本发明公开了一种热风循环蓄热式辐射管加热密封辊道窑炉,它解决了现有技术存在温度控制不稳定、热效率低、产品合格率低等问题,其特征在于:炉体分为预热段(1)、恒温段(2)和冷却段(3),其内设置了辊棒传动装置、循环风装置、加热装置和冷却装置,并在炉体两端设有进料炉门(20)和出料炉门(22);在炉体两端还增设了进料室(4)和出料室(5),在进料室(4)设有进料室门(19),在出料室(5)设有出料室门(23);在炉顶预热段及恒温段设有排潮系统。整台设备密封性好,结构合理。具有加热均匀,温度易于控制、产品质量优良等优点,全炉配有全自动进出料机构和全自动检测及控制系统,减少了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,产品烧成合格率达到99%,节能38%。

技术领域:
本发明属于热工设备领域,尤其涉及到一种热风循环蓄热式辐射管加热密封辊道窑炉。
背景技术:
近年来,随着国内外工业设备技术的突飞猛进,各类专业窑炉应运而生。许多产品在加热过程中不能与火焰接触,比如一些产品坯体的干燥,或镁钙碳砖、镁钙砖等产品的热处理。而优质的产品需要良好的干燥环境,如镁钙碳砖、镁钙砖等产品被广泛运用于炼钢转炉、电炉、炉外精炼炉,钢包等设备中,它们具有抗渣侵蚀性、熔渣渗透性、抗热震性和导热性等性能。但目前该类产品生产企业普遍采用隧道窑、干燥窑等炉型对产品干燥或对不烧砖进行热处理,由于隧道窑或干燥窑存在密封性差,温度控制不稳定、炉子整体热效率低等问题,使得坯体的残余含水率过高,坯体开裂,造成产品合格率低,产品能耗与生产成本过高等缺陷。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种炉体结构合理、密封性能优良、产品受热均匀、温度易于控制、整体热效率高的用于生产产品干燥或热处理的热风循环蓄热式辐射管加热密封辊道窑炉。
本发明的技术方案是:它是由钢结构框架和耐火材料砌筑的保温炉体、辊棒传动装置、加热装置、冷却装置、进出料密封装置、排潮装置和自动控制装置等构成,所述炉体分为预热段、恒温段和冷却段。所述辊棒传动装置是由设置于炉体底部的辊棒、调速电机、链条和链轮构成,辊棒两端通过密封轴承座固定安装在炉体底部两侧的炉墙上,一端设置的链轮通过链条相互连接,由调速电机驱动。每节炉膛内设有由循环风机、吸气罩和循环风道构成的循环风装置,循环风机置于每节炉顶,吸气罩置于每节炉膛上方与循环风机进口连接,两侧循环风道与循环风机的出口相连。在预热段和恒温段每节炉膛上部设置了加热装置,在冷却段炉膛上部设置了冷却装置。所述加热装置是由设置于炉体上部的蓄热式辐射燃烧器、供气管道、助燃风管道、排烟管道以及炉内循环风装置组成,燃烧器设置于炉墙侧部,U型辐射管置于炉膛上部,外端的燃气进口通过燃气支管与供气管道连接,助燃风通过助燃风支管与助燃风主管道连接进入燃烧器内的蓄热体预热,通过换向阀定时切换烟气和助燃风的进出,所述助燃风管道与助燃风机相连,排烟管道上设置了排烟风机。所述冷却装置是由水冷换热器、供水管道、回水管道以及炉内循环风装置组成,水冷换热器设置于炉体冷却段的炉膛上部,其进水管口与供水管道相连,排水管口与回水管道相连。所述进出料密封装置是由设置在炉体头端的进料室和炉体尾端的出料室组成,在进料室前端设有进料室门,在出料室末端设有出料室门,并在炉体头端设有进料炉门、尾端设有出料炉门。进料室门、进料炉门、出料炉门和出料室门均为升降结构,两侧有密封导槽,保证密封。同时,在炉体预热、恒温段炉顶设置了排潮管道,通过排潮支管与每节炉膛相通,该排潮管道与设置在炉顶上的排潮风机相连,及时排出炉内各类废气。
本发明的有益效果在于:炉体头尾增设了密封的进料室和出料室,采用多种密封方式,保证了设备密封性;由于采用燃气蓄热式辐射管加热,高温烟气不直接接触产品;采用蓄热方式节约能耗,做到低温排烟,保护环境;采用热风循环,保证炉内温度均匀性;设置的排潮管道能够及时排出炉内各类废气;炉尾设置冷却区保证了产品出炉温度低于100℃。具有加热均匀,温度易于控制、产品质量优良等优点,产品烧成合格率达到99%,节能38%。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,用于生产不烧镁钙碳砖的热处理设备是由钢结构框架和耐火材料砌筑的保温炉体、辊棒传动装置、加热装置、冷却装置和进出料密封装置等构成,所述炉体分为预热段1、恒温段2和冷却段3三部分。所述辊棒传动装置是由设置于炉体底部的辊棒21、调速电机、链条和链轮27构成,辊棒21两端通过密封轴承座28固定安装在炉体底部两侧的炉墙上,一端设置的链轮27通过链条相互连接,由调速电机驱动。每节炉膛内设有由循环风机6、吸气罩25和循环风道26构成的循环风装置,循环风机6置于每节炉顶,吸气罩25置于每节炉膛上方与循环风机6进口连接,两侧循环风道26与循环风机6的出口相连。