本发明公开了一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品及制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)制备陶瓷基体;(2)制备仿搪瓷釉料;(3)在陶瓷基体表面先均匀施一层仿搪瓷釉料,然后放入烤箱中,在50‑60℃温度下烘烤5‑10分钟,即得到仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品。本发明的生产工艺简单,工艺过程无毒无污染,原料成本低,微观组织晶粒细小,气孔分布均匀,产品的耐磨耐压度高,通过在陶瓷基体表面涂布一层仿搪瓷釉料,制备获得的陶瓷制品具有搪瓷的外观和性能,且耐热性好,抗腐蚀能力强等优点,经久耐用。

本发明属于陶瓷领域,具体涉及一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
搪瓷是在金属表面涂覆一层或数层瓷釉,通过烧成,两者发生物理化学反应而牢固结合的一种复合材料,使用搪瓷材料制成的杯子、碗、脸盆等生活器皿在我国50-80年代风靡,虽然现在已经很少有人使用,但是成为了一个时代的记忆。
陶瓷是以天然粘土以及各种天然矿物为主要原料经过粉碎混炼、成型和煅烧制得的材料的各种制品。陶瓷制品因其具有类似于金属的强度、丰富的装饰效果、良好的耐磨性、化学稳定性和耐腐蚀性等优点,而大量应用在我们的生活和生产中。
老旧搪瓷制品不但价格高,而且经过较长时间的使用容易掉瓷;新生产的搪瓷制品存在如下问题:一是搪瓷属于易破物品,使用时容易掉瓷,使用受到限制;二是掉瓷后的搪瓷器皿露出金属胎,金属胎容易生锈而且长期使用影响人体健康。因此如果能使用陶瓷胎制造出一种具有搪瓷效果的器皿,既可以满足消费者对搪瓷制品造型的需求,又可以使该种具有搪瓷效果的陶瓷器皿能真正的在生活中使用,具有积极的经济和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品及其制备方法,解决了目前搪瓷产品在使用时容易掉瓷,使用受到限制,掉瓷后的搪瓷器皿露出金属胎,金属胎容易生锈而且长期使用影响人体健康,且成本较高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品,所述仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品由陶瓷基体和覆盖在陶瓷基体表面的仿搪瓷釉料层组成,所述的仿搪瓷釉料层含有以下重量份原料:环氧树脂30-40份、牡蛎壳粉12-16份、滑石粉7-14份、二氧化硅5-15份、黄栀子汁10-15份、蜡乳液3-5份、玻璃纤维3-6份、颜料2-5份和消泡剂0.2-0.5份。
优选地,所述的陶瓷基体含有以下重量份原料:硅藻土45-55份、碳纤维10-25份、氧化铝5-10份、玻璃粉10-20份、叶腊石5-10份、贝壳粉5-10份、木质素纤维5-10份、滑石粉10-20份和羧甲基淀粉钠2-5份。
更优选地,所述的陶瓷基体含有以下重量份原料:硅藻土50份、碳纤维20份、氧化铝7份、玻璃粉15份、叶腊石8份、贝壳粉8份、木质素纤维8份、滑石粉15份和羧甲基淀粉钠3份。

一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备陶瓷基体:先制作陶瓷坯体,然后将陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中,在1100-1300℃的烧结温度下烧制中3-6h,得到陶瓷基体,待用;
(2)制备仿搪瓷釉料:将黄栀子汁10-15份、蜡乳液3-5份和滑石粉7-14份预先混合均匀,然后再加入环氧树脂30-40份、牡蛎壳粉12-16份、二氧化硅5-15份、玻璃纤维3-6份、颜料2-5份和消泡剂0.2-0.5份,配制成釉浆,静置1-2h充分搅拌,过100-200目筛,得到仿搪瓷釉料,待用;
(3)在陶瓷基体表面先均匀施一层仿搪瓷釉料,然后放入烤箱中,在50-60℃温度下烘烤5-10分钟,即得到仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品。
优选地,步骤(1)制作陶瓷坯体的具体步骤如下:
(a)分别将硅藻土45-55份、贝壳粉5-10份和叶腊石5-10份在1050-1180℃煅烧2-5小时后进行研磨并且过80-100目筛,得到煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉和煅烧叶腊石; (b)将煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉、煅烧叶腊石、碳纤维10-25份、氧化铝5-10份、玻璃粉10-20份、木质素纤维5-10份、滑石粉10-20份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-5份与上述所有材料2-3倍重量的水混合,搅拌均匀,球磨得到浆料; (c)将浆料注浆成型,制成坯体,脱膜后送入干燥室进行干燥,使坯体的含水量降到5%以下。

