本发明涉及一种油漆生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车氨基烘干磁漆。
背景技术
氨基烘干磁漆是由醇酸树脂、氨基树脂、颜料、200号溶剂汽油、二甲苯,经过研磨、调漆,产生的对金属表面装饰功能的面漆,其特点是色彩鲜艳,光亮坚硬,并具有良好的柔韧性,冲击强度和耐水性,能作为醇酸底漆的面漆,用于金属表面装饰涂料。市场上现有的汽车氨基烘干磁漆,防腐性能很低、耐盐雾仅300小时、耐老化仅250小时、烘烤温度较高,达到160-220℃、硬度H以下、耐湿热较差。

本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种耐盐雾、耐老化、烘烤温度低、硬度高、耐湿热较好的汽车氨基烘干磁漆。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种汽车氨基烘干磁漆,其特征在于,其组分及重量份数如下:
改性短油树脂:60份~80份;
低醚化氨基树脂:20份~30份;
流平剂:1份~1.5份;
分散剂:1份~1.5份;
颜料:15份~25份;
消泡剂:1份~1.5份;
稀释剂:2份~3份。
其中,所述改性短油树脂包括以下重量份数的组分:
高碘值脂肪酸树脂:1500份~2000份;
苯酐:600份~800份;
聚酯粉:200份~300份;
稀释剂:1400份~1800份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配比合理,通过本发明制得的汽车氨基烘干磁漆耐盐雾、耐老化、烘烤温度低、硬度高、耐湿热较好。
