本发明属于绿色健康养生食品技术领域,具体的涉及一种寸云黄精加味养生羹及其制备方法。原料组成如下:寸云、黄精、灵芝孢子粉、虫草孢子粉、制首乌、黑枸杞、黑芝麻、黑木耳、黑豆、黑米、桑葚子、大枣、生山楂、怀山药、云苓、白芨和地黄。该养生羹能够增强内脏功能、调节人体阴阳、补气血,从而达到皮肤细腻、体质强健、阴阳调和,能防寒避暑、补虚清实火,至阴平阳密、扶正祛邪的作用,最终达到长寿的目的。

背景技术
当今人们非常注重保健养生,但究竟要怎样养生,如何才能正确的达到养生保健之目的,成为人类一大难题。很多人断章取义,用极简单的方法,想取得真正养生的目的,但是效果不佳,或是不能持久的保持疗效。因此,有必要开发一种保健食品,增强内脏功能、调节人体阴阳、补气血,从而达到皮肤细腻、体质强健、阴阳调和、能防寒避暑、补虚清实火,至阴平阳密、扶正祛邪的作用,最终达到长寿的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种寸云黄精加味养生羹及其制备方法。该养生羹能够增强内脏功能、调节人体阴阳、补气血,从而达到皮肤细腻、体质强健、阴阳调和,防寒避暑、补虚清实火,至阴平阳密、扶正祛邪的作用,最终达到长寿的目的。
本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹,以重量分数计,原料组成如下:寸云3.65%-4.3%,黄精2.5%-3.5%,灵芝孢子粉1.2%-2.0%,虫草孢子粉0.05%-1.0%,制首乌3.5%-4.5%,黑枸杞5.0%-6.0%,黑芝麻7.0%-9.0%,黑木耳3.0%-4.0%,黑豆11.2%-13%,黑米23%-35%,桑葚子3.5%-4.0%,大枣3.7%-4.5%,生山楂2.0%-4.0%,怀山药5.0%-7.0%,云苓5.0%-6.0%,白芨1.7%-2.5%和地黄7.0%-9.0%。
作为一个优选的技术方案,本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹,以重量分数计,原料组成如下:寸云3.7%,黄精2.5%,灵芝孢子粉1.3%,虫草孢子粉0.10%,制首乌3.5%,黑枸杞5.2%,黑芝麻7.3%,黑木耳3.2%,黑豆11.2%,黑米33%,桑葚子3.7%,大枣3.7%,生山楂2.5%,怀山药5.0%,云苓5.3%,白芨1.8%和地黄7.0%。
本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)先将寸云和黄精放入干燥箱内干燥,然后研磨至120-200目粉剂待用;
(2)将灵芝、虫草饮片分别用破壁机破壁即得灵芝孢子粉和虫草孢子粉;
(3)将黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻分别炒制熟透,香味浓重为宜;
(4)再将制首乌、黑木耳、桑葚子、大枣、生山楂、怀山药、云苓、白芨、地黄和黑枸杞分别烘干,混合研磨至100-120目细粉待用;
(5)将步骤(1)至步骤(4)预处理完成的原料用离心机混合均匀后即得到寸云黄精加味养生羹粉剂。
其中:
步骤(1)中所述的干燥,干燥温度为55-65℃,干燥时间为50-60min。
步骤(2)中所述的采用破壁机破壁是采用破壁机研磨至200-300目破壁。
步骤(3)中所述的炒制温度为450-600℃。
一个完整的保健养生羹组方,需配方严谨,用量合理,方能达到养生保健之目的。本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹常服能使人体气血平和,阴平阳密,延缓衰老,健康长寿。
本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的服用方法为:
用量:成人每日分早晚两次,每次服用粉剂二十克。
用法:先将粉剂二十克置于杯内,用90℃-95℃热水倒入搅匀,即成寸云黄精加味养生羹;可与饭菜同食,代粥食之,也可分别单独服食。
本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹制备原料的功效如下:
寸云味甘,咸,性温具有补肾阳,益精血,润肠道、抗衰老、调整内分泌、促进代谢、强壮身体以及促进脱氧核糖核酸合成的作用;此外还具有养阴生津,润肺止咳的功效。
黄精具有抗病原微生物、降血糖、抗疲劳、抗氧化、延缓衰老和止血的作用。
虫草孢子粉、灵芝孢子粉的主要成分是灵芝多糖、灵芝三萜、天然有机锗、腺嘌呤核苷和微量元素硒,具有增强非特异免疫功能,提高体液免疫水平和细胞免疫水平,对D-氨基半乳糖所致肝损伤具有明显的拮抗作用和抗癌作用,具有降血脂、降血压和治疗神经衰弱的效果。
制首乌具有补益精血,养肝安神,强筋骨,固肾乌须,用于血虚而见头昏目眩,心悸失眠健忘,萎黄乏力,肝肾精血亏虚的眩晕耳鸣,腰膝酸软,遗精崩带,须发早白等症。
地黄性凉,味甘苦,具有滋阴补肾、养血补血、凉血的功效,凡阴虚血虚肾虚者食之,颇有益处;此外,地黄有强心利尿、解热消炎、促进血液凝固和降低血糖的作用。
黑枸杞具有抗衰老、改善睡眠、美容养颜、改善皮肤质量、补肾益精、预防癌症、护肝明目、增进视力、改善血液循环、增强体质和预防糖尿病的作用。
黑芝麻性平,味甘,具有降血糖、增加肾上腺中抗坏血酸及胆固醇含量和抗压作用,黑芝麻中的亚油酸可使血中胆固醇含量降低,有防治冠状动脉硬化的作用。
黑木耳具有降血糖、降血脂、抑制血小板聚集、抗血栓形成、提高机体免疫能力、抗衰老和改善心肌缺氧的作用。
黑豆味甘,性微寒,性平,入脾,肾经,具有补肾益阴,健脾利湿,除热解毒的作用。
黑米中含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养元素,具有清除自由基、改善缺铁性贫血、抗应激反应以及免疫调节多种生理功能,此外,黑米中的黄酮类化合物能维持血管正常渗透压,减轻血管脆性,防止血管破裂和止血作用。

