本发明公开了一种配方简单、去污效果显著的油烟机上重油垢清洗剂,其配方按重量百分比组成为:pH调节剂1‑10%,渗透剂5‑20%,表面活性剂5‑15%,螯合剂5%‑10%,有机溶剂10‑20%,缓蚀保护剂5‑10%,余量为去离子水。本发明的清洗剂用于机械表面、清洗油烟机或灶具表面上的动植物、矿物油形成的重油垢,由乳化剂、渗透剂、有机溶剂及其他助剂组成,可以弥补它们单一使用时这样和那样的不足,在常温状态下对各类油脂有很强的溶解能力,能快速溶解重质油、老化变质油脂,提高了清洗速度,此发明配方中原料成本低,净洗效果优。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于清洗机械表面、油烟机表面等的动植物、矿物油重油垢的清洗剂。
背景技术
厨房抽油烟机油垢的成份非常复杂,其形成的源头是食用油在烹、炒、煎等过程中产生的大量油烟,这些油烟与沉降的尘埃颗粒等结合,受热被空气中的氧气氧化后会生成牢固的、粘稠的油垢,油垢积累的时间越长,就越难清洗,越来越粘,甚至干结。目前针对餐饮店、酒店、单位食堂的厨房油烟机重油垢,市场上并没有除油效果特别好的产品,虽有家庭厨房用的效果比较好的产品,但是其用在重油垢方面效果甚微,只能清洗到表层,并不能渗透到里面达到清洗效果。餐饮店等单位如果要清洗油烟机,需要请专业的清洗公司进行拆装,运输到专业清洗机上做清洗,会花费很大一笔开支,同时厨房没办法工作,耽误时间和人力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种配方简单、去污效果显著的油烟机上重油垢清洗剂。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下的技术方案:
本发明提供的油烟机重油垢用清洗剂,其配方按重量百分比组成为:
pH调节剂1-10%
渗透剂5-20%
表面活性剂5-15%
螯合剂5%-10%
有机溶剂10-20%
缓蚀保护剂5-10%
余量为去离子水。
其中,所述的pH调节剂为NaOH、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的任意复配;所述渗透剂为BG-10、阿克苏226、单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐MAEP-k、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(OEP-98)、辛癸醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯ODEP-98中的任意复配;表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、脂肪酰胺聚氧乙烯醚POEA-15、异辛醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚EH-9、三乙醇胺油酸皂中的任意复配;螯合剂为EDTA、柠檬酸钠、4A沸石、聚天冬氨酸中的任意复配;溶剂为丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚的复配;缓蚀保护剂为葡萄糖酸钠和三乙醇胺的复配。以下描述为了精简叙述文字,药品名均已代号替代,各组分均为重量百分比。
本发明可以将上述清洗剂替换为由下述重量百分比的组分构成:
PH调节剂5%(其中碳酸钠:碳酸氢钠:硅酸钠=2:2:1),
渗透剂20%(其中BG-10:226:ODEP-98=3:3:4),
表面活性剂10%(其中三乙醇胺油酸皂:EH-9:POEA-15=2:4:1),
螯合剂5%(其中聚天冬氨酸:EDTA=3:2),
有机溶剂20%(其中丙二醇甲醚:丙二醇丁醚=2:3),
缓蚀剂10%(其中葡萄糖酸钠:三乙醇胺=4:1),
余量为自来水%。
本发明还可以将上述清洗剂替换为由下述重量百分比的成分构成:
pH调节剂8%(其中碳酸钠:碳酸氢钠:NaOH)=1:1:3
渗透剂20%(其中BG-10:MAEP-K:OEP-98)=3:4:2
表面活性剂10%(其中三乙醇胺油酸皂:EH-9:AEO-9)=2:3:3
螯合剂5%(其中聚天冬氨酸:EDTA)=1:1
有机溶剂20%(其中丙二醇甲醚:丙二醇丁醚)=2:3
缓蚀保护剂5%(其中葡萄糖酸钠:三乙醇胺)=4:1
去离子水 余量
上述清洗剂组分及其百分比范围是通过大量试验确定的,具有将油烟机表面重油垢快速高效清除的能力。
本发明提供的上述重油垢清洗剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
首先将称量好的pH调节剂放入干燥的烧杯中,室温下缓慢加入去离子水搅拌溶解至澄清;然后将上述烧杯用水浴锅加热至30℃-40℃,再将称量好的螯合剂加入至溶液中,搅拌溶解至澄清,再将称量好的渗透剂、表面活性剂依次加入,并不断的均匀搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入溶剂、缓蚀保护剂,搅拌溶解至澄清得到产品。溶解过程中需要均匀搅拌,每一种试剂加入都需要搅拌至溶解完成之后才能加入其它试剂。
本发明的清洗剂用于清洗油烟机或灶具表面上的重油垢,由乳化剂、渗透剂、有机溶剂及其他助剂组成,可以弥补它们单一使用时这样和那样的不足,在常温状态下对各类油脂有很强的溶解能力,能快速溶解重质油、老化变质油脂,提高了清洗速度,此发明配方中原料成本低,净洗效果优。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,下述实施例是说明性的,不是限定性的,不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明的重油垢清洗剂,配方中各成分的重量百分比为pH调节剂1-10%,渗透剂5-20%,表面活性剂5-15%,螯合剂5%-10%,有机溶剂10-20%,缓蚀保护剂5-10%,余量为自来水。
本发明实施例中的pH调节剂为NaOH、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的任意复配;渗透剂为BG-10、阿克苏226、单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐MAEP-k、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(OEP-98)、辛癸醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯ODEP-98中的任意复配;表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、脂肪酰胺聚氧乙烯醚POEA-15、异辛醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚EH-9、三乙醇胺油酸皂中的任意复配;螯合剂为EDTA、柠檬酸钠、4A沸石、聚天冬氨酸中的任意复配;溶剂为丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚的复配;缓蚀保护剂为葡萄糖酸钠和三乙醇胺的复配。
