技术领域
本申请涉及卫生制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合无纺布及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者对卫生巾、尿裤等卫生制品的舒适性、安全性要求越来越高。由于水刺无纺布具备优异的亲肤、柔软性能,能够满足消费者亲肤性、舒适性、安全性的需求,使其被越来越多的应用到卫生制品面层。由于纤维素纤维本身具有良好的吸水性,由其制成的无纺布也会具备良好的吸水性,导致无纺布用于卫生制品面层时就会比较潮湿,对于干爽性要求很高的卫生巾、尿裤来说,解决含纤维素纤维的无纺布的潮湿问题尤为重要。
现有技术中通过将带网眼的拒水无纺布层和亲水无纺布层制作成复合无纺布材料,通过网眼将水导流到亲水无纺布层,这在一定程度上可以提高干爽性,然而这种方案会降低卫生制品的舒适性、安全性,还会增加成本。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种复合无纺布,以解决无纺布易潮湿的问题。
为实现以上目的,本申请提供一种复合无纺布,包括:
第一层,所述第一层为底层,所述第一层为亲水热风无纺布;
第二层,所述第二层设置在所述第一层上,所述第二层为表层,所述第二层为拒水全棉水刺无纺布,所述拒水全棉水刺无纺布呈网孔状,包括布面和网眼;
第三层,所述第三层设置在所述第一层和所述第二层之间;
当所述第三层为亲水全棉水刺无纺布时,所述第三层的形状与所述第一层相同,以提高所述复合无纺布的舒适性;
或,当所述第三层为拒水化纤无纺布时,所述第三层的形状与所述第二层相同,以提高所述复合无纺布的强度。

如本文所用之术语:
“由……制备”与“包含”同义。本文中所用的术语“包含”、“包括”、“具有”、“含有”或其任何其它变形,意在覆盖非排它性的包括。例如,包含所列要素的组合物、步骤、方法、制品或装置不必仅限于那些要素,而是可以包括未明确列出的其它要素或此种组合物、步骤、方法、制品或装置所固有的要素。

本申请提供一种复合无纺布10,请参阅图1和图2,包括:第一层1,所述第一层1为底层,所述第一层1为亲水热风无纺布;第二层2,所述第二层2设置在所述第一层1上,所述第二层2为表层,所述第二层2为拒水全棉水刺无纺布,所述拒水全棉水刺无纺布呈网孔状,包括布面2a和网眼2b;第三层3,所述第三层3设置在所述第一层1和所述第二层2之间;当所述第三层3为亲水全棉水刺无纺布时,所述第三层3的形状与所述第一层1相同,以提高所述复合无纺布10的舒适性;或,当所述第三层3为拒水化纤无纺布时,所述第三层3的形状与所述第二层2相同,以提高所述复合无纺布10的强度。
具体的,拒水全棉水刺无纺布水不会渗过去,做为表层,沾水后不潮,因此采用拒水含棉水刺无纺布作为该复合无纺布10的表层可以确保复合无纺布10表面干爽,并且与皮肤接触的位置的舒适性,同时设置为网孔状,液体从网眼2b处流到亲水层。网孔状的孔型可以是圆形、椭圆形或者是方孔等,作为优先,孔型为椭圆形,孔型直径为1mm-5mm。
具体的,请参阅图1,采用亲水热风无纺布作为第一层1,保证复合无纺布10的吸水性能。亲水热风无纺布作为导流层,起到隔绝液体回渗到表层,促进液体在底层扩散的作用,但是亲水热风无纺布的柔软性不够好,网眼2b位置与皮肤接触的亲水热风无纺布使得复合无纺布10的舒适性降低,通过在表层和底层之间设置一个亲水全棉水刺无纺布的第三层3,可以提高复合无纺布10的舒适性。