云苓性平淡,味甘和,具有健脾、安神、镇静、利尿,也能促进身体免疫能力,益气安神,健脾和胃,祛除湿热,行水止泄的功效,用于治疗气虚劳伤、心腹胀满、水肿、腹泻、健忘、失眠等症。
白芨性味苦、甘、涩、微寒,具有收敛止血、消肿生肌的作用。

本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹能够增强内脏功能、调节人体阴阳、补气血,从而达到皮肤细腻、体质强健、阴阳调和、能防寒避暑、补虚清实火,至阴平阳密、扶正祛邪的作用,最终达到长寿的目的。
(2)本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹应用范围广,适用于老年、中年、幼年等各年龄阶段,体质强、弱人群均可食用。
(3)本发明所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹每日均量服食,可使大便润滑通畅,达到排除体内毒素的作用。

本实施例1所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹以重量分数计,原料组成如下:寸云3.65%,黄精2.5%,灵芝孢子粉1.2%,虫草孢子粉0.05%,制首乌3.5%,黑枸杞5.0%,黑芝麻7.0%,黑木耳3.0%,黑豆11.2%,黑米35%,桑椹子3.5%,大枣3.7%,生山楂2.0%,怀山药5.0%,云苓5.0%,白芨1.7%,地黄7.0%。
本实施例1所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)先将寸云和黄精放入干燥箱内干燥60min,干燥箱内温度控制在65℃,干燥后研磨至120目粉剂待用;
(2)将灵芝、虫草饮片分别用破壁机研磨至200目破壁即得灵芝孢子粉和虫草孢子粉;
(3)将黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻在450℃下分别炒制熟透,香味浓重为宜;
(4)再将制首乌、黑木耳、桑葚子、大枣、生山楂、怀山药、云苓、白芨、地黄和黑枸杞分别烘干,混合磨细至120目细粉待用;
(5)将步骤(1)至步骤(4)预处理完成的原料用离心机混合均匀后即得到寸云黄精加味养生羹粉剂。
将实施例1制备的寸云黄精加味养生羹用于下述患者:
王某某,男,49岁,家住淄博市张店区市府三宿舍。
症状:大便干秘,头发多半变白。食用寸云黄精加味养生羹一周后大便正常;继续服食三月后,头发转黑大半,大便每日一次;服食半年后,白发完全变黑;服食三年来,未见白发再生现象。
实施例2
本实施例2所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹以重量分数计,原料组成如下:寸云4.0%,黄精3.0%,灵芝孢子粉1.5%,虫草孢子粉1.0%,制首乌3.8%,黑枸杞5.5%,黑芝麻8.0%,黑木耳3.5%,黑豆12%,黑米24%,桑椹子3.8%,大枣4.0%,生山楂3.0%,怀山药6.5%,云苓5.5%,白芨2.1%,地黄8.8%。
本实施例2所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)先将寸云和黄精放入干燥箱内干燥55min,干燥箱内温度控制在60℃,干燥后研磨至150目粉剂待用;
(2)将灵芝、虫草饮片分别用破壁机研磨至250目破壁即得灵芝孢子粉和虫草孢子粉;
(3)将黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻在530℃下分别炒制熟透,香味浓重为宜;
(4)再将制首乌、黑木耳、桑葚子、大枣、生山楂、怀山药、云苓、白芨、地黄和黑枸杞分别烘干,混合磨细至100目细粉待用;
(5)将步骤(1)至步骤(4)预处理完成的原料用离心机混合均匀后即得到寸云黄精加味养生羹粉剂。
将实施例2制备的寸云黄精加味养生羹用于下述患者:
巩女士,女,32岁,家住周村区南郊镇高唐村。
症状:耳鸣眩晕,失眠便秘。食用寸云黄精加味养生羹五个月,诸症全消。自2008年食用至今,面色红润,精力旺盛。

