Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用鲜活蚯蚓加工的水产动物饲料及其制备办法,其组成原料的重量份为:新鲜蚯蚓浆液30‑50份,鱼粉10‑20份,豆粕粉10‑20份,玉米粉20‑30份,水10‑15份;其加工方法是将饲料中的各成分使用拌料机混合均匀,高温膨化成型,加工成颗粒状,冷却干燥,即为成品。该饲料的配方科学合理,能满足不同动物的生产需要,可以作为诱鱼能力强的鱼饵,可以作为高蛋白的水产动物饲料,也可以作为畜禽的饲料添加剂,起到抗病保健,增加食欲,增加动物免疫力,改善肉类品质等作用。

一种采用生蚯蚓加工饲料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料及其制备方法,尤其是涉及一种可主要用于水产动物养殖的饲料。
背景技术
目前,在水产饲料中最主要的蛋白原料仍是鱼粉,但鱼粉的产量并没有满足水产饲料行业对鱼粉的需求。全球动物蛋白资源紧缺,且优质蛋白粉价位一直上涨,严重影响了养殖业的发展。为缓解这一现象给水产养殖行业带来的问题,降低养殖成本,所以研发鱼粉的替代品成为研究热点。
蚯蚓(Eisenia foetida),属于环节动物门(Annelida)寡毛纲(Oligochaeta),俗称曲蟮,中药称地龙,其经济价值很高,种类很多。体内含有抗菌肽、免疫球蛋白、纤溶酶、纤溶酶原激活剂、抗氧化酶系和抗肿瘤成分等生物活性物质。蚯蚓可直接以鲜活蚯蚓或干粉形式应用于动物疾病治疗,其提取物具有药理活性显著,提取成本低廉,毒副作用较低,疗效确切,可用于动物疾病防控等特点。研究发现,蚯蚓体内确含有一种抗菌蛋白或者叫抗菌肽,抗菌肽 (antibacterial peptide,ABP) 又称抗微生物肽 (antimicrobial peptide,AMP),广义上是指存在于生物体内并由免疫系统产生,为防御外来病菌而迅速诱导合成的一系列具有杀菌或抑菌作用的一类小分子多肽。中国农业大学资源与环境学院孙振钧教授首次从蚯蚓体中分离得到分子量小、热稳定性强的抗菌四十肽,并相继从分离纯化出另外5种抗菌肽,具有很强的抗菌活性、热稳定性,是蚯蚓防御系统的重要组成部分,可进行开发利用作为饲料添加剂,减少细菌性疾病的发生,进而减少抗生素的使用。
蚯蚓最主要的用途是作为鱼饵,约占市场的70%。春季和秋季是蚯蚓产量最高的季节,夏季因为气温太高,蚯蚓产量较低。但春季和秋季钓饵市场对蚯蚓的需求量较少,且鲜活蚯蚓的运输和保存的条件需求较高,尤其是夏季运输蚯蚓风险很高。目前行业内普遍采用蚯蚓和蚯蚓粪混合运输,运输费用很高。且养殖户接到蚯蚓以后,必须尽快饲喂,否则,蚯蚓会大量死亡,给养殖户带来一定的经济损失。
蚯蚓的加工主要的方式是晒干,夏季高温季节,把鲜活蚯蚓放在水泥地上,迫使其散开,高温环境下加速蚯蚓体壁破裂,大量的黄色体液溢出导致蚯蚓死亡,蚯蚓体液沾附在水泥地上,得到的干蚯蚓其实只是蚯蚓的皮,主要的活性成分大部分流失掉。这种蚯蚓干的加工方法落后,且丢失大量有利用价值的生物活性成分。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进之前蚯蚓养殖行业加工蚯蚓的方法,并制备一种采用鲜活蚯蚓制备的用于水产动物养殖的饲料及其制备方法。本发明中使用的蚯蚓可以增加饲料中的抑菌成分,并且富含蛋白,能够增加养殖动物的机体免疫力,减少细菌性疾病的发生,减少抗生素的使用,降低养殖户的养殖成本。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下。
1,清洗鲜活蚯蚓,去除杂质。将新鲜蚯蚓在20-25℃环境下静置2 h,使蚯蚓排出体内的粪便和杂物。此时,蚯蚓相互抱团聚集形成堆体,杂物和粪便在蚯蚓堆体的表面,可以很容易的去掉。 用清水进一步清洗,蚯蚓排出的沙粒,沉入水底,必须清除干净,否则会损害加工设备。
2,紫外线照射,诱导蚯蚓产生抗菌肽。蚯蚓以畜禽粪便和有机废物垃圾为食,连同泥土一同吞入,也摄食植物的腐烂茎叶等碎片。在长期的进化过程中,蚯蚓已形成了一整套免疫机制,用于抵制病原微生物的侵袭。抗菌肽的形成是蚯蚓免疫机制之一,蚯蚓体内含有抗菌肽,但一般含量较低,在蚯蚓受到不良环境刺激时(如超声波诱导、射线诱导等)诱导产生抗菌肽。
3,粉碎匀浆。 将紫外照射处理过的蚯蚓与水按1:5的比例混合,加入胶体磨中,加工成均匀的浆液,即为蚯蚓浆液。
4,饲料主要成分重量份:蚯蚓浆液30-60份,鱼粉10-20份,豆粕粉15-25份,玉米粉20-30份,水10-15份;按以上比例用拌料机混合均匀,确保液体和固体充分接触融合。
5,膨化成型。将上述混合均匀的原料,采用专用的膨化设备,在螺旋强力推动作用下,进入膨化圈内,原料中的淀粉,瞬间膨胀,形成大量的微孔结构,膨化作用完成。在膨化过程中,瞬间温度可高达100-120 ℃,所有的可能存在的生命形态均会被杀灭,起到灭菌作用。
6,制粒。由于膨化成型过程中产生的是连续的直径为0.2-0.4 cm长条状,可用刀切至长约4-10 cm的短棒状。
7,冷却干燥。在冷风或者低温环境下,将上述制成的短棒状物质冷冻干燥至含水量少于8%,即得到以鲜活蚯蚓为主要原料的饲料成品。
本发明具有以下优点:
1. 该饲料外形,颜色,气味非常像蚯蚓,漂浮于水面,可吸引鱼类取食;
2. 高温膨化处理过程中,所有可能存在的病源微生物和寄生虫全部被杀灭,不存在因食用该饲料而感染相应疾病的可能;
3. 蚯蚓抗菌肽可提高动物的免疫能力,增强机体的抵抗力,减少细菌性疾病的发生,进而减少抗生素的使用;
4. 经过膨化和干燥处理,饲料含水量很低,可长期储存,方便使用;
5. 最大程度地保留了活饵料的生物活性物质,提高了饲料的品质;
6. 纯生物源饲料添加剂,无任何毒副作用;
7. 本产品可有多方面用途:a、用作高蛋白水产动物饲料。可直接饲喂甲鱼、鳝鱼及多种肉食性鱼类,无需添加其他成分。b、鱼类饲料的添加剂。与普通饲料搭配使用,用于鲤鱼,草鱼等普通鱼类的饲喂。c、作为其他动物的饲料添加剂。作为猪、鸡、鹌鹑等动物的饲料添加剂,与常规饲料混合或搭配使用,预防多种病害的发生,且可以降低饲料成本,提高养殖效益。d、用作观赏鸟的饲料。 e、用作锦鲤等观赏鱼的饲料,既有利于预防病害更具有增加鱼类颜色的作用 。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行完整清晰地描述。凡在本发明的思路和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明所述的用鲜活蚯蚓加工饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1,清洗鲜活蚯蚓,去除杂质。 将收购的新鲜蚯蚓在20-25℃环境下静置2 h,使蚯蚓排出体内的粪便和杂物;
2,紫外线照射,诱导蚯蚓产生抗菌肽。将步骤1中所述的蚯蚓置于紫外灯管下3-5 h,紫外照射处理过程中,每隔30 min翻动一次;
3,粉碎匀浆。将经过紫外照射的蚯蚓与水按1:5的比例混合,加入胶体磨中,加工成均匀的浆液,即为蚯蚓浆液;
4,饲料主要成分重量份:蚯蚓浆液30-60,鱼粉10-20,豆粕粉15-25,玉米粉20-30,水10-15;按以上比例用拌料机混合均匀,确保液体和固体充分接触融合;
5,膨化成型。将上述混合均匀的原料,采用膨化设备,进行膨化成型处理;
6,制粒。将膨化成型过程中产生的连续的长条状制成长约4-10 cm的短棒状;
7,冷却干燥。 在冷风或者低温环境下,将上述制成的短棒状物质冷冻干燥至含水量少于8%,即为以鲜活蚯蚓为主要原料的饲料成品。

