技术领域
本发明属于日用陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种可实现一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷及其制作工艺。
背景技术
硅藻土具有它独特的硅藻壳体结构、强吸附性、大比表面积、高孔隙度、耐高温等优良性质。在现代工业中,被大量用于化工和环保领域。近年来,利用硅藻土中原始孔洞的特点,采用加入添加剂和低温煅烧工艺使原有孔道保留下来以及骨料颗粒堆积空隙,可以经济地制得孔径细小、分布均匀、成本低廉的多孔陶瓷。该材料不仅可应用在饮料、污水处理、石油化工等方面的各种超精密和无菌过滤,这种多孔材料还可作为载体。如申请公布号CN104193400A的一种硅藻土/沸石/活性炭多层复合陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,又如申请公布号为CN101920140的发明专利公开的含有硅藻土和炭的复合陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,均是将硅藻土陶瓷作为滤芯使用,陶瓷滤芯要求孔径大、透水性好,而国家标准对普通日用陶瓷的吸水率要求小于1.0%、细瓷类陶瓷的吸水率小于0.5%,滤芯用陶瓷与日用陶瓷的技术指标差距大,其原料组分和生产工艺也完全不同。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对日用陶瓷功能性的要求也在不断的提高,利用硅藻土的特性,引入硅藻土作为日用陶瓷的原料,进而提升陶瓷的功能性是陶瓷生产企业关注的方向,如申请公布号为CN103880397A公开的一种硅藻土陶瓷及其制备方法,在配方中加入了38-53%的硅藻土使得烧制成的陶瓷制品釉面白洁、质量坚硬耐久,具有较强的吸附能力,能有效吸收室内的有害气体和过敏物质并能分解消除空气里的有害物质进而净化室内空气;又如申请公布号为CN201510908093.2公开的一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料,在配方中加入了30~50份的精制硅藻土,所烧出的陶瓷产品釉面光滑、质地坚硬耐久,而且摆放在室内环境中,能有效吸收空气中的有害物质、释放负离子,净化空气。
硅藻土具有独特的硅藻壳体结构、高孔隙度,但可塑性差、无法单独烧结成型、成品率低,现有的日用陶瓷的原料在硅藻土的使用时只能占原料组分的50%左右,无法泥料中大量使用,因此如果将提升硅藻土在陶瓷中的含量,降低烧成成本、提高烧成率具有重大的经济、社会效益。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明通过改良坯料配方和与其相配合制作工艺,提供了一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷及其制作工艺。
提供了一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷,其特征在于,按照重量份计,该一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷的原料组成如下:硅藻土60-70份、煅烧硅藻土10-15份、高岭土5-10份、石英5-10份、长石1-5份、淀粉1-5份、木质素1-5份、丙烯酰胺0.1-1份、羟甲基纤维素0.1-0.5份。
具体实施例一:
一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷的坯料配方如下:硅藻土63份、煅烧硅藻土12份、高岭土6份、石英8份、长石3份、淀粉4份、木质素3份、丙烯酰胺0.6份、羟甲基纤维素0.4份。
具体实施例二:
一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷的坯料配方如下:硅藻土66份、煅烧硅藻土13份、高岭土7份、石英6份、长石2份、淀粉3份、木质素2份、丙烯酰胺0.7份、羟甲基纤维素0.3份。
具体实施例三:
一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷的坯料配方如下,该一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷的坯料配方如下:硅藻土61份、煅烧硅藻土11份、高岭土8份、石英9份、长石4份、淀粉2份、木质素4份、丙烯酰胺0.8份、羟甲基纤维素0.2份。
一次烧成的日用硅藻土陶瓷的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,挑选可塑性好的硅藻土进行煅烧后待用;
步骤2,按照日用硅藻土陶瓷的原料称量,将原料加水球磨、过筛、压制成泥饼待用;
步骤3,将制得的泥饼制成陶瓷坯体;
步骤4,坯体烧结,烧成时间为12-15小时,烧成温度1280-1320℃,烧制成型;
步骤5,将待烧制好的陶瓷坯体进行抛光。
