Abstract
本发明公开了一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖,本发明将板栗壳炭化处理后经室温研磨,孔隙表面吸附氮化钛、聚苯颗粒,提高产品的吸附性,以改性后的糖滤泥为成孔剂,将沙漠沙水洗烘干再配伍蒙脱石、蚝壳片等粗骨料在不影响砖体透水性的情况下明显提高了产品的强度和抗冲击性能,以氟硅树脂替代水泥作为粘结料并配合其他有效助剂相互作用,利用本发明制得的砂基透水砖制备工艺简单,利用价格低廉的原材料,便制备出经济实用、绿色环保的砂基透水砖,具备普通透水砖所不具备的强度性能,既达到了治理风沙的目的,又解决了透水砖的成本昂贵问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖及其制作方法。
背景技术
近些年来砂基透水砖成为关注热点,这种砂基透水砖,是以沙漠里的沙子为原料,透水性能好,防滑,还不像一般透水砖那样容易被灰尘堵塞,但是成本太高,推广砂基透水砖是实现沙漠沙资源化的有效途径,一方面在矿石资源日益紧缺的情况下,可以将沙漠沙作为一种廉价的建筑用材,另一方面对于我国大面积的沙漠治理、沙漠变废为宝是有益的。然而目前关于砂基透水砖的研究较少,传统的砂基透水砖的生产工艺落后、成本高、功能单一、抗压强度和透水性能不能同时达到透水砖的行业标准。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖,由下列重量份的原料制成:沙漠沙35-36、凹凸棒粘土17-19、蒙脱石15-17、蚝壳片10-12、糖滤泥16-18、竹炭粉5-7、氮化钛0.5-0.7、聚苯颗粒5-7、硫酸钙0.4-0.6、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2.3-2.6、氟硅树脂8-10、板栗壳6-8、适量水。
所述的一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将板栗壳烘干放入炭化炉中于450-500℃的温度下,隔绝空气炭化20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入氮化钛、聚苯颗粒研磨40-50分钟;
(2)将糖滤泥水洗后于50-60℃温度下烘干,送入高速混合机中加入硫酸钙、六羟甲基三聚氰胺、氟硅树脂和适量的水,以1400-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌15-20分钟,干燥,超声研磨成粉烘干;
(3)将沙漠沙水洗烘干后加入蒙脱石、蚝壳片于685-715℃高温煅烧处理后粉碎至120-140目,加入步骤(1)、(2)物料及其他剩余成分混匀,投入球磨机中球磨2-3小时,喷水造粒、陈化2天后压制成生砖坯;
(4)将生砖坯自然晾晒风干,在箱式电阻炉中于1060-1100℃烧结1-2小时,自然冷却至室温出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明将板栗壳炭化处理后经室温研磨,孔隙表面吸附氮化钛、聚苯颗粒,提高产品的吸附性,以改性后的糖滤泥为成孔剂,将沙漠沙水洗烘干再配伍蒙脱石、蚝壳片等粗骨料在不影响砖体透水性的情况下明显提高了产品的强度和抗冲击性能,以氟硅树脂替代水泥作为粘结料并配合其他有效助剂相互作用,利用本发明制得的砂基透水砖制备工艺简单,利用价格低廉的原材料,便制备出经济实用、绿色环保的砂基透水砖,具备普通透水砖所不具备的强度性能,既达到了治理风沙的目的,又解决了透水砖的成本昂贵问题。
具体实施方式
一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖,由下列重量份的原料制成:沙漠沙35、凹凸棒粘土17、蒙脱石15、蚝壳片10、糖滤泥16、竹炭粉5、氮化钛0.5、聚苯颗粒5、硫酸钙0.4、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2.3、氟硅树脂8、板栗壳6、适量水。
所述的一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将板栗壳烘干放入炭化炉中于450℃的温度下,隔绝空气炭化20分钟,冷却至室温加入氮化钛、聚苯颗粒研磨40分钟;
(2)将糖滤泥水洗后于50℃温度下烘干,送入高速混合机中加入硫酸钙、六羟甲基三聚氰胺、氟硅树脂和适量的水,以1400转/min的速度高速搅拌15分钟,干燥,超声研磨成粉烘干;
(3)将沙漠沙水洗烘干后加入蒙脱石、蚝壳片于685℃高温煅烧处理后粉碎至120目,加入步骤(1)、(2)物料及其他剩余成分混匀,投入球磨机中球磨2小时,喷水造粒、陈化2天后压制成生砖坯;
(4)将生砖坯自然晾晒风干,在箱式电阻炉中于1060℃烧结1小时,自然冷却至室温出料。
使用本发明生产的砂基透水砖的技术参数指标如下:抗压强度49.1MPa,透水系数为0.063cm/s,透水砖的保水性0.78g/cm2。
Claims (2)
1.一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:沙漠沙35-36、凹凸棒粘土17-19、蒙脱石15-17、蚝壳片10-12、糖滤泥16-18、竹炭粉5-7、氮化钛0.5-0.7、聚苯颗粒5-7、硫酸钙0.4-0.6、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2.3-2.6、氟硅树脂8-10、板栗壳6-8、适量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氟硅树脂砂基透水砖的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将板栗壳烘干放入炭化炉中于450-500℃的温度下,隔绝空气炭化20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入氮化钛、聚苯颗粒研磨40-50分钟;
(2)将糖滤泥水洗后于50-60℃温度下烘干,送入高速混合机中加入硫酸钙、六羟甲基三聚氰胺、氟硅树脂和适量的水,以1400-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌15-20分钟,干燥,超声研磨成粉烘干;
(3)将沙漠沙水洗烘干后加入蒙脱石、蚝壳片于685-715℃高温煅烧处理后粉碎至120-140目,加入步骤(1)、(2)物料及其他剩余成分混匀,投入球磨机中球磨2-3小时,喷水造粒、陈化2天后压制成生砖坯;
(4)将生砖坯自然晾晒风干,在箱式电阻炉中于1060-1100℃烧结1-2小时,自然冷却至室温出料。