本发明实施例所使用的原料均为市售工业原料。
实施例1
该清洗剂的配制过程如下(各物质均按重量配比添加):
首先将称量好的pH调节剂放入干燥的烧杯中,室温下缓慢加入去离子水搅拌溶解至澄清;然后将上述烧杯用水浴锅加热至30℃-40℃,再将称量好的螯合剂加入至溶液中,搅拌溶解至澄清,再将称量好的渗透剂、表面活性剂依次加入,并不断的均匀搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入溶剂、缓蚀保护剂,搅拌溶解至澄清得到产品。
本实施例制得的试样为透明溶液,无分层现象,并参照相关的实验方法,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,其去污力达87.3%。
实施例2
该清洗剂的配制过程和实施例1相同。
本实施例制得的试样为透明溶液,无分层现象,并参照相关的实验方法,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,其去污力达92.3%。
实施例3
该清洗剂的配制过程和实施例1相同。
本实施例制得的试样为透明溶液,无分层现象,并参照相关的实验方法,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,其去污力达85.7%。
实施例4
该清洗剂的配制过程和实施例1相同。
本实施例制得的试样为透明溶液,无分层现象,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,其去污力达85.1%。
实施例5
该清洗剂的配制过程和实施例1相同。
本实施例制得的试样为透明溶液,无分层现象,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,其去污力达88.9%。
实施例6
该清洗剂的配制过程和实施例1相同。
本实施例制得的试样为透明溶液,无分层现象,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,其去污力达92.9%。
实施例7
该清洗剂的配制过程和实施例1相同。
本实施例制得的试样为透明溶液,无分层现象,对试样的稠油垢去污力进行试验,其去污力达96.5%。
本实施例1-7制得的试样其他技术特征参照《液体厨房油污清洗剂国家标准》或《QB/T4348-2012》去污力的测试的实验方法,对试样的技术特征进行测定,试验结果见附表1。
本发明制备的清洗剂使用方法是:使用时,将该清洗剂喷射在油烟机油垢表面,清洗抽油烟机表面的重油垢时喷洒实施例1-7制备的清洗剂约15ml/m2,润湿4-5min后,再用抹布擦洗,反复几次即可,而对比使用的市售清洗剂按其使用说明书使用25ml/m2,将实施例1-7中的自制清洗剂与市售厨房用清洗剂的腐蚀性和去污力等指标进行对比后发现,前者的综合清洗性能优于后者,试验结果见附表1。

1.一种重油垢用清洗剂,其配方按重量百分比组成为:
pH调节剂1-10%
渗透剂5-20%
表面活性剂5-15%
螯合剂5%-10%
有机溶剂10-20%
缓蚀保护剂5-10%
余量为去离子水,
其中,所述的pH调节剂为NaOH、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的任意复配;所述渗透剂为BG-10、阿克苏226、单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐MAEP-k、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(OEP-98)、辛癸醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯ODEP-98中的任意复配;表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、脂肪酰胺聚氧乙烯醚POEA-15、异辛醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚EH-9、三乙醇胺油酸皂中的任意复配;螯合剂为EDTA、柠檬酸钠、4A沸石、聚天冬氨酸中的任意复配;溶剂为丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚的复配;缓蚀保护剂为葡萄糖酸钠和三乙醇胺的复配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种重油垢用清洗剂,其特征在于,将上述清洗剂替换为由下述重量百分比的组分构成:PH调节剂5%,其中碳酸钠:碳酸氢钠:硅酸钠=2:2:1;渗透剂20%,其中BG-10:226:ODEP-98=3:3:4;表面活性剂10%,其中三乙醇胺油酸皂:EH-9:POEA-15=2:4:1;螯合剂5%,其中聚天冬氨酸:EDTA=3:2;有机溶剂20%,其中丙二醇甲醚:丙二醇丁醚=2:3;缓蚀剂10%,其中葡萄糖酸钠:三乙醇胺=4:1;余量为自来水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种重油垢用清洗剂,其特征在于,将上述清洗剂替换为由下述重量百分比的成分构成:pH调节剂8%,其中碳酸钠:碳酸氢钠:NaOH=1:1:3;渗透剂20%,其中BG-10:MAEP-K:OEP-98=3:4:2;表面活性剂10%,其中三乙醇胺油酸皂:EH-9:AEO-9=2:3:3;螯合剂5%,其中聚天冬氨酸:EDTA=1:1;有机溶剂20%,其中丙二醇甲醚:丙二醇丁醚=2:3;缓蚀保护剂5%,其中葡萄糖酸钠:三乙醇胺=4:1;余量为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种重油垢用清洗剂,其特征在于,重油垢清洗剂其制备方法包括以下步骤:
首先将称量好的pH调节剂放入干燥的容器中,室温下缓慢加入去离子水搅拌溶解至澄清,然后将上述容器用水浴锅加热至30℃-40℃,再将称量好的螯合剂加入至溶液中,搅拌溶解至澄清,再将称量好的渗透剂、表面活性剂依次加入,并不断的均匀搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入溶剂、缓蚀保护剂,搅拌溶解至澄清得到产品。
