Abstract

本发明提供一种具有抗菌抑菌作用的水刺布,为多层结构;第一层由薄荷纤维、竹炭纤维、金银花纤维、竹纤维、大豆纤维、羊毛纤维、蚕丝经由开松、梳理、水刺制备而成的复合纤网层;第二层为可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层;第三层为涤纶木浆复合水刺布层;多层结构之间通过水刺工艺复合。复合纤网层具有更好的抑菌抗菌作用,可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层具有更强的持液能力,使用后保证脸部残留少,更加清爽。涤纶木浆复合水刺布层具有更多蓬松木浆纤维,吸附能力强,提高第二层的持液能力的同时,也可以与第二层形成更多的间隙,吸水效率提升。

技术领域
本发明属于水刺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗菌抑菌作用的水刺布。
背景技术
水刺布是将高压微细水流,喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。
水刺布由于其稳定性能以及低廉的价格,广泛应用于面膜中。面膜作为日常护肤品已经越来越受到群众的喜爱。
因此如何制造一款适用于面膜的水刺布,具有良好的性能显得尤为重要。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种具有抗菌抑菌作用的水刺布。为了对披露的实施例的一些方面有一个基本的理解,下面给出了简单的概括。该概括部分不是泛泛评述,也不是要确定关键/重要组成元素或描绘这些实施例的保护范围。其唯一目的是用简单的形式呈现一些概念,以此作为后面的详细说明的序言。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
提供一种具有抗菌抑菌作用的水刺布,为多层结构;第一层由薄荷纤维、竹炭纤维、金银花纤维、竹纤维、大豆纤维、羊毛纤维、蚕丝经由开松、梳理、水刺制备而成的复合纤网层;第二层为可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层;第三层为涤纶木浆复合水刺布层;多层结构之间通过水刺工艺复合。
其中,按重量百分比计,第一层由20%的薄荷纤维、5%的竹炭纤维、5%的金银花纤维、30%的竹纤维、22%的大豆纤维、10%的羊毛纤维、8%的蚕丝经由开松、梳理、水刺制备而成的复合纤网层。
其中,按重量百分比计,第一层由30%的薄荷纤维、3%的竹炭纤维、2%的金银花纤维、25%的竹纤维、28%的大豆纤维、10%的羊毛纤维、2%的蚕丝经由开松、梳理、水刺制备而成的复合纤网层。
其中,按重量百分比计,第一层由10%的薄荷纤维、10%的竹炭纤维、5%的金银花纤维、40%的竹纤维、30%的大豆纤维、2%的羊毛纤维、3%的蚕丝经由开松、梳理、水刺制备而成的复合纤网层。
其中,所述第二层为可水凝胶化的羧甲基化改性全棉水刺布层。
其中,所述涤纶木浆复合水刺布层的制备工艺包括:
将涤纶梳理成纤网;将木浆纸置于纤网表面;水刺工艺中的水针由上至下单向喷射,将木浆纸纤维单向刺入纤网内;烘干获得涤纶木浆复合水刺布层。
其中,烘干获得涤纶木浆复合水刺布层中烘干温度低于55℃。
其中,所述第三层的涤纶木浆复合水刺布层中的木浆纸一侧与第二层的可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层贴合。
其中,该水刺布的厚度为0.5-1.5mm,面膜克重为10-50gsm。
本发明所带来的有益效果:复合纤网层具有更好的抑菌抗菌作用,可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层具有更强的持液能力,使用后保证脸部残留少,更加清爽。涤纶木浆复合水刺布层具有更多蓬松木浆纤维,吸附能力强,提高第二层的持液能力的同时,也可以与第二层形成更多的间隙,吸水效率提升。

在一些说明性的实施例中,如图1所示,本发明提供一种具有抗菌抑菌作用的水刺布,为多层结构。
第一层由薄荷纤维、竹炭纤维、金银花纤维、竹纤维、大豆纤维、羊毛纤维、蚕丝经由开松、梳理、水刺制备而成的复合纤网层1;薄荷纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白色念球菌都有抵抗和抑制作用。竹炭纤维是取毛竹为原料,具有吸附异味、美容护肤的功能。竹纤维主要原料是纤维素,具有除臭、吸湿透气、抗菌抑菌和抗紫外线的功能。金银花纤维制成的面料与皮肤具有良好的相容性,可预防治疗皮肤痒疹过敏,具有润燥、解毒、止痛、消肿的功效。大豆纤维具有良好的保暖性在敷面膜过程中提高面部皮肤温度,促进面膜液吸收,具有极强的抗菌性。羊毛纤维本身具有抗静电特性,亲肤性强,对于皮肤不刺激。但是不具备抗菌特性,因此通过金银花纤维和大豆纤维进行抗菌配合使用。
第二层为可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层2;优选为所述第二层为可水凝胶化的羧甲基化改性全棉水刺布层。
第三层为涤纶木浆复合水刺布层;所述涤纶木浆复合水刺布层的制备工艺包括:将涤纶梳理成纤网4;将木浆纸3置于纤网表面;水刺工艺中的水针由上至下单向喷射,将木浆纸3的纤维单向刺入纤网内;烘干获得涤纶木浆复合水刺布层。烘干温度低于55℃。所述第三层的涤纶木浆复合水刺布层中的木浆纸3一侧与第二层的可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层2贴合。
多层结构之间通过水刺工艺复合,获得该水刺布。
该水刺布的厚度为0.5-1.5mm,面膜克重为10-50gsm

在一种可选的实施例中,按重量百分比计,第一层由10%的薄荷纤维、10%的竹炭纤维、5%的金银花纤维、40%的竹纤维、30%的大豆纤维、2%的羊毛纤维、3%的蚕丝经由开松、梳理、水刺制备而成的复合纤网层。经过测试,持液率为2004%,透湿率为3300g/m2*24h,透气率为4682L/mm2s。

第二层为可水凝胶化的羧甲基化改性全棉水刺布层;
第三层为涤纶木浆复合水刺布层;
多层结构之间通过水刺工艺复合;所述涤纶木浆复合水刺布层的制备工艺包括:
将涤纶梳理成纤网;将木浆纸置于纤网表面;水刺工艺中的水针由上至下单向喷射,将木浆纸纤维单向刺入纤网内;烘干获得涤纶木浆复合水刺布层;
烘干获得涤纶木浆复合水刺布层中烘干温度低于55℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌抑菌作用的水刺布,其特征在于,所述第三层的涤纶木浆复合水刺布层中的木浆纸一侧与第二层的可水凝胶化的全棉水刺布层贴合。
