Abstract

本发明公开一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,包括有搅拌釜、釜盖、搅拌装置;搅拌装置包括有位于搅拌釜中部的转轴、连接在转轴上且位于搅拌釜内部的搅拌框,搅拌装置还包括有从上至下依次安装连接在转轴上的上螺旋桨、中螺旋桨和下螺旋桨,上螺旋桨、中螺旋桨、下螺旋桨均位于搅拌框内部且排液方向向下;搅拌釜底部还开设有循环出料口,釜盖顶部还开设有循环进料口;循环出料口和循环进料口通过循环进料管相互连通,转轴上端连接在电机的输出轴上。本产品可以使物料得到不断地循环搅拌,因而物料在搅拌釜内部能够进行全面地混合和分散,提高了物料的搅拌均匀性,提升了涂料的质量;并且本产品中搅拌装置仅一台电机驱动,结构更简单、成本更低。

Description

一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌设备,特别是针对一种涂料印花粘合剂制备用的循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机。
背景技术
涂料印花产品质量的优劣直接受涂料印花粘合剂性能的影响,而涂料印花粘合剂是由颜料、粘合剂、增稠剂、乳化剂及其他添加剂等制备而成的。在制备过程中为了使各组分分散均匀,往往需要使用搅拌设备进行搅拌。现有一种常用的釜式搅拌机,其包括有搅拌釜、釜盖、穿过釜盖插入到搅拌釜内部的搅拌装置,搅拌装置包括有转轴位于搅拌釜中部刮底刮边的外框搅拌器、以及设置在外框搅拌器转轴两侧的两个辅助搅拌器,两个辅助搅拌器的分散蓝与釜底的高度不一致。这种搅拌机虽然可以有效地防止原料在制备印花粘合剂的过程中粘附在搅拌釜的釜壁和釜底,但是其难以对搅拌釜内部物料做到全面地均衡地搅拌,所以其物料搅拌均匀性差,并因此严重影响到了涂料的质量;而且该种搅拌釜的搅拌装置需要同时用到3台电机驱动,因此其结构也较为复杂、购买成本也比较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种搅拌均匀性好、结构简单、成本低的循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,包括有底部设置有放料口的搅拌釜,连接在所述搅拌釜上方且开设有投料口的釜盖,穿过所述釜盖插入到所述搅拌釜内部的搅拌装置;所述搅拌装置包括有位于所述搅拌釜中部的转轴、连接在所述转轴上且位于所述搅拌釜内部刮底刮边的搅拌框,所述搅拌装置还包括有从上至下依次安装连接在所述转轴上的上螺旋桨、中螺旋桨和下螺旋桨,所述上螺旋桨、中螺旋桨、下螺旋桨均位于所述搅拌框内部且排液方向向下;所述搅拌釜底部还开设有循环出料口,所述釜盖顶部还开设有循环进料口;所述循环出料口和循环进料口通过循环进料管相互连通,所述釜盖上方设置有电机,所述转轴上端连接在所述电机的输出轴上。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述上螺旋桨、中螺旋桨、下螺旋桨的桨叶数量均不少于3片且对称分布。
进一步,所述转轴上焊接有支耳,所述上螺旋桨、中螺旋桨、下螺旋桨的桨叶通过螺栓和螺帽安装连接在所述支耳上。
进一步,所述搅拌框的边缘设置有刀口与所述搅拌釜的釜壁和釜底接触的刮刀片。
进一步,所述搅拌釜釜壁上方设置有周向均布的淋水装置,所述淋水装置与水泵连通。
本发明的有益效果是:由于所述上螺旋桨、中螺旋桨、下螺旋桨可以将所述搅拌釜内部的物料不断向下方排送,因而所述搅拌釜内部的物料也将不断地从位于所述搅拌釜底部的所述循环出料口内排出,并经所述循环进料管、所述循环进料口从所述搅拌釜上端再次返回到搅拌釜内部,从而使物料能够得到不断地循环搅拌;所以本发明可以使物料在搅拌釜内部进行全面充分地混合和分散,提高了物料的搅拌均匀性,提升了涂料的质量。同时,本发明中所述搅拌装置仅需一台电机驱动,因而其结构更加简单、生产和购买成本更低。