Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带,包括依次设置的聚苯硫醚薄膜、第一有机硅胶粘剂层、云母纸、第二有机硅胶粘剂层。本发明通过采用具有高耐热性以及优异的阻燃性的聚苯硫醚薄膜为补强材料,通过有机硅胶粘剂将聚苯硫醚薄膜与云母纸粘合在一起组成柔软的云母带,此云母带能够满足高耐热等级的电机电器的绝缘处理;使用该云母带的绝缘结构具有很高的阻燃性,另外,本发明所制成的云母带与浸渍漆烘焙时可以促进浸渍漆的快速固化,减少流失,增大绝缘定子的挂漆量,提高槽满率,提高定子的电气绝缘性能。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带。
背景技术
聚酯薄膜补强的少胶云母带目前已广泛应用在高压电机VPI处理中。随着电力电器向着大容量、小型轻量化的发展,对绝缘材料的耐热等级越来越高。由于聚酯薄膜的耐热性不高,限制了其在高耐热等级绝缘处理上的应用。
聚苯硫醚薄膜的研究始于20世纪70年代中期,美国菲利普公司和日本东丽公司的研究最为领先,实现了工业化生产。聚苯硫醚薄膜具有较高的耐热性,按照UL标准耐热温度指数对电性能认定为180,另外聚苯硫醚薄膜不加任何添加剂就具有较高的阻燃性,25μm以上的薄膜被认定为UL94V-0级。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带,包括依次设置的聚苯硫醚薄膜、第一有机硅胶粘剂层、云母纸、第二有机硅胶粘剂层。
优选地,所述的聚苯硫醚薄膜的厚度为0.025~0.035mm。
优选地,所述的云母纸的定量为75~180g/cm2
本发明中,所述的云母纸的定量为单位面积的云母纸的重量。
优选地,所述的云母纸的厚度为0.05~0.11mm。
优选地,所述的第一有机硅胶粘剂层的干胶含量为3%~7%。
本发明中,第一有机硅胶粘剂层的干胶含量是指固化后的第一有机硅胶粘剂层的重量与所述的薄膜少胶云母带总重量的比值。
优选地,所述的第一有机硅胶粘剂层采用的有机硅胶粘剂由质量比为100:5~20:0.1~0.5的有机硅环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和潜伏性促进剂组成。
进一步地,所述的有机硅环氧树脂为1,3-二(3-缩水甘油丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和/或SF-8413;所述的酚醛树脂为线性双酚A酚醛树脂、线性邻甲酚甲醛树脂、含氮酚醛树脂中的一种或几种混合物;所述的潜伏性促进剂为乙酰丙酮铝和/或乙酰丙酮铬。
优选地,所述的第二有机硅胶粘剂层的干胶含量为1%~3%。第二有机硅胶粘剂层可以保护云母纸,并且方便与金属导体粘接。
本发明中,第二有机硅胶粘剂层的干胶含量是指固化后的第二有机硅胶粘剂层的重量与所述的薄膜少胶云母带总重量的比值。
优选地,所述的第二有机硅胶粘剂层采用的有机硅胶粘剂由质量比为1~3:1的组分A和组分B组成,其中,组分A由质量比为100:5~20:0.1~0.5的有机硅环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和潜伏性促进剂组成;组分B为氢氧化铝粉。

聚苯硫醚薄膜1的厚度为0.025~0.035mm;第一有机硅胶粘剂层2的干胶含量为3%~7%;云母纸3的定量为75~180g/cm2,厚度为0.05~0.11mm;第二有机硅胶粘剂层4的干胶含量为1%~3%。

耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带的制备工艺如下:
首先将厚度为0.025~0.035mm的聚苯硫醚薄膜1牵引到云母带的生产线上,然后将第一有机硅胶粘剂涂覆在聚苯硫醚薄膜1上,经过第一段烘箱后,将120~180g/cm2云母纸3复合到聚苯硫醚薄膜1经过第二段烘箱,然后在云母纸3的上面涂覆或喷涂第二有机硅胶粘剂,再经过第三、四段烘箱烘焙后,收卷制成耐高温阻燃薄膜少胶云母带。
实施例1
聚苯硫醚薄膜1的厚度为0.025mm;第一有机硅胶粘剂层2的干胶含量为4%;云母纸3的定量为75g/cm2,厚度为0.05mm;第二有机硅胶粘剂层4的干胶含量为1%。
第一有机硅胶粘剂层2采用的有机硅胶粘剂由质量比为100:10:0.3的1,3-二(3-缩水甘油丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷、线性双酚A酚醛树脂和乙酰丙酮铝组成。
第二有机硅胶粘剂层4采用的有机硅胶粘剂由质量比为2:1的组分A和组分B组成,其中,组分A由质量比为100:10:0.3的1,3-二(3-缩水甘油丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷、线性双酚A酚醛树脂和乙酰丙酮铝组成;组分B为氢氧化铝粉。

将实施例1至8、对比例1的云母带按照GB/T5019.2-2009以云母为基的绝缘材料试验方法测试云母带的性能,实施例1至8、对比例1的云母带绕包相同层数的高压电机模拟线棒测试挂漆量和电性能,数据参见表1。

从表1可见,实施例和对比例相比,模拟线棒的挂漆量与云母带的比例提高,从而使得浸渍漆的流失减少,电机的槽满率增大,电机的整体性能提高。

6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带,其特征在于:所述的有机硅环氧树脂为1,3-二(3-缩水甘油丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和/或SF-8413;所述的酚醛树脂为线性双酚A酚醛树脂、线性邻甲酚甲醛树脂、含氮酚醛树脂中的一种或几种混合物;所述的潜伏性促进剂为乙酰丙酮铝和/或乙酰丙酮铬。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带,其特征在于:所述的第二有机硅胶粘剂层(4)的干胶含量为1%~3%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温阻燃的薄膜少胶云母带,其特征在于:所述的有机硅环氧树脂为1,3-二(3-缩水甘油丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和/或SF-8413;所述的酚醛树脂为线性双酚A酚醛树脂、线性邻甲酚甲醛树脂、含氮酚醛树脂中的一种或几种混合物;所述的潜伏性促进剂为乙酰丙酮铝和/或乙酰丙酮铬。
