本发明公开了一种带分离藕节的莲藕切片装置，包括莲藕箱，所述莲藕箱由支撑杆支撑在地面上，莲藕箱上设置有多个切割桶，切割桶之间设有振动器，振动器位于莲藕箱内，莲藕箱下方设有转盘，转盘上设有刀片，刀片下方设有转盘漏料斜坡，转盘漏料斜坡穿过转盘的内部，转盘漏料斜坡底部设有落料口，转盘固定在旋转电机的转轴上，旋转电机固定在中心支撑台上，中心支撑台固定在地面上，所述旋转电机四周设有过滤盒，过滤盒两侧由侧支撑柱固定在底面上，过滤盒的两侧设有出料口，过滤盒底部设有漏孔，漏孔下方设置有漏料斗，所述漏料斗下方设置有漏料箱；本发明可以高效对莲藕切片，还可以将藕节和藕根茎筛选处理，提高藕片的质量。

本发明涉及一种切片装置，具体是一种带分离藕节的莲藕切片装置。
背景技术
藕，属莲科植物，藕微甜而脆，可生食也可煮食，是常用餐菜之一，藕节为睡莲科植物莲根茎的节部,藕节又叫藕节炭,光藕节,藕节巴,藕节的功效是散瘀止血,清热生津,凉血止血,藕节的作用是治吐血,咯血,尿血,便血,血痢,血崩,正是由此，藕的需求量每年也十分巨大，许多藕制品的食品厂往往需要对采购的莲藕进行多道工序的加工，其中切片加工是重要的一道加工工序，传统的莲藕加工都是人工进行去节后进行手工切片，这样操作不仅加工效率低，而且切片的厚度也是厚薄不一，不能满足大规模的生产和加工。
目前市场上也出现了许多莲藕的切片机，但是一般的切片机往往是直接将藕的根茎和藕节都一起切片，根茎部位的藕片直径较大，藕节部位的藕片直接较小，而且藕节口感较差一般药用，藕节部位还有许多根须，一起切片，会有大量根须掺杂，目前市场上缺少一种带分离藕节的莲藕切片装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带分离藕节的莲藕切片装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种带分离藕节的莲藕切片装置，包括支撑杆、莲藕箱、切割桶、刀片、旋转电机、振动器、转盘、落料口、过滤盒、漏孔、出料口、漏料斗、漏料箱、侧支撑柱、中心支撑台、转盘漏料斜坡，所述莲藕箱由两侧的支撑杆支撑在地面上，所述莲藕箱上设置有多个切割桶，所述切割桶之间的外壁上设有振动器，所述振动器位于莲藕箱内，所述莲藕箱下方设有转盘，转盘上设有两个刀片，所述刀片下方设有转盘漏料斜坡，所述转盘漏料斜坡穿过转盘的内部，转盘漏料斜坡底部设有落料口，所述落料口位于转盘的下表面，所述转盘固定在旋转电机的转轴上，所述旋转电机位于转盘中心位置的底部，所述旋转电机固定在中心支撑台上，所述中心支撑台固定在地面上，所述旋转电机四周设有过滤盒，所述过滤盒两侧由侧支撑柱固定在底面上，过滤盒的两侧设有出料口，过滤盒底部设有漏孔，所述漏孔下方设置有漏料斗，所述漏料斗下方设置有漏料箱。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述振动器底部设有减震弹簧。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述刀片凸出转盘表面，刀片与转盘上表面形成三十度切割角。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述过滤盒为中部有圆柱形开孔的圆台，圆台底部向两侧倾斜。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述漏孔为直径三厘米的圆形孔。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：顶部的莲藕箱设置有多个切割桶，可以提高切片速度，振动器的设计使得莲藕在切割桶内均匀下落，不会发生堵塞，漏料箱的设计，将莲藕节和根须分离了处理，提高了莲藕的切片质量，更是分离出有药用效果的藕节，实现了筛选切片的双重功能。

