本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种无人机用丙烯酸磁漆,由下列重量份的成分组成:改性短油树脂49-62份、丙烯酸树脂30-35份、云母粉3-7份、碳化硅8-13份、水云母5-11份、改性聚氨酯溶液1-4份、三乙醇胺4-10份、沉淀硫酸钡4-9份、流平剂1-3份、聚乙二醇2-9份、聚氧化乙烯2-9份、色粉4-8份、去离子水13-16份。
上述的一种无人机用丙烯酸磁漆,由下列重量份的成分组成:改性短油树脂49-59份、丙烯酸树脂30-33份、云母粉3-6份、碳化硅8-12份、水云母5-10份、改性聚氨酯溶液1-3份、三乙醇胺4-8份、沉淀硫酸钡4-7份、流平剂1-2份、聚乙二醇2-7份、聚氧化乙烯2-8份、色粉4-6份、去离子水13-15份。
上述的一种无人机用丙烯酸磁漆,由下列重量份的成分组成:改性短油树脂55份、丙烯酸树脂32份、云母粉5份、碳化硅10份、水云母8份、改性聚氨酯溶液2份、三乙醇胺6份、沉淀硫酸钡5份、流平剂2份、聚乙二醇4份、聚氧化乙烯5份、色粉5份、去离子水14份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明以去离子水为助溶剂,不用添加有机溶剂,保护生态环境,降低温室效应,并且具有良好的耐腐蚀性,同时附着力较好,使用寿命长,应用广泛。
