本发明涉及化纤面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法。
背景技术:
化学纤维是用天然高分子化合物或人工合成的高分子化合物为原料,经过制备纺丝原液、纺丝和后处理等工序制得的具有纺织性能的纤维。随着全球化纤生产进一步向中国转移,中国已经成为世界最大的化纤生产国。中国化纤产量占据全球总量的60%以上。我国化纤工业持续快速发展,综合竞争力明显提高,全面完成了规划的各项目标任务,有力推动和支撑了纺织工业和相关产业的发展,在世界化纤产业中的地位与作用进一步提升。
化纤面料清洗后褶皱较多,需要熨烫后才会平整,穿着才能体现美观大方,但是每次清洗都需要熨烫,显得十分麻烦,因此,如果能让衣服保持原有形状,减少熨烫,是亟需解决的问题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,经过特定处理剂免烫处理后,使化纤面料加工成服装后在清洗过后能够保持形状,减少熨烫,且能够保持化纤面料的吸湿透气性、强度和硬度,不降低穿着舒适度。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将化纤面料浸入50-70℃水中浸渍20-30min,迅速放入4-6℃冷水中冷却,冷却后悬挂晾干至无水滴滴下;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的化纤面料平铺于平整工作台面上,用平板压平,再悬挂竖起;
(3)将免烫处理剂加入30-40倍的水中混合均匀,用雾化器雾化喷洒在竖起的化纤面料上,免烫处理剂的用量为化纤面料重量的15-30%;
(4)将喷洒免烫处理剂的化纤面料用烘焙机在120-150℃下烘焙10-12min;
(5)将烘焙后的纯棉制品放入130℃、0.27Mpa饱和蒸气压下浸蒸40-60min,冷却后平铺于平整工作台面上,用高红外线辐射加热干燥。
所述免烫处理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯50-80份、丙烯酸100-150份、双酚A型环氧树脂25-45份、过氧化苯甲酰12-16份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯20-30份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5-8份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯18-22份、亚硫酸钠22-26份、聚对苯甲酰胺20-25份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠15-25份、碳酸氢铵10-16份。
所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于60-70℃水浴中在150-200r/min转速下搅拌30-40min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在110-120℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于7-10%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于40-60℃水浴中在120-150r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为4-6%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在120-150℃下处理6-8h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在110-120℃烘干。
所述双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性处理,改性方法为:
(1)将双酚A型环氧树脂和粘土放入高速搅拌机中在500-600r/min转速下搅拌40-60min,再转入氮气气氛炉中在260-360℃下烧结2-3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于2-4%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。
本发明提供了一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,其有益效果为:
(1)将化纤面料首先用水浸湿,呈不滴水状态,然后在平整工作台面上压平,有利于初步将化纤面料定型,悬挂后用免烫处理剂经雾化后喷洒,由于雾化液体积很小,分散性高,因此能够渗入化纤面料内部空隙,与化纤面料很好的结合,该方法覆盖面积全面且均匀,经过烘焙机烘焙处理后处理剂分子便能作用于化纤面料内部分子,使其定型,再经饱和蒸气压浸蒸处理,能够稳定化纤面料定型的结构,同时能溶解掉化纤面料表面多余的处理剂。
(2)处理剂的特定配方,使得处理剂作用于化纤面料后,不仅能起到免烫的效果,而且还能维持化纤面料的强度和硬度,保证化纤面料的吸湿透气性,亚硫酸钠的加入起到保护化纤面料性质的功能,聚对苯甲酰胺作为稳定剂加入能够稳定处理剂,使处理剂性质稳定,碳酸氢铵在处理剂使用过程中会发生反应发出少量气体,增加化纤面料的透气性。
(3)聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性后,极性增强,增加了对水的浸润性,从而改善了处理剂的水溶性,使处理剂在水中的溶解度增加。
(4)双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性后改善双酚A型环氧树脂的脆性和韧性,使其容易和其它原料相结合。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将化纤面料浸入50℃水中浸渍20min,迅速放入4℃冷水中冷却,冷却后悬挂晾干至无水滴滴下;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的化纤面料平铺于平整工作台面上,用平板压平,再悬挂竖起;
(3)将免烫处理剂加入30-40倍的水中混合均匀,用雾化器雾化喷洒在竖起的化纤面料上,免烫处理剂的用量为化纤面料重量的15%;
(4)将喷洒免烫处理剂的化纤面料用烘焙机在120℃下烘焙10min;
(5)将烘焙后的纯棉制品放入130℃、0.27Mpa饱和蒸气压下浸蒸40min,冷却后平铺于平整工作台面上,用高红外线辐射加热干燥。
所述免烫处理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯70份、丙烯酸120份、双酚A型环氧树脂35份、过氧化苯甲酰14份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯25份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯20份、亚硫酸钠24份、聚对苯甲酰胺23份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠20份、碳酸氢铵13份、PH调节剂适量。
实施例2:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将化纤面料浸入70℃水中浸渍30min,迅速放入6℃冷水中冷却,冷却后悬挂晾干至无水滴滴下;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的化纤面料平铺于平整工作台面上,用平板压平,再悬挂竖起;
(3)将免烫处理剂加入40倍的水中混合均匀,用雾化器雾化喷洒在竖起的化纤面料上,免烫处理剂的用量为化纤面料重量的30%;
(4)将喷洒免烫处理剂的化纤面料用烘焙机在150℃下烘焙12min;
(5)将烘焙后的纯棉制品放入130℃、0.27Mpa饱和蒸气压下浸蒸60min,冷却后平铺于平整工作台面上,用高红外线辐射加热干燥。
所述免烫处理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯50份、丙烯酸100份、双酚A型环氧树脂25份、过氧化苯甲酰12份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯20份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯18份、亚硫酸钠22份、聚对苯甲酰胺20份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠15份、碳酸氢铵10份、PH调节剂适量。
所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于70℃水浴中在150r/min转速下搅拌40min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在110℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于10%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于40℃水浴中在150r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为4%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在150℃下处理6h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在120℃烘干。
实施例3:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将化纤面料浸入60℃水中浸渍25min,迅速放入5℃冷水中冷却,冷却后悬挂晾干至无水滴滴下;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的化纤面料平铺于平整工作台面上,用平板压平,再悬挂竖起;
(3)将免烫处理剂加入35倍的水中混合均匀,用雾化器雾化喷洒在竖起的化纤面料上,免烫处理剂的用量为化纤面料重量的20%;
(4)将喷洒免烫处理剂的化纤面料用烘焙机在130℃下烘焙11min;
(5)将烘焙后的纯棉制品放入130℃、0.27Mpa饱和蒸气压下浸蒸50min,冷却后平铺于平整工作台面上,用高红外线辐射加热干燥。

