Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,具有下列质量比的原料:硅藻土8%~35%、烧结助剂8%~30%、分散剂10%~30%、粘结剂适量;制备方法包括如下步骤:将硅藻土、烧结助剂与分散剂、水、粘结剂按一定的比例称量后混合,加入氧化锆球在高效快速研磨机里研磨,过滤后用电热鼓风恒温干燥箱烘干,通过粉碎、电动液压制样后煅烧,制得硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体;将硅藻土中加入一定量的电气石及烧结助剂、水、分散剂、粘结剂,经超细式研磨,将浆料喷淋到硅藻土基功能陶瓷表面,烘干后低温煅烧,即得基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料。本发明获得产品比表面积大、吸附性能好、环境友好且成本低廉,具有很好的市场前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,特别涉及一种基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法。
背景技术
硅藻土是海洋或湖泊中生长的硅藻类的残骸在水底沉积,经过地质作用而逐渐形成的一种非金属矿产,它独特的硅藻壳体结构、强吸附性、大比表面积、高孔隙度、耐高温等优良性质,在现代工业中,被大量用于化工和环保领域。近年来,硅藻土以其来源广泛、价格低廉、内部具有大量微米级以下的微孔而受到人们的关注。利用硅藻土中原始孔洞的特点,釆用加入添加剂和低温煅烧工艺使原有孔道保留下来以及骨料颗粒堆积空隙,可以经济地制得孔径细小、分布均匀、成本低廉的多孔陶瓷。该材料不仅可应用在饮料、污水处理、石油化工等方面的各种超精密和无菌过滤,这种多孔材料还可作为载体。
内墙砖是家装中不可缺少的部分,直接关系人们的健康,针对环保内墙砖釉料及利用该釉料制备的内墙砖,研究人员虽已进行了不少尝试,但至今仍没有效果理想的产品供消费者选择。
发明内容
为了满足人们对于装修材料的要求,拓展硅藻土的应用范围,本发明提供一种基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法。
本发明提供一种基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,具有下列质量比的原料:硅藻土8%~35%、烧结助剂8%~30%、分散剂10%~30%、粘结剂适量;
制备方法包括如下步骤:a)将硅藻土、烧结助剂与分散剂、水、粘结剂按一定的比例称量后混合,加入氧化锆球在高效快速研磨机里研磨,过滤后用电热鼓风恒温干燥箱烘干,通过粉碎、电动液压制样后煅烧,制得硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体;
b)将硅藻土中加入一定量的电气石及烧结助剂、水、分散剂、粘结剂,经超细式研磨,将浆料喷淋到硅藻土基功能陶瓷表面,烘干后低温煅烧,即得基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料。
优选的,所述硅藻土为325目。
优选的,所述烧结助剂的组成为高岭土、石英、长石,其质量比为3:1:3,其与硅藻土的质量比为2~3:17。
优选的,所述分散剂为硅酸钠,其与硅藻土的质量比为0.1~2:85。
优选的,所述硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体制备过程中,硅藻土和烧结助剂配合料、分散剂、粘结剂及水的配比为:配合料:分散剂:粘结剂:水=40~90:0.1〜2:0.5〜5:100〜250。
优选的,所述喷淋浆料的制备中,硅藻土和烧结助剂配合料、电气石、分散剂、粘结剂及水的配比为:40~90∶6~40∶2~15∶0.1~4∶100~250。
优选的,研磨过程中,氧化锆球的直径分布为3~5mm,料球质量比1:4~5,研磨后浆料的粒度分布为D98≤10μm。
优选的,所述成型和煅烧工艺条件为:成型压力30~80MPa;煅烧温度为850~1050℃,保温时间为2~5h。
有益效果:本发明硅藻土基内墙功能材料由于釉料及坯体中的硅藻土是独特的硅藻壳体结构,使材料本身具有较多的原始孔洞及骨料堆积所形成的微小孔隙,材料具有接触面积大,吸附性能好的特点,同时具有调湿、吸音、阻燃、保温等多种功能。
