技术领域
本发明涉及粉体处理技术领域,具体涉及一种印刷喷粉的搅拌装置。
背景技术
在印刷行业中,为防止印刷品表面的未干油墨和纸张接触产生粘脏,在印刷完成后需要在印刷品表面喷上印刷喷粉来隔离纸张和油墨。
印刷喷粉通常以玉米淀粉与硅油为原料经混合而得。目前,使用传统反应釜混合玉米淀粉和硅油时,难以对两者进行充分有效的分散,处理得到的印刷喷粉颗粒不均匀,表面存在缺陷,到流动性弱,影响着印刷喷粉的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于现有搅拌装置分散程度低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,包括筒状搅拌釜,与玉米淀粉相连的进料管和与硅油相连的进油管分别自搅拌釜的外部延伸进搅拌釜的筒腔内,进料管和进油管的管口在搅拌釜的筒腔内邻近布置。
进一步的,所述进料管和进油管的管路上分别设有流量调节阀。
进一步的,所述进料管和进油管的端部在搅拌釜的筒腔内邻近相对布置。
进一步的,所述搅拌釜上设有对干搅拌釜筒体实施搅拌的搅拌单元。
进一步的,所述搅拌单元包括伸进搅拌釜内的转轴、布置在转轴中部的叶轮和布置在转轴端部的推料耙,动力机构驱动转轴转动。
进一步的,所述动力机构为电机,电机带动转轴、叶轮和推料耙构成同步转动。
进一步的,所述推料耙的下边缘呈齿状。
进一步的,所述推料耙的齿顶处布置有弧状弯钩,弯钩的钩口指向搅拌釜的侧壁。
进一步的,所述推料耙的悬置端邻近釜底布置。
进一步的,所述搅拌釜的桶底设有出料口。
本发明的有益效果在于:进料管与进油管管口采用邻近布置的方式,如此,玉米淀粉和硅油在进入搅拌釜时能形成对冲作用,提高混料均匀程度。混合物料在下落的过程中,旋转叶轮对物料作进一步混合、分散。在转轴的端部布置推料耙,推料耙在转动过程中能带动釜底的物料运动。本发明提供的装置分散效果好,能对玉米淀粉和硅油充分混合,改善玉米淀粉表面缺陷,修饰颗粒形状,制得的印刷喷粉流动性好,使用性能优异。

以下结合附图1对本发明进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,一种印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,包括筒状搅拌釜10、进料管20、进油管30。
与玉米淀粉相连的进料管20和与硅油相连的进油管30分别自搅拌釜10的外部延伸进搅拌釜10的筒腔内,进料管20和进油管30的管口在搅拌釜10的筒腔内邻近相对布置。
搅拌釜10上设有对干搅拌釜10筒体实施搅拌的搅拌单元;搅拌单元包括伸进搅拌釜10内的转轴11、布置在转轴11中部的叶轮12和布置在转轴11端部的推料耙13,动力机构驱动转轴11转动;搅拌釜10的桶底设有出料口15。
动力机构为电机14,电机14带动转轴11、叶轮12和推料耙13构成同步转动;推料耙13的下边缘呈齿状;推料耙13的齿顶处布置有弧状弯钩131,弯钩131的钩口指向搅拌釜10的侧壁;推料耙13的悬置端邻近釜底布置。
进料管20和进油管30的管路上分别设有流量调节阀40。

1.一种印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,包括筒状搅拌釜(10),其特征在于:与玉米淀粉相连的进料管(20)和与硅油相连的进油管(30)分别自搅拌釜(10)的外部延伸进搅拌釜(10)的筒腔内,进料管(20)和进油管(30)的管口在搅拌釜(10)的筒腔内邻近布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述进料管(20)和进油管(30)的管路上分别设有流量调节阀(40)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述进料管(20)和进油管(30)的端部在搅拌釜(10)的筒腔内邻近相对布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌釜(10)上设有对干搅拌釜(10)筒体实施搅拌的搅拌单元。
5.根据权利要求4所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌单元包括伸进搅拌釜(10)内的转轴(11)、布置在转轴(11)中部的叶轮(12)和布置在转轴(11)端部的推料耙(13),动力机构驱动转轴(11)转动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述动力机构为电机(14),电机(14)带动转轴(11)、叶轮(12)和推料耙(13)构成同步转动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述推料耙(13)的下边缘呈齿状。
8.根据权利要求7所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述推料耙(13)的齿顶处布置有弧状弯钩(131),弯钩(131)的钩口指向搅拌釜(10)的侧壁。
9.根据权利要求8所述的印刷喷粉的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述推料耙(13)的悬置端邻近釜底布置。
