Description

Foundation make-up composition without titanium dioxide and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a foundation composition without titanium dioxide and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Titanium dioxide is a colorant used in most foundation products at present and is also a raw material with the highest whiteness in cosmetic colorants, but the characteristic also causes the opacity of the titanium dioxideThe titanium dioxide has strong color erasing power, thereby influencing the color development of other toners, and increasing the dosage of other toners when the same color effect is required to be achieved. Titanium dioxide has lattice defects, has multiple photoactivation points, is easy to generate chemical reaction to cause pigment color change, and is easy to generate yellowing phenomenon after absorbing grease. At present, titanium dioxide used in domestic cosmetics mainly depends on import: the imported titanium dioxide accounts for more than 50% of the titanium dioxide output in China. The production process of the titanium dioxide is mainly divided into a sulfuric acid method and a chlorination method, and the sulfuric acid method production process comprises the following steps: acidolysis of titanium slag: TiO 22+H2SO4→TiOSO4+H2O; acidolysis and desmearing of ilmenite: FeTiO3+2H2SO4+5H2O→FeSO4+7H2O+TiOSO4(ii) a Hydrolysis: TiOSO4+2H2O→TiO(OH)2+H2SO4(ii) a Calcination TiO (OH)2→TiO2+H2And O, a large amount of waste acid is generated in the product, so that the environmental pollution is great. Because the traditional sulfuric acid process has serious pollution and is not suitable for sustainable development, some developed countries are gradually eliminated. However, chlorination process with low pollution degree is still in use in China, and the result is not ideal.