本发明釉料中还引入电气石材料,将电气石的天然电极性、释放负离子和净化环境等多种有利于人体健康的功能,引入其中,使釉料层及利用该釉料制备的内墙砖具有净化室内空气,对室内各种装饰装修材料、家具等释放的甲醛、氨、苯、VOC等有毒、有害气体具有明显的祛除,还具有释放负离子、抗菌等多种功能。本发明的硅藻土基内墙功能材料可集调湿、隔热、抗菌、释放负离子、吸音、保温、净化空气及阻燃等功能于一体。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体的原料为:硅藻土850 g、高岭土60g、石英20 g、长石40g、硅酸钠15g、聚乙烯醇15 g、水1000g;制备时将各原料混合,通过球磨机,选用3~5mm氧化锆磨球8kg,研磨至D98≤10μm,然后过滤,在105℃下干燥2.5小时后,用压片机压制成型,压力为45MPa,然后在1050℃的条件下煅烧3h,即得硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体。
釉料的原料为:硅藻土73g、电气石12g、长石9g、高岭土2g、石英石4g、硅酸钠1g、聚乙烯醇2 g水120g,将各原料加入研磨机内研磨至D50=4.8μm,过80目筛后为浆状釉料。将制备的釉料淋于坯体表面,60℃烘干24h,900℃煅烧2.5h,即得硅藻土环保内墙装饰材料。
实施例2
一种基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体的原料为:硅藻土800 g、高岭土50g、石英20 g、长石40g、硅酸钠15g、聚乙烯醇15 g、水1000g;制备时将各原料混合,通过球磨机,选用3~5mm氧化锆磨球8kg,研磨至D98≤10μm,然后过滤,在105℃下干燥3小时后,用压片机压制成型,压力为45MPa,然后在1050℃的条件下煅烧3h,即得硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体。
釉料的原料为:硅藻土80g、电气石12g、长石9g、高岭土2g、石英石4g、硅酸钠1g、聚乙烯醇2 g水150g,将各原料加入研磨机内研磨至D50=4.8μm,过80目筛后为浆状釉料。将制备的釉料淋于坯体表面,60℃烘干24h,900℃煅烧2.5h,即得硅藻土环保内墙装饰材料。

Claims (8)
1.一种基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具有下列质量比的原料:硅藻土8%~35%、烧结助剂8%~30%、分散剂10%~30%、粘结剂适量;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
a)将硅藻土、烧结助剂与分散剂、水、粘结剂按一定的比例称量后混合,加入氧化锆球在高效快速研磨机里研磨,过滤后用电热鼓风恒温干燥箱烘干,通过粉碎、电动液压制样后煅烧,制得硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体;
b)将硅藻土中加入一定量的电气石及烧结助剂、水、分散剂、粘结剂,经超细式研磨,将浆料喷淋到硅藻土基功能陶瓷表面,烘干后低温煅烧,即得基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅藻土为325目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烧结助剂的组成为高岭土、石英、长石,其质量比为3:1:3,其与硅藻土的质量比为2~3:17。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为硅酸钠,其与硅藻土的质量比为0.1~2:85。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅藻土基功能陶瓷坯体制备过程中,硅藻土和烧结助剂配合料、分散剂、粘结剂及水的配比为:配合料:分散剂:粘结剂:水=40~90:0.1〜2:0.5〜5:100〜250。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷淋浆料的制备中,硅藻土和烧结助剂配合料、电气石、分散剂、粘结剂及水的配比为:40~90∶6~40∶2~15∶0.1~4∶100~250。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,研磨过程中,氧化锆球的直径分布为3~5mm,料球质量比1:4~5,研磨后浆料的粒度分布为D98≤10μm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的基于硅藻土的内墙装饰材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成型和煅烧工艺条件为:成型压力30~80MPa;煅烧温度为850~1050℃,保温时间为2~5h。