另一方面,请参阅图2,表层使用拒水全棉水刺无纺布成本大大增加,通过设置与表层形状相同的拒水化纤无纺布第三层3,提高复合无纺布10的强度,使得可以减少表层拒水全棉水刺无纺布的使用量,降低复合无纺布10的成本。
优选地,所述拒水化纤无纺布包括:拒水纺粘无纺布或拒水涤纶纤维网。
优选地,请继续参阅图1和图2,所述复合无纺布10整体呈凹凸状,包括依次间隔排布的凸出部4和凹陷部5;所述布面2a覆盖所述凸出部4,且不覆盖所述凹陷部5,以使所述网眼2b朝向所述凹陷部5。
采用拒水全棉水刺无纺布作为第二层2虽然能够提高复合无纺布10的表面干爽性能,但是如果拒水全棉水刺无纺布上的液体不能顺利流入到第一层1亲水热风无纺布中,就会出现滑渗量大的问题,从而对液体的渗透性较差,不能快速、有效地使液体渗透到第一层1,造成液体沿卫生制品的边缘流出,从而使局部皮肤受到液体浸泡,造成使用者不适,进而引起使用者部分皮肤受损,危害使用者身体健康。
为了便于液体从第二层2流到第一层1,将复合无纺布10的结构设置为整体呈凹凸状,包括间隔排布的凸出部4和凹陷部5,布面2a覆盖凸出部4,且不覆盖凹陷部5,以使网眼2b朝向凹陷部5。该复合无纺布10的结构一方面使得拒水全棉水刺无纺布布面2a上的液体易于滑落到拒水全棉水刺无纺布网眼2b位置,从而拒水全棉水刺无纺布不会影响到液体下渗,干爽性稳定;另一方面拒水全棉水刺无纺布网眼2b朝向凹陷部5可以增加网眼2b在亲水层上的覆盖面积,即亲水层通过拒水全棉水刺无纺布网眼2b与液体接触的面积更大,从而加快了液体的吸收速度,减小滑渗,降低使用该复合无纺布10的卫生制品漏液的风险。
可以理解的是,布面2a设置在凸出部4便于拒水全棉水刺无纺布上的液体的滑落,布面2a不设置在凹陷部5,避免液体滑落到凹陷部5时无法渗透到第一层1,造成滑渗的问题;通过凸出部4和凹陷部5的设置,使得网眼2b覆盖的亲水层面积大大增加,液体从布面2a滑落到网眼2b后与亲水层的接触面积更大,从而吸收效果更好,使得该复合无纺布10在表面干爽的情况下,吸收效果也更好。
优选地,所述覆盖所述凸出部4的布面2a对称设置。该种设置方式使得该复合无纺布10的干爽性能和吸水性能更均一稳定,防止局部位置由于拒水全棉水刺无纺布布面2a设置太多,拒水性太强,吸水效果较差。
本申请提供的复合无纺布10包括拒水表层和亲水底层,底层为亲水热风无纺布,表层为呈网孔状的拒水全棉水刺无纺布,表层的液体从拒水全棉水刺无纺布网眼流入亲水热风无纺布,提高表层的干爽性,亲水热风无纺布作为导流层,起到隔绝液体回渗到表层,促进液体在底层扩散的作用,但是亲水热风无纺布的柔软性不够好,网孔位置与皮肤接触的亲水热风无纺布使得复合无纺布10的舒适性降低,通过在表层和底层之间设置一个亲水全棉水刺无纺布的第三层3,可以提高复合无纺布10的舒适性;或者通过设置与表层形状相同的拒水化纤布第三层3,提高复合无纺布10的强度,使得可以减少表层拒水全棉水刺无纺布的使用量,降低复合无纺布10的成本。
该复合无纺布10的结构设置为整体呈凹凸状,包括间隔排布的凸出部4和凹陷部5,布面2a覆盖凸出部4,且不覆盖凹陷部5,以使网眼2b朝向凹陷部5。该复合无纺布10的结构一方面使得拒水全棉水刺无纺布布面2a上的液体易于滑落到拒水全棉水刺无纺布网眼2b位置,从而拒水全棉水刺无纺布不会影响到液体下渗,干爽性稳定;另一方面拒水全棉水刺无纺布网眼2b朝向凹陷部5可以增加网眼2b在亲水层上的覆盖面积,即亲水层通过拒水全棉水刺无纺布网眼2b与液体接触的面积更大,从而加快了液体的吸收速度,减小滑渗,降低使用该复合无纺布10的卫生制品漏液的风险。
