本发明提供一种离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,由下列原料制成:水性丙烯酸树脂、去离子水、非离子聚氨酯、消泡剂、钛白粉、中和剂、沉淀硫酸钡、有机硅表面活性剂、三聚磷酸铝、闪蚀抑制剂、滑石粉、流平剂、催化剂;包括以下步骤,本发明所提供的离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆去离子水为助溶剂,不用添加有机溶剂,保护生态环境,降低温室效应,并且具有良好的耐腐蚀性,同时附着力较好,使用寿命长,应用广泛。

离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的说,涉及一种离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法。
背景技术
丙烯酸聚氨酯漆漆膜强韧,光泽丰满,附着力强,耐水耐磨、耐腐蚀性。被广泛用于高级木器家具,也可用于金属表面。能和多种树酯混溶,可在广泛范围内调整配方,以满足不同需要。广泛应用于木器、汽车、飞机、机械、电器、仪器仪表、塑料、皮革、纸张、织物、石油化工等各个方面。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,工艺简单,所制备的离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆具有良好的耐腐蚀性,同时附着力较好,使用寿命长,应用广泛。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:水性丙烯酸树脂150-200份、去离子水200-300份、消泡剂2-5份、钛白粉150-200份、中和剂2-3份、沉淀硫酸钡100-200份、有机硅表面活性剂10-20份、三聚磷酸铝2-5份、闪蚀抑制剂2-4份、滑石粉25-35份、流平剂1-3份、催化剂0.5-2份;
其制备步骤如下:
(1)、将去离子水、有机硅表面活性剂、三聚磷酸铝、沉淀硫酸、钛白粉、滑石粉、催化剂和1/2重量的非离子聚氨酯的一半重量份依次加入搅拌缸搅拌均匀;
(2)、将步骤(1)所得溶液通过砂磨机研磨至细度在40微米以内,再将溶液放回搅拌缸;
(3)、搅拌缸在高速搅拌机搅拌下依次加入物料水性聚丙烯酸树脂、流平剂、中和剂、闪蚀抑制剂剩余的非离子聚氨酯搅拌均匀;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得溶液过滤、等量包装;
所用有机硅表面活性剂为德国毕克(XYK-344),钛白粉为杜邦S-727钛白粉,非离子型聚氨酯为拜耳(RM-5000)。离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法的制备步骤(2)检测细度的仪器为细度计。
闪蚀抑制剂为亚硝酸钠或者苯甲酸钠。
中和剂由丁醇、三乙醇胺混合制成。
进一步,一种离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,由下列原料按照如下的重量份配比制成:水性丙烯酸树脂160-180份、去离子水230-250份、非离子聚氨酯10-20份消泡剂3-4份、钛白粉160-180份、中和剂2-3份、沉淀硫酸钡140-160份、有机硅表面活性剂14-16份、三聚磷酸铝2-4份、闪蚀抑制剂2-4份、滑石粉28-33份、流平剂1-3份、催化剂0.5-2份。
进一步,一种离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,由下列原料按照如下的重量份配比制成:其特征在于,其由下列原料按照如下的重量份配比制成:水性丙烯酸树脂170份、去离子水230份、非离子聚氨酯20份消泡剂3份、钛白粉160份、中和剂2份、沉淀硫酸钡140份、有机硅表面活性剂14份、三聚磷酸铝2份、闪蚀抑制剂4份、滑石粉33份、流平剂3份、催化剂0.5-2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
1、本发明以去离子水为助溶剂,不用添加有机溶剂,保护生态环境,降低温室效应。
2、本发明所提供的方法,工艺简单,生产效率高。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做出进一步说明。
实施例1
一种离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,由下列原料按照如下的重量份配比制成:水性丙烯酸树脂180份、去离子水250份、非离子聚氨酯20份消泡剂4份、钛白粉180份、中和剂3份、沉淀硫酸钡160份、有机硅表面活性剂16份、三聚磷酸铝4份、亚硝酸钠4份、滑石粉33份、流平剂3份、催化剂2份;
其制备步骤如下:
(1)、将去离子水、有机硅表面活性剂、三聚磷酸铝、沉淀硫酸、钛白粉、滑石粉、催化剂和1/2重量的非离子聚氨酯的一半重量份依次加入搅拌缸搅拌均匀;
(2)、将步骤(1)所得溶液通过砂磨机研磨至细度在40微米以内,再将溶液放回搅拌缸;
(3)、搅拌缸在高速搅拌机搅拌下依次加入物料水性聚丙烯酸树脂、流平剂、中和剂、亚硝酸钠、剩余的非离子聚氨酯搅拌均匀;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得溶液过滤、等量包装。

Claims (5)

1.一种离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,其特征在于,其由下列原料按照如下的重量份配比制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂150-200份、去离子水200-300份、非离子聚氨酯10-20份、消泡剂2-5份、钛白粉150-200份、中和剂2-3份、沉淀硫酸钡100-200份、有机硅表面活性剂10-20份、三聚磷酸铝2-5份、闪蚀抑制剂2-4份、滑石粉25-35份、流平剂1-3份、催化剂0.5-2份;
其制备步骤如下:
(1)、将去离子水、有机硅表面活性剂、三聚磷酸铝、沉淀硫酸、钛白粉、滑石粉、催化剂和1/2重量的非离子聚氨酯的一半重量份依次加入搅拌缸搅拌均匀;
(2)、将步骤(1)所得溶液通过砂磨机研磨至细度在40微米以内,再将溶液放回搅拌缸;
(3)、搅拌缸在高速搅拌机搅拌下依次加入物料水性聚丙烯酸树脂、流平剂、中和剂、闪蚀抑制剂剩余的非离子聚氨酯搅拌均匀;
(4)、将步骤(3)所得溶液过滤、等量包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)检测细度的仪器为细度计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述闪蚀抑制剂为亚硝酸钠或者苯甲酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述中和剂由丁醇、三乙醇胺混合制成。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的离心机专用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆的制备方法,其特征在于,其由下列原料按照如下的重量份配比制成:水性丙烯酸树脂170份、去离子水230份、非离子聚氨酯20份消泡剂3份、钛白粉160份、中和剂2份、沉淀硫酸钡140份、有机硅表面活性剂14份、三聚磷酸铝2份、闪蚀抑制剂4份、滑石粉33份、流平剂3份、催化剂0.5-2份。
