A method for preparing a cosmetic composition consisting of the moisturizing concealer and anti-wrinkle composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising (1) preparing a polyhydric alcohol humectant by mixing each component of the polyhydric alcohol humectant in advance according to a ratio; (2) stirring and mixing the polyalcohol humectant, the silicone oil-based oil phase and distilled water uniformly; (3) sequentially adding nonionic surfactant, porous titanium dioxide modified nanometer pearl powder particles, thickener and triethanolamine, and stirring at 60 deg.C and 3000 rpm.