(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于2%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。
实施例4:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将化纤面料浸入65℃水中浸渍25min,迅速放入5℃冷水中冷却,冷却后悬挂晾干至无水滴滴下;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的化纤面料平铺于平整工作台面上,用平板压平,再悬挂竖起;
(3)将免烫处理剂加入35倍的水中混合均匀,用雾化器雾化喷洒在竖起的化纤面料上,免烫处理剂的用量为化纤面料重量的25%;
(4)将喷洒免烫处理剂的化纤面料用烘焙机在140℃下烘焙12min;
(5)将烘焙后的纯棉制品放入130℃、0.27Mpa饱和蒸气压下浸蒸40min,冷却后平铺于平整工作台面上,用高红外线辐射加热干燥。
所述免烫处理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯60份、丙烯酸120份、双酚A型环氧树脂25份、过氧化苯甲酰16份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯22份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯20份、亚硫酸钠26份、聚对苯甲酰胺21份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠18份、碳酸氢铵14份、PH调节剂适量。
所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于60℃水浴中在200r/min转速下搅拌30min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在120℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于7%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于60℃水浴中在120r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为6%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在120℃下处理8h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在110℃烘干。
所述双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性处理,改性方法为:
(1)将双酚A型环氧树脂和粘土放入高速搅拌机中在600r/min转速下搅拌40min,再转入氮气气氛炉中在360℃下烧结2h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于4%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。
对比例:
一种化纤面料,面料由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线为涤纶丝,所述纬线为涤锦复合丝。所述经线和纬线交织成斜纹组织单元。所述经线的密度为550根/10cm,所述纬线的密度为400根/10cm。
如上所述的化纤面料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)坯布制造;
(2)退浆去油;
(3)开纤减量,采用碱处理法进行开纤减量,并控制减量过程的碱减量率为5.2%;
(4)预定型:通过18m长的烘房对坯布进行预定型,控制预定型的温度为185℃,坯布的行进速度为20m/min;
(5)磨毛:采用目数为350目的3M734干磨砂皮纸进行磨毛,控制磨毛过程中坯布的行进速度为5m/min,进深为10cm,坯布张力为0.3MPa;
(6)染色:将坯布、分散染料和染料助剂于65℃加入高温高压溢流机中,50min内升温至136℃,保温24min后,冷却至79℃,完成染色;
(7)拉幅定型整理:对坯布进行水洗和烘干处理,在130℃拉幅定型整理;
(8)码尺和检验。
对以上各实施例制备的处理剂作用于相同的化纤面料,和对比例制备的免烫面料进行检测,结果如下:

Claims (4)

1.一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将化纤面料浸入50-70℃水中浸渍20-30min,迅速放入4-6℃冷水中冷却,冷却后悬挂晾干至无水滴滴下;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的化纤面料平铺于平整工作台面上,用平板压平,再悬挂竖起;
(3)将免烫处理剂加入30-40倍的水中混合均匀,用雾化器雾化喷洒在竖起的化纤面料上,免烫处理剂的用量为化纤面料重量的15-30%;
(4)将喷洒免烫处理剂的化纤面料用烘焙机在120-150℃下烘焙10-12min;
(5)将烘焙后的纯棉制品放入130℃、0.27Mpa饱和蒸气压下浸蒸40-60min,冷却后平铺于平整工作台面上,用高红外线辐射加热干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,其特征在于,所述免烫处理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯50-80份、丙烯酸100-150份、双酚A型环氧树脂25-45份、过氧化苯甲酰12-16份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯20-30份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5-8份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯18-22份、亚硫酸钠22-26份、聚对苯甲酰胺20-25份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠15-25份、碳酸氢铵10-16份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,其特征在于,所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于60-70℃水浴中在150-200r/min转速下搅拌30-40min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在110-120℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于7-10%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于40-60℃水浴中在120-150r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为4-6%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在120-150℃下处理6-8h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在110-120℃烘干。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于化纤面料的免烫处理方法,其特征在于,所述双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性处理,改性方法为:
(1)将双酚A型环氧树脂和粘土放入高速搅拌机中在500-600r/min转速下搅拌40-60min,再转入氮气气氛炉中在260-360℃下烧结2-3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于2-4%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。
