞弹簧。本发明通过防堵塞结构的设计,有效避免了喷射装置存在的结构复杂、成本高和泄漏风险大的问题,降低了SCR系统故障率,提高了可靠性,所以具备巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于一种柴油发动机配件,具体说是一种柴油发动机SCR系统喷射装置用防堵塞机构。
背景技术
普通SCR还原剂直喷式计量喷射装置,直接将还原剂以高压力喷入排气管内,该装置由供给模块和计量模块组成,该装置供给模块包供给模块和防冻结构。当环境温度低于还原剂冰点时,停机后防冻结构防止还原剂结冰体积膨胀破坏流道,从而保护供给模块结构。
但喷射装置在使用过程中,容易形成堵塞,不仅会降低喷射装置的使用寿命,导致SCR系统故障率高,而且存在安全隐患,容易引发安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种柴油发动机SCR系统喷射装置用防堵塞机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种柴油发动机SCR系统喷射装置用防堵塞机构,包括过滤腔体、过滤腔盖、过滤腔活塞、滤芯总成和透气阀,所述过滤腔体顶部凸起上安装有透气阀,所述透气阀周围位于过滤腔体顶部安装有过滤腔盖,所述过滤腔体内部靠上位置通过卡合在过滤腔体顶部的过滤腔皮碗安装有过滤腔活塞,所述过滤活塞顶部安装有顶在过滤腔体顶部的过滤腔活塞弹簧,所述过滤活塞下方位于过滤腔体内部通过O型圈安装有过滤腔填充橡胶,所述过滤腔填充橡胶周围安装有滤芯总成,所述过滤腔皮碗通过过滤腔填充环固定在过滤腔体上。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过防堵塞结构的设计,有效避免了喷射装置存在的结构复杂、成本高和泄漏风险大的问题,降低了SCR系统故障率,提高了可靠性,所以具备巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括过滤腔体1、过滤腔盖2、过滤腔活塞3、滤芯总成4和透气阀5,所述过滤腔体1顶部凸起上安装有透气阀5,所述透气阀5周围位于过滤腔体1顶部安装有过滤腔盖2,所述过滤腔体1内部靠上位置通过卡合在过滤腔体1顶部的过滤腔皮碗6安装有过滤腔活塞3,所述过滤活塞3顶部安装有顶在过滤腔体1顶部的过滤腔活塞弹簧7,所述过滤活塞3下方位于过滤腔体1内部通过O型圈8安装有过滤腔填充橡胶9,所述过滤腔填充橡胶9周围安装有滤芯总成4,所述过滤腔皮碗6通过过滤腔填充环10固定在过滤腔体1上。
工作原理:在过滤腔盖2内侧与过滤腔皮碗6之间预留过滤腔体1内侧还原剂结冰膨胀排出气体的空间,当环境温度低于还原剂冰点时,过滤腔体1内部还原剂结冰膨胀,挤压过滤腔皮碗6往外变形 ,经透气阀5排出多余气体;当环境温度高于还原剂冰点时,挤压变形的过滤腔活塞弹簧7回弹,使过滤腔皮碗6回到原状态;此种结构避免了还原剂结冰膨胀使过滤腔产生破裂 ,保证了设备的正常运行。
