Abstract

本发明公开了一种旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机，由机架、电动机、减速传动机构、配料盘、连接板、底板、转轴、轴承、竖立筒、切削刀具和容器组成，其中，机架由角钢焊接而成；切削刀具安置在连接板和底板之间，限制了切削刀的自由度，刀具不易损坏；固定在转轴上的刀具在连接板和底板之间旋转并切削块茎物料，切削厚度即为连接板和底板之间的距离，因此能够精确控制切削厚度；竖立筒的数量为2～12个，这些竖立筒均匀分布在以转轴为圆心的圆周上，大大提高了切削效率，适用于所有切片机。

Description

旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机
技术领域 本发明涉及一种饮片加工机，尤其是用于块茎类中药加工的旋转式饮片切片机。
背景技术 大部分的块茎类中药，如天麻、三七、甘草、泽泻、山药等等，在使用前需要加工成饮片。饮片加工需要经过净制、淘洗、软化、切制、干燥、包装等步骤。其中切制步骤需要采用人工切削或者是切药机切削。由于人工切削效率较低，因此在加工量较大时都是使用切药机切药。现在的切药机大多采用剪切式切割，饮片和刀片受到的剪切力大，易损坏刀片，生产的饮片也不太规整。
中国专利CN104958527A号所公开的“一种浙贝母饮片鲜切的加工方法及加工装置”专利(申请号：201510311578.3)，加工装置包括机架，通过竖直转轴可转动设置在机架上的刀盘，设置在刀盘上表面的切刀片，设置在机架上用于转动刀盘的旋转执行机构及设置在机架上的竖直下料管，竖直下料管的下端开口，且竖直下料管位于刀盘上表面的正上方。这项专利的不足之处在于：切削效率不高，刀片易发生形变，饮片的切削厚度不能够精确控制，因此切割效果并不理想。
发明内容 本发明的目的就是要提供一种旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机，精确控制切削厚度，提高切削效率和切削效果。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供的旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机由机架、电动机、减速传动机构、配料盘、连接板、底板、转轴、轴承、竖立筒、切削刀具和容器组成，其中，机架由角钢焊接而成；电动机和减速传动机构安置在机架上方；配料盘固定在机架中部，配料盘为圆形金属凹盘，配料盘具有中心孔和安置孔；连接板固定在机架下部，连接板为圆形金属板，连接板具有中心孔和安置孔；底板固定在连接板下方的机架上，底板为圆形金属板，底板具有中心孔和出料孔；转轴的上端与减速传动机构的动力输出端连接，转轴的下部依次穿过配料盘、连接板及底板的中心孔，转轴的下端安置在轴承内；轴承固定在机架下部；竖立筒为金属圆筒，竖立筒的上端固定在配料盘的安置孔内并与配料盘连通，竖立筒的下端固定在连接板的安置孔内；切削刀具固定在转轴上呈径向布置，切削刀具安置在连接板和底板之间，切削刀具具有刀刃、刀背和推块，推块固定在刀背端；刃部靠近连接板底面，推块的高度与连接板和底板之间的距离一致；出料口位于竖立筒下端外侧的底板上，容器放置在出料口下端。另外，电机、减速传动结构和转轴的具体连接方式均为本领域常识，这里不再赘述。
为进一步使本发明适于应用，竖立筒的数量为2～12个，这些竖立筒均匀分布在以转轴为圆心的圆周上，每个竖立筒上端和下端分别固定在配料盘安置孔和连接板安置孔内。
当本发明使用时，块茎物料从配料盘的安置孔加入到竖立筒内，竖立筒内的块茎物料在重力作用下下降到底板上，固定在转轴上的刀具在连接板和底板之间旋转并切削块茎物料，切削厚度即为连接板和底板之间的距离；切削后的饮片在推块推动下通过出料口掉落到容器内，完成加工。
本发明提供的旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机具有积极的效果：切削刀具安置在连接板和底板之间，限制了切削刀的自由度，刀具不易损坏；固定在转轴上的刀具在连接板和底板之间旋转并切削块茎物料，切削厚度即为连接板和底板之间的距离，因此能够精确控制切削厚度；竖立筒的数量为2～12个，这些竖立筒均匀分布在以转轴为圆心的圆周上，大大提高了切削效率，适用于所有切片机。

