本申请公开的一种水刺无纺布及面膜、医用敷料和毛巾,其中,水刺无纺布包括面层、底层及位于二者之间的中间层,面层与底层均为纤维网,中间层为织物网;面层、中间层及底层经水刺复合相互缠结连接为整体。本申请所给出的一种水刺无纺布及面膜、医用敷料和毛巾,该水刺无纺布由于面层及底层为纤维网,保留了传统无纺布良好的吸液性能,而中间层采用单层或多层的织物网,增加了水刺无纺布整体的强度,使其抗撕扯不易变形,在浸水的状态下容易展开;同时进一步改善了水刺无纺布的悬垂性,更加柔软顺滑。面层、中间层及底层通过水刺复合工艺形成一体结构,其内疏松多孔,布面的柔软性、透气性、吸液性能得到提升,使用更加舒适。

技术领域
本申请涉及无纺布领域,尤其涉及一种水刺无纺布及面膜、医用敷料和毛巾。
背景技术
现有的水刺无纺布主要是纤维与纤维之间相互缠结而连接成整体,而传统的纺织布匹是纱线之间交织成型,与传统的纺织布匹相比,水刺无纺布布面强度偏低,容易在撕扯下容易变形或断裂;布面整体较僵硬,悬垂性差不易弯折;布面中的纤维会相互接触并贴合,特别在湿性状态下,布面与布面会由于纤维与纤维间的贴合作用而缠结得非常紧密,不易展开。
发明内容
本申请提供一种水刺无纺布及面膜、医用敷料和毛巾,旨在解决现有水刺无纺布强度低易变性,布面悬垂性差的问题。
本申请公开的一种水刺无纺布,包括
面层,所述面层为纤维网;
底层,所述底层为纤维网;
中间层,位于所述面层与底层之间,所述中间层为织物网;
所述面层、中间层及底层经水刺复合相互缠结连接为整体。
所述的水刺无纺布,其中,所述纤维网为直铺或交铺结构。
一种面膜,其中,所述面膜采用以上所述的水刺无纺布制备。
所述的面膜,其中,所述面层及底层均为克重5-40g/m2的纤维网,中间层为8-25g/m2的织物网。
一种医用敷料,其中,所述医用敷料采用以上所述的水刺无纺布制备。
所述的面膜,其中,所述面层及底层均为克重8-70g/m2的纤维网,所述中间层为10-80g/m2的织物网。
一种毛巾,其中,所述面膜采用以上所述的水刺无纺布制备。
所述的面膜,其中,所述面层及底层均为克重10-100g/m2的纤维网,中间层为13-200g/m2的织物网。
本申请所给出的一种水刺无纺布及面膜、医用敷料和毛巾,该水刺无纺布由于面层及底层为纤维网,保留了传统无纺布良好的吸液性能,而中间层采用单层或多层的织物网,增加了水刺无纺布整体的强度,使其抗撕扯不易变形,在浸水的状态下容易展开;同时进一步改善了水刺无纺布的悬垂性,更加柔软顺滑。面层、中间层及底层通过水刺复合工艺形成一体结构,其内疏松多孔,布面的柔软性、透气性、吸液性能得到提升,使用更加舒适。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本实施例所提供的水刺无纺布,如图1所示,包括面层1、底层3、位于二者之间的中间层2。面层1与底层3均为纤维与纤维相互缠结而成的纤维网,该纤维可以是自然纤维或化学纤维或两者结合的混合纤维。纤维网可以是直铺结构,还可以是交铺结构。中间层2为织物网,该织物网可以是单层,也可以是多层(多层织物网之间相互接结固定连接),可以是针织布或梭织布或二者相结合的复合织物。面层1、中间2层及底层3通过水刺复合工艺,使得各层之间相互缠结形成整块无纺布,经过水刺复合工艺后,布面更加柔软,同时其内部疏松多孔,透气性、吸液性能得到提升,使用更加舒适。
本实施例所公开的水刺无纺布可以用于面膜、医用敷料和毛巾等制品。