本发明的优点在于:
经过煅烧处理的贝壳粉自身为高强度多孔结构,与硅藻土、叶腊石、木质素纤维、滑石粉等相互作用,能提高陶瓷的机械强度,显著降低了陶瓷结构松散的问题,使陶瓷内部气孔分布均匀,使其经久耐用;并且使陶瓷具有良好的水呼吸功能,在低气压,高湿度状态下,陶瓷也不易膨胀开裂。
黄栀子汁、蜡乳液、滑石粉预先混合相互作用,促进其他原料之间的相互渗透作用,使制备获得的釉料具有很强的粘合性,且涂布在陶瓷表面不仅颜色更浅更透明,更具光泽度,还对陶瓷起保护作用,增加陶瓷的耐磨、耐刮、耐热、抗紫外线等优点,使其具有搪瓷的外观和使用性能。同时,黄栀子汁可与牡蛎壳粉共同作用,吸收烧制过程中产生的有害气体,减少对环境的污染。
本发明的生产工艺简单,工艺过程无毒无污染,原料成本低,微观组织晶粒细小,气孔分布均匀,产品的耐压强度高,通过加入煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉、煅烧叶腊石、碳纤维、氧化铝、玻璃粉、木质素纤维、滑石粉、羧甲基淀粉钠等成分,制得的仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品具有耐低温、抗紫外线、耐刮、耐热性、抗腐蚀能力等优点,经久耐用。同时本发明制得的仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品可以在-20℃下低温条件长期使用,不发生脆裂,不掉瓷,通过本发明各成分的协同配合作用,极大地提高了本发明陶瓷制品的使用寿命,相较于普通陶瓷的使用寿命提高了6倍以上,极大提高了陶瓷的发展前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品,所述仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品由陶瓷基体和覆盖在陶瓷基体表面的仿搪瓷釉料层组成,所述的仿搪瓷釉料层含有以下重量份原料:环氧树脂35份、牡蛎壳粉14份、滑石粉10份、二氧化硅10份、黄栀子汁12份、蜡乳液4份、玻璃纤维5份、颜料3份和消泡剂0.3份。

(2)制备仿搪瓷釉料:将黄栀子汁10份、蜡乳液3份和滑石粉7份预先混合均匀,然后再加入环氧树脂30份、牡蛎壳粉12份、二氧化硅5份、玻璃纤维3份、颜料2份和消泡剂0.2份,配制成釉浆,静置1h充分搅拌,过100目筛,得到仿搪瓷釉料,待用;
(3)在陶瓷基体表面先均匀施一层仿搪瓷釉料,然后放入烤箱中,在50℃温度下烘烤10分钟,即得到仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品。
在实施例2中,步骤(1)制作陶瓷坯体的具体步骤如下:
(a)分别将硅藻土45份、贝壳粉5份和叶腊石5份在1050℃煅烧2小时后进行研磨并且过80目筛,得到煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉和煅烧叶腊石; (b)将煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉、煅烧叶腊石、碳纤维10份、氧化铝5份、玻璃粉10份、木质素纤维5份、滑石粉10份、羧甲基淀粉钠2份与上述所有材料2倍重量的水混合,搅拌均匀,球磨得到浆料; (c)将浆料注浆成型,制成坯体,脱膜后送入干燥室进行干燥,使坯体的含水量降到5%以下。
实施例3:一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品,所述仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品由陶瓷基体和覆盖在陶瓷基体表面的仿搪瓷釉料层组成,所述的仿搪瓷釉料层含有以下重量份原料:环氧树脂40份、牡蛎壳粉16份、滑石粉14份、二氧化硅15份、黄栀子汁15份、蜡乳液5份、玻璃纤维6份、颜料5份和消泡剂0.5份。
在实施例3中,所述的陶瓷基体含有以下重量份原料:硅藻土55份、碳纤维25份、氧化铝10份、玻璃粉20份、叶腊石10份、贝壳粉10份、木质素纤维10份、滑石粉20份和羧甲基淀粉钠5份。
该仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备陶瓷基体:先制作陶瓷坯体,然后将陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中,在1300℃的烧结温度下烧制中3h,得到陶瓷基体,待用;
(2)制备仿搪瓷釉料:将黄栀子汁15份、蜡乳液5份和滑石粉14份预先混合均匀,然后再加入环氧树脂40份、牡蛎壳粉16份、二氧化硅15份、玻璃纤维6份、颜料5份和消泡剂0.5份,配制成釉浆,静置2h充分搅拌,过200目筛,得到仿搪瓷釉料,待用;
(3)在陶瓷基体表面先均匀施一层仿搪瓷釉料,然后放入烤箱中,在60℃温度下烘烤5分钟,即得到仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品。
在实施例3中,步骤(1)制作陶瓷坯体的具体步骤如下:
(a)分别将硅藻土55份、贝壳粉10份和叶腊石10份在1180℃煅烧5小时后进行研磨并且过100目筛,得到煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉和煅烧叶腊石; (b)将煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉、煅烧叶腊石、碳纤维25份、氧化铝10份、玻璃粉20份、木质素纤维10份、滑石粉20份、羧甲基淀粉钠5份与上述所有材料3倍重量的水混合,搅拌均匀,球磨得到浆料; (c)将浆料注浆成型,制成坯体,脱膜后送入干燥室进行干燥,使坯体的含水量降到5%以下。
采用国家标准对上述各个实施例的陶瓷制品性能进行测试,其中硬度测试采用国家标准GB/T230-91,光泽度测试采用国标GB/T 11420-1989,耐腐蚀测试采用国标GB/T5003-1999,耐热性测试采用GB/T 5003-1999,热膨胀系数测试GB/T 16535-2008 ,其余性能采用常规标准测试方法进行测试,测试结果如下:

