本发明公开了一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,配方由下列重量份的原料组成:水性丙烯酸乳液50份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂10份、滑石粉8份、氧化铝5份、醋酸钙5份、醋酸纳米纤维5份、香味剂2份、染色剂2份、石墨粉1份,所述香味剂为带有香味的酸盐,所述氧化铝也可为其他常见金属氧化物,所述染色剂为无毒无气味的人工合成染色剂,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是该新型一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,制备简单,成本低,具有抗静电功能,同时环保安全,等优点,适合推广使用。

一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保水性漆制备方法,尤其是一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法。
背景技术
水性漆,是以水为稀释剂的新型环保材料,超低排放。用水漆代替油漆,可以有效减少大气中VOC含量,进而改善雾霾天气。因此,推广水漆也是现在涂料行业的主流方向,更有业内人士强烈表示,中国的水漆时代乘着《中国制造2025》的政策东风已经到来。但是现有的水性漆不具有抗静电的功能,无法很好的大范围使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,配方由下列重量份的原料组成:水性丙烯酸乳液50份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂10份、滑石粉8份、氧化铝5份、醋酸钙5份、醋酸纳米纤维5份、香味剂2份、染色剂2份、石墨粉1份。
进一步的,所述香味剂为带有香味的酸盐。
进一步的,所述氧化铝也可为其他常见金属氧化物。
进一步的,所述染色剂为无毒无气味的人工合成染色剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是该新型一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,制备简单,成本低,具有抗静电功能,同时环保安全,等优点,适合推广使用。

实施例1
本发明公开了一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,配方由下列重量份的原料组成:水性丙烯酸乳液50份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂10份、滑石粉8份、氧化铝5份、醋酸钙5份、醋酸纳米纤维5份、香味剂2份、染色剂2份、石墨粉1份,所述香味剂为带有香味的酸盐。
实施例2
一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,配方由下列重量份的原料组成:水性丙烯酸乳液50份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂10份、滑石粉8份、氧化铝5份、醋酸钙5份、醋酸纳米纤维5份、香味剂2份、染色剂2份、石墨粉1份,所述香味剂为带有香味的酸盐,所述氧化铝也可为其他常见金属氧化物,所述染色剂为无毒无气味的人工合成染色剂。

1.一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,其特征在于:配方由下列重量份的原料组成:水性丙烯酸乳液50份、脂肪酸盐两性抗静电剂10份、滑石粉8份、氧化铝5份、醋酸钙5份、醋酸纳米纤维5份、香味剂2份、染色剂2份、石墨粉1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,其特征在于:所述香味剂为带有香味的酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,其特征在于:所述氧化铝也可为其他常见金属氧化物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗静电功能的新型环保水性漆制备方法,其特征在于:所述染色剂为无毒无气味的人工合成染色剂。
