本发明公开了一种清热解暑饮料及其制备方法,所述的一种清热解暑饮料其重量组份包括:藿香15‑20份、金银花10‑15份、苦瓜8‑12份、西瓜5‑8份、樱桃6‑8份、绿豆10‑15份、冰糖7‑8份、牛黄2‑4份、菊花5‑7份、荷叶提取物3‑6份、葡萄糖12‑16份、食用盐2‑4份。本发明提供的方法通过将藿香、金银花、苦瓜、菊花需要冰水混合物浸泡处理后文火煎熬、静置后提取清液制备得到,操作简单,选材均来自食物,健康安全,具有顺心平气功效,防暑降温效果好。

本发明属于一种饮料,具体涉及一种具有清热解暑饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
夏天是很多人都喜欢的季节,但是对于高温的下的工作人们在户外的工作的人们来说酷暑是一种很容易发生意外的事情,做好防暑降温是每次进入夏天人们最为关注的问题,对于工作在室内的人们可以通过空调等其他的良性食材进行防暑降温措施,比如说绿豆汤、藿香正气液等辅助调理身体的气息,但是对于体质弱和所处温度高的工作环境下的人们来说,通过大量的补水降温是远远不够的,市场上对于防暑降温的饮料还不是很多,以功能性饮料为主,调理气息和防暑方面不够。
发明内容
发明目的;针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种清热解暑饮料及其制备方法,为高温下工作的人们提供能量和调理气息,补充缺失水分和物质。
技术方案:本发明包括一种清热解暑饮料及其制备方法,所述的一种清热解暑饮料其重量组份包括:藿香15-20份、金银花10-15份、苦瓜8-12份、西瓜5-8份、樱桃6-8份、绿豆10-15份、冰糖7-8份、牛黄2-4份、菊花5-7份、荷叶提取物3-6份、葡萄糖12-16份、食用盐2-4份。
有选的,本发明所述的一种清热解暑饮料采用藿香17份、金银花12份、苦瓜10份、西瓜6份、樱桃7份、绿豆13份、冰糖7份、牛黄3份、菊花6份、荷叶提取物4份、葡萄糖14份、食用盐3份的重量组份组成。
制备上述的一种清热解暑饮料,本发明提供以下方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将藿香、金银花、苦瓜、菊花放入冰水混合物中浸泡15-30分钟后取出,用30-50℃的文火煎熬30-50分钟;
(b)将绿豆浸泡3-5小时后文火煮沸后放入0-5℃的环境中静置1-2小时;
(c)将步骤(a)和步骤(b)混合,然后过滤、沉淀后取上层清液,加入冰糖、葡萄糖、牛黄、荷叶提取物和食用盐混合而成。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种清热解暑饮采用良性食材,添加调理气息药材结合,所述的制备方法也简单方便,价格低廉,但是可以为夏季高温下的人们放暑降温,补充缺少元素,且防暑效果好,极大的调节和缓解因高温带来的身体不适问题,另一方面,用料健康安全,不添加其他成分。

具体实施例1
一种清热解暑饮料其重量组份包括:藿香15份、金银花10份、苦瓜8份、西瓜5份、樱桃6份、绿豆10份、冰糖7份、牛黄2份、菊花5份、荷叶提取物3份、葡萄糖12份、食用盐2份。
制备上述的一种清热解暑饮料,本发明提供以下方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将藿香、金银花、苦瓜、菊花放入冰水混合物中浸泡15分钟后取出,用30℃的文火煎熬30分钟;
(b)将绿豆浸泡3小时后文火煮沸后放入0℃的环境中静置1小时;
(c)将步骤(a)和步骤(b)混合,然后过滤、沉淀后取上层清液,加入冰糖、葡萄糖、牛黄、荷叶提取物和食用盐混合而成。
具体实施例2
一种清热解暑饮料其重量组份包括:藿香20份、金银花15份、苦瓜12份、西瓜8份、樱桃8份、绿豆15份、冰糖8份、牛黄4份、菊花7份、荷叶提取物6份、葡萄糖16份、食用盐4份。
制备上述的一种清热解暑饮料,本发明提供以下方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将藿香、金银花、苦瓜、菊花放入冰水混合物中浸泡30分钟后取出,用50℃的文火煎熬50分钟;
(b)将绿豆浸泡5小时后文火煮沸后放入5℃的环境中静置2小时;
(c)将步骤(a)和步骤(b)混合,然后过滤、沉淀后取上层清液,加入冰糖、葡萄糖、牛黄、荷叶提取物和食用盐混合而成。

1.一种清热解暑饮料,其特征在于:重量组份包括:藿香15-20份、金银花10-15份、苦瓜8-12份、西瓜5-8份、樱桃6-8份、绿豆10-15份、冰糖7-8份、牛黄2-4份、菊花5-7份、荷叶提取物3-6份、葡萄糖12-16份、食用盐2-4份。
2.制备如权利要求1所述的一种清热解暑饮料,提供一种清热解暑饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(a)将藿香、金银花、苦瓜、菊花放入冰水混合物中浸泡15-30分钟后取出,用30-50℃的文火煎熬30-50分钟;
(b)将绿豆浸泡3-5小时后文火煮沸后放入0-5℃的环境中静置1-2小时;
(c)将步骤(a)和步骤(b)混合,然后过滤、沉淀后取上层清液,加入冰糖、葡萄糖、牛黄、荷叶提取物和食用盐混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种清热解暑饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的藿香、金银花、苦瓜、菊花需要冰水混合物浸泡处理。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种清热解暑饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的文火温度为30-50℃。
