Each set of dispensing and feeding devices 600 comprises an X-axis sliding rail 10 and a manipulator 40 arranged on the X-axis sliding rail 10. A second position detecting device 630 is further disposed between the first set of dispensing devices 610 and the second set of dispensing devices 620 above the loading transfer platform 500, and is used for identifying the position of the product on the loading transfer platform 500. The two sets of dispensing and feeding devices 600 are mainly configured to cooperate with the dispensing platforms 21, so as to improve product conveying efficiency.
It should be noted that, during discharging, the product may be directly placed on the belt 320 of the second feeding streamline 300, so that the operations of the first feeding streamline 100 and the feeding carrier 200 are omitted. Generally, the products placed in the discharge frame 110 of the first loading streamline 100 each time are multiple pieces and have the same shape and size; the products placed directly on the belt 320 of the second loading streamline 300 each time are monolithic and have different shapes and sizes. When dispensing a large number of products with the same shape, the shelf 130 containing a plurality of products in regular arrangement can be placed on the first feeding streamline 100 for subsequent feeding. When dispensing is performed on a small amount of products with different shapes, each product can be manually placed on the second feeding streamline 300 directly and sequentially for subsequent feeding. Therefore, the dispensing machine can feed products with different shapes, and the dispensing station 2 of the dispensing machine can realize special-shaped reinforcement.
It should be noted that the blanking device and the feeding device of the dispensing machine in this embodiment are set the same, but the carrying sequence of the products is just opposite, and the products after dispensing and curing are conveyed by the blanking device to complete blanking.