从表1可以看出,本发明各个实施例制备的陶瓷制品性能优越。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)制备陶瓷基体:先制作陶瓷坯体,然后将陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中,在1100-1300℃的烧结温度下烧制中3-6h,得到陶瓷基体,待用;
制作陶瓷坯体的具体步骤如下:
(a)分别将硅藻土45-55份、贝壳粉5-10份和叶腊石5-10份在1050-1180℃煅烧2-5小时后进行研磨并且过80-100目筛,得到煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉和煅烧叶腊石; (b)将煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉、煅烧叶腊石、碳纤维10-25份、氧化铝5-10份、玻璃粉10-20份、木质素纤维5-10份、滑石粉10-20份、羧甲基淀粉钠2-5份与上述所有材料2-3倍重量的水混合,搅拌均匀,球磨得到浆料; (c)将浆料注浆成型,制成坯体,脱膜后送入干燥室进行干燥,使坯体的含水量降到5%以下;
(2)制备仿搪瓷釉料:将黄栀子汁10-15份、蜡乳液3-5份和滑石粉7-14份预先混合均匀,然后再加入环氧树脂30-40份、牡蛎壳粉12-16份、二氧化硅5-15份、玻璃纤维3-6份、颜料2-5份和消泡剂0.2-0.5份,配制成釉浆,静置1-2h充分搅拌,过100-200目筛,得到仿搪瓷釉料,待用;
(3)在陶瓷基体表面先均匀施一层仿搪瓷釉料,然后放入烤箱中,在50-60℃温度下烘烤5-10分钟,即得到仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(a)分别将硅藻土50份、贝壳粉8份和叶腊石8份在1100℃煅烧3-4小时后进行研磨并且过90目筛,得到煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉、煅烧叶腊石。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(b)将煅烧硅藻土、煅烧贝壳粉、煅烧叶腊石、碳纤维20份、氧化铝7份、玻璃粉15份、木质素纤维8份、滑石粉15份、羧甲基淀粉钠3份与上述所有材料2.5倍重量的水混合,搅拌均匀,球磨得到浆料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)制备仿搪瓷釉料:将黄栀子汁12份、蜡乳液4份和滑石粉10份预先混合均匀,然后再加入环氧树脂35份、牡蛎壳粉14份、二氧化硅10份、玻璃纤维5份、颜料3份和消泡剂0.3份,配制成釉浆,静置1.5h充分搅拌,过150目筛,得到仿搪瓷釉料,待用。
5.一种采用如权利要求1所述的制备方法制得的仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷基体含有以下重量份原料:硅藻土50份、碳纤维20份、氧化铝7份、玻璃粉15份、叶腊石8份、贝壳粉8份、木质素纤维8份、滑石粉15份和羧甲基淀粉钠3份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种仿搪瓷的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述的仿搪瓷釉料层含有以下重量份原料:环氧树脂35份、牡蛎壳粉14份、滑石粉10份、二氧化硅10份、黄栀子汁12份、蜡乳液4份、玻璃纤维5份、颜料3份和消泡剂0.3份。