本申请还提供一种上述的复合无纺布的制备方法,请参阅图3至图5,包括:
步骤一:制得包括所述第二层和所述第三层的第一复合层。
在一实施例中,请参阅图3,所述制得包括所述第二层和所述第三层的第一复合层,具体包括:将所述呈网孔状的拒水全棉水刺无纺布与所述亲水全棉水刺无纺布经复合工艺制成第一复合层。
具体的,所述复合工艺为胶复合,所述胶复合包括:
在所述呈网孔状的拒水含棉水刺无纺布朝向所述亲水全棉水刺无纺布的一面的布面位置涂上热熔胶,再将涂好胶的呈网孔状的拒水全棉水刺无纺布与亲水全棉水刺无纺布进行复合。
网眼布用在卫生制品表层,热熔胶可以透过网孔溢出,导致存在粘皮肤的情况,这个痛点阻碍了网眼布在卫生制品表层的应用,采用本发明方案的涂胶方式能够解决行业一直存在的这个痛点。
相比常规的涂胶方式,这种涂胶方式不仅可以减少涂胶量,减小胶水对液体下渗的影响,还可以避免胶水通过拒水全棉水刺无纺布的网眼部分溢出来粘皮肤,确保最终制成的卫生制品成品不会粘结皮肤。
在另一实施例中,请参阅图4,所述制得包括所述第二层和所述第三层的第一复合层,具体包括:将拒水全棉纤维网与拒水纺粘无纺布通过水刺复合得到拒水复合层;将所述拒水复合层冲孔得到所述第一复合层。
在该方案中,表层为拒水全棉纤维网,相较于拒水全棉无纺布,棉的使用量大大降低,但是拒水全棉纤维网不利于形成网孔状,因此将拒水全棉纤维网与拒水纺粘无纺布进行复合,拒水纺粘无纺布强力好、价格低,可以起到增强复合无纺布强力和降低复合无纺布成本的作用。
并且棉和纺粘布的复合无纺布,可以利用纺粘布在高温下的热熔特性进行复合的特点,后续进行3D压花打孔工艺,第一复合层与第一层之间不需要再进行复合工艺,只需要叠置在一起即可进行3D压花打孔,减少复合无纺布10的制备工艺。
水刺工艺过程中不存在对纤维网的挤压,从而提高了最终产品的膨松度;不使用树脂或粘合剂,从而保持了纤网固有的柔软性,且由于不使用胶复合,不会发生漏胶的问题。
在又一实施例中,请参阅图5,所述制得包括所述第二层和所述第三层的第一复合层,具体包括:将拒水全棉纤维网与拒水涤纶纤维网通过水刺提花打孔复合得到所述第一复合层。
通过水刺提花打孔复合,不需要单独的打孔步骤,可以减少工艺流程。并且棉和涤纶的复合水刺无纺布,可以利用涤纶在高温下的热熔特性进行复合的特点,后续进行3D压花打孔工艺,第一复合层与第一层之间不需要再进行复合工艺,只需要叠置在一起即可进行后续工艺,减少复合无纺布的制备工艺。
步骤二:将所述第一复合层与所述第一层制成所述复合无纺布。
第一复合层与第一层可以通过胶复合,胶复合牢固性好,且透气性好。
在一优选实施例中,将所述三层复合无纺布经3D压花打孔工艺制成所述凹凸状的复合无纺布,即为3D干爽无纺布。
本申请还提供上述的复合无纺布在制备卫生制品的应用。
优选地,所述卫生制品包括卫生巾、尿裤、乳垫或护理垫。更优选地,复合无纺布用于制作该卫生制品的表层,使得该卫生制品亲肤、舒适、干爽。
下面将结合具体实施例对本申请的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本申请,而不应视为限制本申请的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