本实施例3所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹以重量分数计,原料组成如下:寸云4.0%,黄精3.3%,灵芝孢子粉2.0%,虫草孢子粉0.10%,制首乌4.3%,黑枸杞5.5%,黑芝麻8.8%,黑木耳3.3%,黑豆11.2%,黑米23%,桑椹子3.7%,大枣4.2%,生山楂3.8%,怀山药6.3%,云苓5.5%,白芨2.3%,地黄8.7%。
本实施例3所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)先将寸云和黄精放入干燥箱内干燥60min,干燥箱内温度控制在65℃,干燥后研磨至200目粉剂待用;
(2)将灵芝、虫草饮片分别用破壁机研磨至300目破壁即得灵芝孢子粉和虫草孢子粉;
(3)将黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻在600℃下分别炒制熟透,香味浓重为宜;
(4)再将制首乌、黑木耳、桑葚子、大枣、生山楂、怀山药、云苓、白芨、地黄和黑枸杞分别烘干,混合磨细至120目细粉待用;
(5)将步骤(1)至步骤(4)预处理完成的原料用离心机混合均匀后即得到寸云黄精加味养生羹粉剂。
将实施例3制备的寸云黄精加味养生羹用于下述患者:
徐某某,男,48岁,家住淄博市张店区世纪花园。
症状:因工作压力大,常失眠多汗,头晕目眩,眼花便秘,烦躁不安,精神恍惚,面色灰暗。自1990年元月始,食用寸云黄精加味养生羹。两月后,诸症大有好转,半年后全部好转。后减量食用,由原来每日两次、每次二十克,改为每日一次、每次十克食用。至今精力充沛,已是76岁的老人,身体健康如青年一般。

郑女士,女,19岁。现住青岛市李沧区。

1.一种寸云黄精加味养生羹,其特征在于:以重量分数计,原料组成如下:寸云3.65%-4.3%,黄精2.5%-3.5%,灵芝孢子粉1.2%-2.0%,虫草孢子粉0.05%-1.0%,制首乌3.5%-4.5%,黑枸杞5.0%-6.0%,黑芝麻7.0%-9.0%,黑木耳3.0%-4.0%,黑豆11.2%-13%,黑米23%-35%,桑葚子3.5%-4.0%,大枣3.7%-4.5%,生山楂2.0%-4.0%,怀山药5.0%-7.0%,云苓5.0%-6.0%,白芨1.7%-2.5%和地黄7.0%-9.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹,其特征在于:以重量分数计,原料组成如下:寸云3.7%,黄精2.5%,灵芝孢子粉1.3%,虫草孢子粉0.10%,制首乌3.5%,黑枸杞5.2%,黑芝麻7.3%,黑木耳3.2%,黑豆11.2%,黑米33%,桑葚子3.7%,大枣3.7%,生山楂2.5%,怀山药5.0%,云苓5.3%,白芨1.8%和地黄7.0%。
3.一种权利要求1所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)先将寸云和黄精放入干燥箱内干燥,然后研磨至120-200目粉剂待用;
(2)将灵芝、虫草饮片分别用破壁机破壁即得灵芝孢子粉和虫草孢子粉;
(3)将黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻分别炒制熟透;
(4)再将制首乌、黑木耳、桑葚子、大枣、生山楂、怀山药、云苓、白芨、地黄和黑枸杞分别烘干,混合磨细至100-120目细粉待用;
(5)将步骤(1)至步骤(4)预处理完成的原料用离心机混合均匀后即得到寸云黄精加味养生羹粉剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的干燥,干燥温度为55-65℃,干燥时间为50-60min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的采用破壁机破壁是采用破壁机研磨至200-300目破壁。
6.根据权利要求3所述的寸云黄精加味养生羹的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的炒制温度为450-600℃。