请参阅图1～4，本发明实施例中，一种带分离藕节的莲藕切片装置，包括支撑杆1、莲藕箱2、切割桶3、刀片4、旋转电机5、振动器6、转盘7、落料口8、过滤盒9、漏孔10、出料口11、漏料斗12、漏料箱13、侧支撑柱14、中心支撑台15、转盘漏料斜坡16，所述莲藕箱2由两侧的支撑杆1支撑在地面上，所述莲藕箱2上设置有多个切割桶3，所述切割桶3之间的外壁上设有振动器6，所述振动器6底部设有减震弹簧，所述振动器6位于莲藕箱2内，所述莲藕箱2下方设有转盘7，转盘7上设有两个刀片4，所述刀片4凸出转盘表面，刀片4与转盘7上表面形成三十度切割角，所述刀片4下方设有转盘漏料斜坡16，所述转盘漏料斜坡16穿过转盘7的内部，转盘漏料斜坡16底部设有落料口8，所述落料口8位于转盘7的下表面，所述转盘7固定在旋转电机5的转轴上，所述旋转电机5位于转盘7中心位置的底部，所述旋转电机5固定在中心支撑台15上，所述中心支撑台15固定在地面上，所述旋转电机5四周设有过滤盒9，所述过滤盒9为中部有圆柱形开孔的圆台，圆台底部向两侧倾斜，所述过滤盒9两侧由侧支撑柱14固定在底面上，过滤盒9的两侧设有出料口11，过滤盒9底部设有漏孔10，所述漏孔10为直径三厘米的圆形孔，所述漏孔10下方设置有漏料斗12，所述漏料斗12下方设置有漏料箱13。
本发明的工作原理是：需要切片的莲藕由切割桶3竖直向下放入装置，切割桶3外侧壁设有振动器6可以保证莲藕在切割桶3内不会堵塞，旋转电机带动刀片4不断旋转切割莲藕，在刀片4切下藕片时，藕片根据惯性会进入转盘漏料斜坡16内，并由落料口8甩处落入下方的漏料箱13内，漏料箱13底倾斜设置，切好的藕片会沿漏料箱13底部斜坡滑向出料口11并落下，直径较小的藕节部分切片或者莲藕的根须直接通过漏孔10落入漏料箱内。

1.一种带分离藕节的莲藕切片装置，包括支撑杆(1)、莲藕箱(2)、切割桶(3)、刀片(4)、旋转电机(5)、振动器(6)、转盘(7)、落料口(8)、过滤盒(9)、漏孔(10)、出料口(11)、漏料斗(12)、漏料箱(13)、侧支撑柱(14)、中心支撑台(15)、转盘漏料斜坡(16)，其特征在于，所述莲藕箱(2)由两侧的支撑杆(1)支撑在地面上，所述莲藕箱(2)上设置有多个切割桶(3)，所述切割桶(3)之间的外壁上设有振动器(6)，所述振动器(6)位于莲藕箱(2)内，所述莲藕箱(2)下方设有转盘(7)，转盘(7)上设有两个刀片(4)，所述刀片(4)下方设有转盘漏料斜坡(16)，所述转盘漏料斜坡(16)穿过转盘(7)的内部，转盘漏料斜坡(16)底部设有落料口(8)，所述落料口(8)位于转盘(7)的下表面，所述转盘(7)固定在旋转电机(5)的转轴上，所述旋转电机(5)位于转盘(7)中心位置的底部，所述旋转电机(5)固定在中心支撑台(15)上，所述中心支撑台(15)固定在地面上，所述旋转电机(5)四周设有过滤盒(9)，所述过滤盒(9)两侧由侧支撑柱(14)固定在底面上，过滤盒(9)的两侧设有出料口(11)，过滤盒(9)底部设有漏孔(10)，所述漏孔(10)下方设置有漏料斗(12)，所述漏料斗(12)下方设置有漏料箱(13)。