Claims (4)

1.一种以鲜活蚯蚓加工的饲料,其特征在于:按照重量计算,它是由新鲜蚯蚓浆液30-50 份,鱼粉10-20份,豆粕粉10-20份,玉米粉20-30份,水10-15份制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备原料,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、将新鲜蚯蚓在20-25 ℃环境下静置2 h,使蚯蚓排出体内的粪便和杂物;
b、紫外线照射,诱导蚯蚓产生抗菌肽:将步骤a中所述的蚯蚓置于紫外灯管下3-5 h,紫外照射处理过程中,每隔30 min翻动一次;
c、粉碎匀浆:将经过紫外照射的蚯蚓与水按1:5的比例混合,加入胶体磨中,加工成均匀的浆液,即为蚯蚓浆液;
d、按权利要求1所述比例混合原料,用拌料机混合均匀;
e、膨化成型:将权利要求1中所述的原料混合均匀后,用膨化设备,进行高温膨化成型处理;
f、制粒:将膨化成型过程中产生的连续的长条状制成长约4-10 cm的短棒状;
g、冷却干燥:在冷风或者低温环境下,步骤f的产物进行冷冻干燥,使含水量少于8%,即为以鲜活蚯蚓为主要原料的饲料成品。
3.根据权利1和2所述方法步骤,制备的产品特点为:外观类似鲜活蚯蚓,颜色棕红色,直径大约0.2-0.4 cm,长度约4-10 cm,无其他不安全生物形式存在,具有蚯蚓特殊的腥味。
4.该产品可以作为诱鱼能力强的鱼饵,可以作为高蛋白的水产动物饲料,也可以作为畜禽的饲料添加剂,起到抗病保健,增加食欲,增加动物免疫力,改善肉类品质等作用。