第二层2采用25g/㎡的拒水网眼全棉水刺无纺布,纤维细度为0.8~4.0dtex,纤维长度为15~45mm,网眼大小为4-50目,第三层3采用12-40g/㎡亲水全棉水刺无纺布,第一层1采用12-40g/㎡亲水热风无纺布,实施例1的复合无纺布的生产流程如图3所示,具体包括如下步骤:
1)备料:将原棉即100%的纯天然、未经脱脂的棉纤维准备好,以备使用。原棉的棉纤维表面会有一层蜡质,具有疏水特性,使得最终制成的水刺布具备拒水特性。
2)清花:将原棉利用清花机进行除杂,筛除原棉中的三丝、异物等。
3)梳理:包括开松和梳理两个部分,即将棉纤维开松成单纤维状态,便于梳棉机将其梳顺。
4)铺网:该步骤采用交叉铺网,交叉铺网使得布面的横纵向强力更均匀,耐磨性能更好。
5)预湿:保证纤维网在水刺前有良好的润湿条件。
6)水刺提花打孔:利用水刺机的高压水流对原棉纤维网进行正面及反面水刺,使得棉纤维相互缠结,同时,由于水刺提花转鼓上面特殊的网齿形结构设计,纤维网在水刺提花转鼓上进行水刺后,布面会呈现多网孔形态。
7)轧干:将制成的全棉水刺无纺布里面的水分挤出,便于下一道工序。
8)高温水洗:采用70-100℃的高温水对水刺布进行清洗,除去布面上残留的杂质,同时达到高温灭菌的目的,使得无纺布面的初始污染菌得到有效控制。
9)烘干。
10)收卷:完成网孔状的全棉水刺无纺布生产,布面具备较好的拒水性能。
11)复合1:将制备好的网孔状的全棉水刺无纺布与亲水全棉水刺无纺布进行热熔胶复合,涂胶量为0.5-10g。涂胶方式:先在网孔状的全棉水刺无纺布的布面上涂上0.5-10g热熔胶,再将涂好胶的网孔状的全棉水刺无纺布与亲水全棉水刺无纺布进行复合,得到第一复合层。
12)复合2:将制备好的第一复合层与第一层亲水热风无纺布进行热熔胶复合,涂胶量为0.5-10g。涂胶方式:在第一层上面进行点状涂胶,再与第一复合层进行复合,得到三层的复合无纺布。
13)3D压花打孔:将制备好的三层的复合无纺布进行3D压花打孔加工,3D凸起部分为第二层纯棉布面,3D下凹部分为第二层纯棉布网眼部分,得到3D干爽复合无纺布。
14)分切收卷:按照卫生制品第二层材料的幅宽要求进行分切打包,以便成品制备使用。
实施例2
第二层采用约12g/㎡的拒水全棉纤维网,第三层采用约8g/㎡拒水纺粘无纺布,第一层采用12-40g/㎡亲水热风无纺布,实施例2的复合无纺布的生产流程如图4所示,具体包括如下步骤:
1)备料:将拒水原棉即100%的纯天然、未经脱脂的棉纤维准备好,以备使用。
2)梳理:包括开松和梳理两个部分,即将棉纤维开松成单纤维状态,便于梳棉机将其梳顺。
3)铺网:该步骤采用交叉铺网,交叉铺网使得布面的横纵向强力更均匀,耐磨性能更好。
4)预湿:保证拒水全棉纤维网在水刺前有良好的润湿条件。
5)水刺复合:将拒水全棉纤维网与拒水纺粘无纺布进行水刺复合得到拒水复合层。
6)轧干:将制成的拒水复合层里面的水分挤出,便于下一道工序。
7)高温水洗:采用70-100℃的高温水对拒水复合层进行清洗,除去布面上残留的杂质,同时达到高温灭菌的目的,使得无纺布面的初始污染菌得到有效控制。

9)冲孔:用冲孔设备将制备好的拒水复合层进行冲孔,得到第一复合层。
10)将制备好的第一复合层与第一层亲水热风无纺布进行热熔胶复合,涂胶量为0.5-10g。涂胶方式:先在网孔状的第一复合层的布面上涂上0.5-10g热熔胶,再将涂好胶的第一复合层与亲水热风无纺布进行复合,得到三层的复合无纺布。
11)3D压花打孔:将制备好的三层的复合无纺布进行3D压花打孔加工,制成3D干爽复合无纺布,其中3D凸起部分为第二层拒水全棉布面,3D下凹部分为第二层拒水全棉布网眼部分。
