二、背景技术:该发明以黑藜麦提取物、辣木籽提取物、糙米芽提取物(大麦)、蕨麻提取物、无花果提取物、扁豆提取物、谷氨酰胺双肽、核苷酸、乳铁蛋白肽(亚麻酸)为原料制成的特医食品。该产品滋补肝肾、益气养血、健脾和胃、保肝护肝、扶正固本、助消化、增加食欲、安神镇静、抗焦虑、抗辐射、抗疲劳、改善便秘、抗病毒、抗菌消炎、防癌抗癌。目前市场上还没有本产品,创新研发该产品可为给肿瘤和癌症患者提供了一种辅助治疗和康复的新产品。该产品以纯天然药食两用植物和生物制品为原料,采用现代最新技术和工艺制成的粉剂,纯度高,生物活性强,吸收利用好,无任何毒副作用,服用方便,效果显著。

四、原料配方:黑藜麦提取物30-60kg、辣木籽提取物20-40kg、糙米芽提取物(大麦)15-30kg、蕨麻提取物10-30kg、无花果提取物10kg、扁豆提取物10-20kg、谷氨酰胺双肽20-50kg、核苷酸10-15kg、乳铁蛋白肽(亚麻酸)5-15kg、辅料为原料。
五、技术方案:
(一)黑藜麦提取物(Chenopodium quinoa willd),又叫南美藜,奎麦,金谷子等。原产于美洲安第斯山区,是印加土著居民的主要传统食物,由于具有独特丰富全面的营养价值,养育了印加民族,被称为粮食之母,也可代替婴幼儿奶粉食用。近几年来引进我国青海等地区试种成功,在青藏高原海拔2800实以是柴达木盆地大面积种植。黑藜麦属藜木科双叶子黑藜麦的成熟种子。性平味甘,具有全面均衡补充营养,有增强机体功能和增强免疫功能,修复体质,提高机体适应能力、调节内分泌、促进儿童生长发育、预防疾病、美容养颜、减肥、通便、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、防治心脑血管疾病、辅助治疗慢性疾病等功效,也是孕产妇的超级营养食品,被联合国粮农组织认为黑藜麦是唯一单体植物既满足人体基本营养需求的食物,推荐黑藜麦为最适宜人类完美的营养食品,并列为全球10大健康营养的“超级谷物”,“未来食品”,以促进人类的健康。尤其适应于高血压、高血脂、高血糖、心脑血管疾病,以及婴幼儿、孕产妇、儿童、老年人等特殊体质等人群,长期食用效果显著。

(四)蕨麻提取物(Potentilla anserinal),又名人参果,延寿草。为青藏高原蔷薇科委陵菜属野生植物的块根,藏语中称为“卓老沙僧”,是蔵医常用草药。性温、味甘。具有补益气血、健脾养胃、收敛止血、生津止渴等功效。适用于孕妇、产妇和先天性不足婴儿,脾肾阳虚、病后贫血、营养不良、脾虚腹泻、止咳利痰、吐血、下痢等。现代药理研究表明,蕨麻具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、保护心肌、抗菌和抗疲劳等作用,具有较高的医疗和营养价值。
化学成分:含淀粉、蛋白质、18种氨基酸(其中含人体必需的8种氨基酸)、脂肪酸、胆碱、甜菜碱、多糖、黄酮类化合物、有机酸、膳食纤维、多种维生素和矿物质等成分。
药理作用:1、增强免疫力:研究表明蕨麻对机体器官和细胞有很好的保护作用。研究显示,蕨麻水和乙醇提取液具有显著抗氧化可的松所致小鼠胸腺重量降低的作用,对免疫力功能低下小鼠网状内皮细胞的吞噬功能具有明显的激活作用,同时还可抗环磷酰胺所致的迟发型超敏反应抑制,表明蕨麻对机体的非特异性免疫和细胞免疫功能具有增强作用。蕨麻能增强动物巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,并对3月龄小鼠本外抗体形成细胞有明显的促进作用,并对动物的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有增强作用。
2、抗应激:动物实验表明,蕨麻提取物能显著延长常压下小鼠的耐缺氧时间,在18-20℃环境中,小鼠耐低温数明显增多;在48℃±1℃温箱中,小鼠耐高温时间比对照组显著延长。
3、抗疲劳:给小鼠灌服蕨麻提取液连服7天,于末次给药1小时后,将小鼠置于25℃水温中负重游泳试验,结果显示,蕨麻可明显示延长小鼠的游泳时间。
4、促进造血机能:蕨麻对血虚证小鼠灌服,其红细胞、血红蛋白数值于第5天恢复正常,小鼠的血虚证症状明显得到改善,蕨麻对促进造血细胞的生长,并对粒系组细胞的生长有促进作用。
5、健脾养胃:蕨麻常被用来治疗脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、食欲不振等症状。蕨麻还能够补脾健脾,养胃助消化。藏医药记载,炒蕨麻能补脾健胃、养阴生津、健胃虚弱、健脾止泻、脾胃虚弱、食欲不振、经常腹泻的人可常食蕨麻。另又研究还发现,蕨麻对脾气虚症具有防治作用。结果表明,蕨麻对小鼠细胞免疫有促进作用,对脾气虚症小鼠免疫器官脾脏萎缩有很好的保护作用。另外,蕨麻还可健胃治消化不良。
6、抑制细菌活性:有研究表明,蕨麻具有抑制细菌活性的作用。蕨麻醇提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌都有一定的抑制作用,而且效果明显。

9、补血:蕨麻作为传统藏药其补血作用明显。现代药理研究证实,蕨麻可提高小鼠血液中的红细胞数量,提高血红蛋白含量,具有良好的补血作用。其作用机理可能是促进骨髓造血干细胞繁殖速度,进而促进幼稚红细胞合成血红蛋白。

(五)无花果提取物(Ficus carica linn),无花果为桑科植物无花果花托所形成的成熟果实。性平、味甘、归肺、胃、大肠经。具有健脾开胃、解毒消肿、清热生津、解毒、化痰祛湿等功效。注治饮食不振、消化不良、润肺止咳、咽喉肿痈、乳汁稀少、润肠通便、泄泻痢疾、抗炎、消肿、防癌抗癌等症。
化学成分:无花果含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、多种人体必需的氨基酸、膳食纤维、灰分、多种有机酸、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、水解酶、补骨子素、佛手香柑内酯、维生素A和维生素C等成分。
药理作用:1、防癌抗癌:研究表明,无花果煎剂给小鼠灌胃具有很好的防癌抗癌作用。研究发现,无花果含有的苯甲醛及香豆素类化合物是无花果抗癌活性成分,香豆素化合物有明显的抗皮肤癌抑制人胃瘤、结肠癌细胞活性。进一步研究发现,水提取液有抑制大鼠移植肉瘤、小鼠自发性乳癌使之坏死,延缓移植性腺癌、骨髓性白血病及淋巴肉瘤的发展,使之退化缩小。佛水香柑内酯和补骨子素也有明显的肉瘤抑制作用。

化学成分:扁豆含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、氰甙、磷脂、膳食纤维、多种维生素和矿物质等成分。
