本发明公开了一种重油垢清洗剂,主要包括以下重量份的材料:丙二醇丁醚40~60重量份;表面活性剂10~30重量份;聚乙二醇6~8重量份;缓蚀剂3~5重量份;消泡剂0.5~1重量份;稳定剂2~4重量份。本发明通过对重油垢清洗剂配方进行优化,清洗剂清洗效果好,并减少管道腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁剂,特别是涉及一种重油垢清洗剂。
背景技术
长期以来由于工业需求,人们对重质油垢表面的清洗进行了广泛而深入的研究。重油油垢常用的有2中方法,物理法包括机械清洗和机械与溶剂相结合清洗两种,机械清洗不易清除干净,会对输送介质产生影响;机械与溶剂相结合的方法,对油垢的溶解能力较小,不能彻底清洗干净。化学方法包括油溶性和水溶性的清洗剂清洗,化学清洗剂对管道有腐蚀作用,不能用其进行清洗,否则会影响管道寿命。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于开发一款重油垢清洗剂,通过对清洗剂配方进行优化,达到提高清洗剂清洗效果、减少管道腐蚀的目的。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种重油垢清洗剂,其中,主要包括以下重量份的材料:
优选的是,所述的重油垢清洗剂,其中,所述表面活性剂包括20~30wt%烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和70~80wt%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐。
优选的是,所述的重油垢清洗剂,其中,所述缓蚀剂包括40~50wt%十二烯基丁二酸和50~60wt%石油磺酸钡。
优选的是,所述的重油垢清洗剂,其中,所述消泡剂为聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺。
优选的是,所述的重油垢清洗剂,其中,所述稳定剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌。
优选的是,所述的重油垢清洗剂,其中,还包括1~3重量份的十二烯基丁二酸酯。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对重油垢清洗剂配方进行优化,清洗剂清洗效果好,并减少管道腐蚀;烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐产生协同作用,使得去污效果达到最佳;十二烯基丁二酸和石油磺酸钡吸附在金属表面形成一层很薄的膜,保护金属免受腐蚀,达到防腐蚀效果;二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌提高其耐氧化性能和耐温性能,延长其保存时间;十二烯基丁二酸酯作为防锈剂,进一步提高其防锈效果;苯基-α-萘胺作为增稠剂,提高其粘稠度;硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐作为抗氧防腐剂,和十二烯基丁二酸酯协同作用,进一步提高清洗剂的防腐蚀效果;通过加入1,8-萜二烯提高对重油垢的的渗透作用,从而提高其清洗效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一种重油垢清洗剂,主要包括以下重量份的材料:
丙二醇丁醚是一种绿色环保型高级溶剂,对重油垢有优异的溶解效果;聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇200和聚乙二醇400,其和丙二醇丁醚协同作为溶剂,提高其溶解效果。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,表面活性剂包括20~30wt%烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和70~80wt%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐。烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱中的阴离子磺基(SO3-),阳离子为季铵基。常用的有烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱[RN+(CH3)2CH2CH2SO3-],式中的烷烃基R的碳原子数为12~18。因结构中同时带有羟基的阴离子和阳离子基团,不仅具有两性表面活性剂的所有优点,还具有耐高浓度酸、碱盐,良好的乳化性、分散性和抗静电性,以及具有杀菌、抑霉性和粘弹性等,是恶性循环能优异的表面活性剂。已可以广泛应用于日用化工、油田驱油、压裂、酸化等多个领域。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐具有合适的溶解性、泡沫性和去污性;烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐产生协同作用,使得去污效果达到最佳。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,缓蚀剂包括40~50wt%十二烯基丁二酸和50~60wt%石油磺酸钡。十二烯基丁二酸和石油磺酸钡吸附在金属表面形成一层很薄的膜,保护金属免受腐蚀,达到防腐蚀效果。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,消泡剂为聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,稳定剂为二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌。二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌提高其耐氧化性能和耐温性能,延长其保存时间。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括1~3重量份的十二烯基丁二酸酯。十二烯基丁二酸酯作为防锈剂与缓蚀剂结合后,进一步提高其防锈效果。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括1~3重量份的苯基-α-萘胺。苯基-α-萘胺作为增稠剂,提高其粘稠度。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括1~3重量份的N-油酰肌氨酸。