面膜基材一般采用水刺无纺布,轻、薄、透、敷贴是面膜的特定,而要想达到轻、薄、透且敷贴的效果,目前市场上一般采用低克重水刺无纺布做为基材的解决方案来实现,而低克重水刺无纺布强力偏低,在作为面膜基材使用时非常容易变形,且在湿性状态下难以展开,使用不便。采用本实施例的水刺无纺布制备的面膜基材时,面层1及底层3均采用克重为5-40g/m2的纤维网,中间层采用克重为8-25g/m2的织物网。这种结构的水刺复合无纺布制备的面膜,布面具备轻、薄、透的同时,也保证了无纺布具备较好的强力,不易变形,同时使得布面在湿态状态下保持一定的形态,容易展开。
如今,越来越多的医用敷料采用合成纤维无纺布或全棉无纺布作为基材,以解决传统纱布掉纱线头的问题。但合成纤维无纺布和全棉无纺布的强力偏小,在做一些骨科手术时,无纺布敷料容易被拉扯撕断,影响手术正常进行,另外对于一直使用传统纱布的医生来说,无纺布敷料手感有些偏硬,使用不够舒适。采用本实施例的水刺无纺布制备的医用敷料,面层1及底层3均采用克重为8-70g/m2的纤维网,中间层2采用克重为10-80g/m2的织物网。该手术敷料能够保持无纺布较好的吸液性能,由于中间层2织物网的添加,又使得布面强力得到了很好的保障,同时布面悬垂性更好,手感兼具了纱布的柔润顺滑。
毛巾是人们日常生活中必不可少的产品,目前市面上的毛巾基本都是采用的纺织面料,这种面料一般具备多圈结构,空隙多,很容易吸附灰尘和病菌,毛巾每天都要与我们的肌肤进行亲密接触,病菌很容易侵入人们的体内,使人们感染疾病,不利于人们健康生活;同时用久了会出现发黄发硬的现象,对我们的皮肤可能会产生一定刺激作用。采用本实施例的水刺无纺布制备的毛巾,面层1及底层3均采用克重为10-100g/m2的纤维网,中间层2采用克重为13-200g/m2的织物网。由于中间层织物网的添加,布面悬垂性更好,增加面部的舒适感,另外在保证布面强力的同时,布面吸液量也得到了很好的保障。
本申请所给出的一种水刺无纺布及面膜、医用敷料和毛巾,该水刺无纺布由于面层及底层为纤维网,保留了传统无纺布良好的吸液性能,而中间层采用单层或多层的织物网,增加了水刺无纺布整体的强度,使其抗撕扯不易变形,在浸水的状态下容易展开;同时进一步改善了水刺无纺布的悬垂性,更加柔软顺滑。面层、中间层及底层通过水刺复合工艺形成一体结构,其内疏松多孔,布面的柔软性、透气性、吸液性能得到提升,使用更加舒适。

1.一种水刺无纺布,其特征在于,包括
面层,所述面层为纤维网;
底层,所述底层为纤维网;
中间层,位于所述面层与底层之间,所述中间层为织物网;
所述面层、中间层及底层经水刺复合相互缠结为整体。
2.如权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布,其特征在于,所述纤维网为直铺或交铺结构。
3.一种面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜采用如权利要求1或2所述的水刺无纺布制备。
4.如权利要求3所述的面膜,其特征在于,所述面层及底层均为克重5-40g/m2的纤维网,中间层为8-25g/m2的织物网。
5.一种医用敷料,其特征在于,所述医用敷料采用如权利要求1或2所述的水刺无纺布制备。
6.如权利要求5所述的面膜,其特征在于,所述面层及底层均为克重8-70g/m2的纤维网,所述中间层为10-80g/m2的织物网。
7.一种毛巾,其特征在于,所述面膜采用如权利要求1或2所述的水刺无纺布制备。
8.如权利要求7所述的面膜,其特征在于,所述面层及底层均为克重10-100g/m2的纤维网,中间层为13-200g/m2的织物网。