12)分切收卷:按照卫生制品第二层材料的幅宽要求进行分切打包,以便成品制备使用
实施例3
第二层采用约12g/㎡拒水全棉纤维网,第三层采用约12g/㎡拒水涤纶纤维网,第一层采用12-40g/㎡亲水热风无纺布,实施例3的复合无纺布的生产流程如图5所示,具体包括如下步骤:
1)备料:将100%的原棉和100%的涤纶纤维准备好,以备使用。
2)梳理:包括开松和梳理两个部分,即将棉纤维和涤纶纤维分别开松成单纤维状态,便于梳棉机将其梳顺。
3)铺网:该步骤采用交叉铺网,交叉铺网使得纤维网的横纵向强力更均匀,耐磨性能更好,分别铺网得到拒水全棉纤维网和拒水涤纶纤维网。
4)预湿:保证纤维网在水刺前有良好的润湿条件。
5)水刺提花打孔复合:利用水刺机的高压水流对拒水全棉纤维网和拒水涤纶纤维网进行正面及反面水刺,使得拒水全棉纤维网和拒水涤纶纤维网复合成拒水复合层,同时,由于水刺提花转鼓上面特殊的网齿形结构设计,拒水复合层纤维网在水刺提花转鼓上进行水刺后,布面会呈现多网孔形态,得到第一复合层。
6)轧干:将制成的第一复合层里面的水分挤出,便于下一道工序。
7)高温水洗:采用70-100℃的高温水对水刺布进行清洗,除去布面上残留的杂质,同时达到高温灭菌的目的,使得无纺布面的初始污染菌得到有效控制。
8)烘干。
9)收卷:完成含棉水刺无纺布生产,布面具备较好的拒水性能。
10)3D压花打孔:将制备好的第一复合层与第一层亲水热风布进行3D压花打孔加工,由于压花辊高温的作用,使得拒水第一复合层和第一层热熔形变并相互粘合在一起,制成3D干爽复合无纺布,其中3D凸起部分为第二层拒水全棉布面,3D下凹部分为第二层拒水全棉布网眼部分。
13)分切收卷:按照卫生制品第二层材料的幅宽要求进行分切打包,以便成品制备使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种复合无纺布,其特征在于,包括:
第一层,所述第一层为底层,所述第一层为亲水热风无纺布;
第二层,所述第二层设置在所述第一层上,所述第二层为表层,所述第二层为拒水全棉水刺无纺布,所述拒水全棉水刺无纺布呈网孔状,包括布面和网眼;
第三层,所述第三层设置在所述第一层和所述第二层之间;
所述第三层为亲水全棉水刺无纺布,所述第三层的形状与所述第一层相同,均为非网孔状,以提高所述复合无纺布的舒适性;
所述复合无纺布整体呈凹凸状,包括依次间隔排布的凸出部和凹陷部,所述凸出部为半圆弧形;
所述布面覆盖所述凸出部,且不覆盖所述凹陷部,以使所述网眼朝向所述凹陷部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述覆盖所述凸出部的布面对称设置。
3.如权利要求1至2任一项所述的复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将所述呈网孔状的拒水全棉水刺无纺布与所述亲水全棉水刺无纺布经复合工艺制成第一复合层;
所述复合工艺为胶复合,所述胶复合包括:
在所述呈网孔状的拒水全棉水刺无纺布朝向所述亲水全棉水刺无纺布的一面的布面位置涂上热熔胶,再将涂好胶的呈网孔状的拒水全棉水刺无纺布与亲水全棉水刺无纺布进行复合;
将所述第一复合层与所述第一层制成所述复合无纺布;将所述复合无纺布经3D打孔压花工艺制成所述凹凸状的复合无纺布。
4.如权利要求1至2任一项所述的复合无纺布在制备卫生制品的应用;
所述卫生制品包括卫生巾或尿裤。