具体实施方式 本发明提供的旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机由机架2、电动机1、减速传动机构3、配料盘5、连接板13、底板10、转轴4、轴承16、竖立筒7、切削刀具8和容器11组成，其中，机架2由角钢焊接而成；电动机1和减速传动机构3安置在机架2上方；配料盘5固定在机架2中部，配料盘5为圆形金属凹盘，配料盘5具有中心孔和安置孔12；连接板13固定在机架2下部，连接板13为圆形金属板，连接板13具有中心孔和安置孔12；底板10固定在连接板13下方的机架2上，底板10为圆形金属板，底板10具有中心孔和出料孔；转轴4的上端与减速传动机构3的动力输出端连接，转轴4的下部依次穿过配料盘5、连接板13及底板10的中心孔，转轴4的下端安置在轴承16内；轴承16固定在机架2下部；竖立筒7为金属圆筒，竖立筒7的上端固定在配料盘5的安置孔12内并与配料盘5连通，竖立筒7的下端固定在连接板13的安置孔12内；切削刀具8固定在转轴4上呈径向布置，切削刀具8安置在连接板13和底板10之间，切削刀具8具有刀刃14、刀背和推块15，推块15固定在刀背端；刃部靠近连接板13底面，推块15的高度与连接板13和底板10之间的距离一致；出料口9位于竖立筒7下端外侧的底板10上，容器11放置在出料口9下端。另外，电机、减速传动结构和转轴4的具体连接方式均为本领域常识，这里不再赘述。
为进一步使本发明适于应用，竖立筒7的数量为2～12个，这些竖立筒7均匀分布在以转轴4为圆心的圆周上，每个竖立筒7上端和下端分别固定在配料盘5安置孔12和连接板13安置孔12内。竖立筒7的数量少于2则降低价格效率，竖立筒7的数量大于12则使得整体结构复杂。
当本发明使用时，块茎物料6从配料盘5的安置孔12加入到竖立筒7内，竖立筒7内的块茎物料6在重力作用下下降到底板10上，固定在转轴4上的刀具在连接板13和底板10之间旋转并切削块茎物料6，切削厚度即为连接板13和底板10之间的距离；切削后的饮片在推块15推动下通过出料口9掉落到容器11内，完成加工。
本发明保护范围涉及上面所述的所有变化形式。

1.一种旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机，其特征在于：由机架(2)、电动机(1)、减速传动机构(3)、配料盘(5)、连接板(13)、底板(10)、转轴(4)、轴承(16)、竖立筒(7)、切削刀具(8)和容器(11)组成，其中，机架(2)由角钢焊接而成；电动机(1)和减速传动机构(3)安置在机架(2)上方；配料盘(5)固定在机架(2)中部，配料盘(5)为圆形金属凹盘，配料盘(5)具有中心孔和安置孔(12)；连接板(13)固定在机架(2)下部，连接板(13)为圆形金属板，连接板(13)具有中心孔和安置孔(12)；底板(10)固定在连接板(13)下方的机架(2)上，底板(10)为圆形金属板，底板(10)具有中心孔和出料孔；转轴(4)的上端与减速传动机构(3)的动力输出端连接，转轴(4)的下部依次穿过配料盘(5)、连接板(13)及底板(10)的中心孔，转轴(4)的下端安置在轴承(16)内；轴承(16)固定在机架(2)下部；竖立筒(7)为金属圆筒，竖立筒(7)的上端固定在配料盘(5)的安置孔(12)内并与配料盘(5)连通，竖立筒(7)的下端固定在连接板(13)的安置孔(12)内；切削刀具(8)固定在转轴(4)上呈径向布置，切削刀具(8)安置在连接板(13)和底板(10)之间，切削刀具(8)具有刀刃(14)、刀背和推块(15)，推块(15)固定在刀背端；刃部靠近连接板(13)底面，推块(15)的高度与连接板(13)和底板(10)之间的距离一致；出料口(9)位于竖立筒(7)下端外侧的底板(10)上，容器(11)放置在出料口(9)下端。
2.由权利要求1所述的旋转式块茎类中药饮片切片机，其特征在于：竖立筒(7)的数量为2～12个，这些竖立筒(7)均匀分布在以转轴(4)为圆心的圆周上，每个竖立筒(7)上端和下端分别固定在配料盘(5)安置孔(12)和连接板(13)安置孔(12)内。