在预热段1和恒温段2每节炉膛上部设置了加热装置。该加热装置是由设置于炉体上部的蓄热式辐射燃烧器7、供气管道17、助燃风管道18、排烟管道11以及炉内循环风装置组成,燃烧器7设置于炉墙侧部,U型辐射管24置于炉膛上部,外端的燃气进口通过燃气支管与供气管道17连接,助燃风通过助燃风支管与助燃风管道18连接进入燃烧器7内的蓄热体预热,通过换向阀定时切换烟气和助燃风的进出。所述助燃风管道18与助燃风机8连接,排烟管道11上设置了排排烟风机9。在冷却段3上部设置了冷却装置,该冷却装置是由水冷换热器16、供水管道15、回水管道14以及炉内循环风装置组成。水冷换热器16设置于炉体冷却段的炉膛上部,其进水管口与供水管道15相连,排水管口与回水管道14相连。所述进出料密封装置是由设置在炉体头端的进料室4和炉体尾端的出料室5组成,在进料室4前端设有进料室门19,在出料室5末端设有出料室门23,并在炉体头端设有进料炉门20、尾端设有出料炉门22。所述进料室门19、进料炉门20、出料炉门22和出料室门23均为升降结构,两侧有密封导槽,保证炉体整体密封。同时,在炉体预热恒温段炉顶设置了排潮管道12,通过排潮支管与每节炉膛相通,该排潮管道12与设置在炉顶上的排潮风机10相连,及时排出炉内各类废气。实施本发明时,以年产量1.68万吨镁钙碳砖热处理的企业为例,首先建设一条长度为30米的用于生产不烧镁钙碳砖的热处理设备,该辊道窑包括炉头端1.54米的进料室4和炉尾端1.54米的出料室5。设置于炉体和进、出料室的辊棒传动装置是由采用变频调速器控制的链条传动,为大循环方式,主要包括:传动电机、链条、链轮27和辊棒21等,由传动电机驱动,驱动边为主动边,主传动电机为2台3KW的调速电机,采用变频调节,辊棒轴承座为密封轴承座,主动边轴承为高温轴承,辊棒为φ133×6mm离心浇铸辊棒,材质为0Cr18Ni9,轴承座留有加油孔,人工定期加注润滑脂,链条人工定期加注20#机油润滑。由于生产时必须连续运转,为此炉辊的传动装置要求有可靠的备用电源,以使炉辊在高温下不得停转。炉体两端设置炉门,增强炉体密封性,保证产品质量,炉门能以手动开启,炉门设置纤维棉保温,使炉门操作轻便。炉体头尾设置的进料室和出料室,均为全密封结构,进料室和出料室配有独立的升降室门,室门两侧采用导槽密封,保证进料室和出料室的密封性。生产过程中,通过自动控制调节蓄热式辐射燃烧器7的供热量,使炉内温度调控在220℃左右,通过水冷换热器16使得冷却段3炉膛内的温度调控在100℃以下。操作人员打开进料室4的进料室门19,将产品30码放在托盘29上,进入进料室4,然后关闭进料室门19,待炉子需要进料时,打开进料炉门20,辊棒21在驱动电机带动下将进料室已经码放产品30的托盘29输送至炉体内,产品热处理完成后,打开炉尾出料炉门22,产品被输送至出料室5内,然后关闭出料炉门22,打开出料室门23,产品30被送出,再关闭出料室门,然后打开出料炉门22。如此往复,使进料室门19打开时,进料炉门20关闭,进料炉门20打开时,进料室门19关闭;出料室门23打开时,出料炉门22关闭,出料炉门22打开时,出料室门23关闭,从而使整个炉体始终处于一个密封空间。整台设备密封性好,结构合理,具有加热均匀,温度易于控制、产品质量优良等优点,全炉配有全自动进出料机构,采用全自动检测及控制系统,减少了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,产品烧成合格率达到99%,节能38%。

1.一种热风循环蓄热式辐射管加热密封辊道窑炉,它包括由钢结构框架和耐火材料砌筑的保温炉体、辊棒传动装置、加热装置、冷却装置、进出料密封装置和自动控制装置,其特征在于:所述炉体分为预热段(1)、恒温段(2)和冷却段(3),恒温段(2)内炉膛温度控制在200~260℃之间,冷却段温度控制在<100℃范围内;所述辊棒传动装置是由设置于炉体内底部的辊棒(21)、调速电机、链条和链轮(27)构成,辊棒(21)两端通过密封轴承座(28)固定安装在炉体底部两侧的炉墙上,一端设置的链轮(27)通过链条相互连接,由调速电机驱动;每节炉膛内设有由循环风机(6)、吸气罩(25)和循环风道(26)构成的循环风装置,循环风机(6)置于每节炉顶,吸气罩(25)置于每节炉膛上方与循环风机(6)进口连接,两侧循环风道(26)与循环风机(6)的出口相连;在预热段(1)和恒温段(2)每节炉膛上部设置了加热装置,在冷却段(3)上部设置了冷却装置;所述进出料密封装置是由设置在炉体头端的进料室(4)和炉体尾端的出料室(5)组成,在进料室(4)前端设有进料室门(19),在出料室(5)末端设有出料室门(23),并在炉体头端设有进料炉门(20)、尾端设有出料炉门(22)。