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,包括有底部设置有放料口11的搅拌釜1,连接在所述搅拌釜1上方且开设有投料口21的釜盖2,穿过所述釜盖2插入到所述搅拌釜1内部的搅拌装置3;所述搅拌装置3包括有位于所述搅拌釜1中部的转轴31、连接在所述转轴31上且位于所述搅拌釜1内部刮底刮边的搅拌框32,所述搅拌装置3还包括有从上至下依次安装连接在所述转轴1上的上螺旋桨33、中螺旋桨34和下螺旋桨35,所述上螺旋桨33、中螺旋桨34、下螺旋桨35均位于所述搅拌框32内部且排液方向向下;所述搅拌釜1底部还开设有循环出料口12,所述釜盖2顶部还开设有循环进料口22;所述循环出料口12和循环进料口22通过循环进料管8相互连通,所述釜盖2上方设置有电机4,所述转轴31上端连接在所述电机4的输出轴上。由于所述上螺旋桨33、中螺旋桨34、下螺旋桨35可以将所述搅拌釜1内部的物料不断向下方排送,因而所述搅拌釜1内部的物料也将不断地从位于所述搅拌釜1底部的所述循环出料口12内排出,并经所述循环进料管8、所述循环进料口22从所述搅拌釜1上端再次返回到所述搅拌釜1内部,从而使物料能够得到不断地循环搅拌;所以本发明可以使物料在所述搅拌釜1内部进行全面充分地混合和分散,提高了物料搅拌地均匀性,提升了涂料的质量。同时,本发明中所述搅拌装置3仅需一台电机(电机4)驱动,因而其结构更加简单、生产和购买成本更低;
一般而言所述上螺旋桨33、中螺旋桨34、下螺旋桨35的桨叶数量越多对物料的搅拌均匀性越好,因此为了保证生产涂料的质量,所述上螺旋桨33、中螺旋桨34、下螺旋桨35的桨叶数量均不宜少于3片;而且为了保证所述搅拌装置3转动时动平衡的稳定性,上述桨叶最好还应当对称分布。
为了方便将所述上螺旋桨33、中螺旋桨34、下螺旋桨35安装连接在所述转轴31上,所述转轴1上焊接有支耳7,所述上螺旋桨33、中螺旋桨34、下螺旋桨35的桨叶通过螺栓和螺帽安装连接在所述支耳7上。
为了加强所述搅拌框32的刮底刮边效果,所述搅拌框32的边缘设置有刀口与所述搅拌釜1的釜壁和釜底接触的刮刀片321。
所述搅拌釜1釜壁上方设置有周向均布的淋水装置5,所述淋水装置5与水泵6连通。上述结构可以方便在搅拌作业之后对所述搅拌釜1和搅拌装置3进行清洗,避免涂料印花粘合剂干燥后凝结在所述搅拌釜1和搅拌装置3上。
以上所述只是本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,包括有底部设置有放料口(11)的搅拌釜(1),连接在所述搅拌釜(1)上方且开设有投料口(21)的釜盖(2),穿过所述釜盖(2)插入到所述搅拌釜(1)内部的搅拌装置(3);所述搅拌装置(3)包括有位于所述搅拌釜(1)中部的转轴(31)、连接在所述转轴(31)上且位于所述搅拌釜(1)内部刮底刮边的搅拌框(32),其特征在于:所述搅拌装置(3)还包括有从上至下依次安装连接在所述转轴(1)上的上螺旋桨(33)、中螺旋桨(34)和下螺旋桨(35),所述上螺旋桨(33)、中螺旋桨(34)、下螺旋桨(35)均位于所述搅拌框(32)内部且排液方向向下;所述搅拌釜(1)底部还开设有循环出料口(12),所述釜盖(2)顶部还开设有循环进料口(22);所述循环出料口(12)和循环进料口(22)通过循环进料管(8)相互连通,所述釜盖(2)上方设置有电机(4),所述转轴(31)上端连接在所述电机(4)的输出轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,其特征在于:所述上螺旋桨(33)、中螺旋桨(34)、下螺旋桨(35)的桨叶数量均不少于3片且对称分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,其特征在于:所述转轴(1)上焊接有支耳(7),所述上螺旋桨(33)、中螺旋桨(34)、下螺旋桨(35)的桨叶均通过螺栓和螺帽安装连接在所述支耳(7)上。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,其特征在于:所述搅拌框(32)的边缘设置有刀口与所述搅拌釜(1)的釜壁和釜底接触的刮刀片(321)。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种循环釜式螺旋桨搅拌机,其特征在于:所述搅拌釜(1)釜壁上方设置有周向均布的淋水装置(5),所述淋水装置(5)与水泵(6)连通。
