本发明涉及一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,包括基层、玻璃纤维毡层、覆盖层、硅橡胶涂层,以重量百分比计,所述基层占15%~35%,所述玻璃纤维毡层占25%~45%,所述覆盖层占3%~10%,所述硅橡胶涂层占20%~45%,其中基层为无碱玻璃纤维布,玻璃纤维毡层以短切玻璃纤维、粘接剂为原料粘合而成,覆盖层为采用无碱玻璃纤维纱纵横交织而成的网状编织物,硅橡胶涂层由硅橡胶、硫化剂、乙烯基硅油、羟基硅油、白炭黑、无机阻燃剂、二氧化硅等原料制成。本发明生产的硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,具有粘合强度高、机械强度大、耐热与耐气候性能好,不易老化的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维,具体是一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布。
背景技术
玻璃纤维是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺制造成的,其单丝的直径为几个微米到二十几米个微米,相当于一根头发丝的1/20-1/5,每束纤维原丝都由数百根甚至上千根单丝组成。玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高的特点,但缺点是性脆,耐磨性较差。通常用作复合材料中的增强材料,电绝缘材料和绝热保温材料,电路基板等国民经济各个领域。
硅橡胶玻璃纤维布,是以耐高温高强型玻璃纤维布为基材,由硅橡胶经特殊工艺复合而成,是一种高性能、多用途的复合材料,已被广泛应用于航天、化工、石油、大型发电设备、机械、冶金、电气绝缘、建筑、交通等领域。
目前市场上的硅橡胶玻璃纤维布,大多存在粘合强度不高,耐热与耐气候性能较差,易老化,强度不够的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,具有粘合强度高、机械强度大、耐热与耐气候性能好,不易老化的特点。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,包括基层、玻璃纤维毡层、覆盖层、硅橡胶涂层,以重量百分比计,所述基层占15%~35%,所述玻璃纤维毡层占25%~45%,所述覆盖层占3%~10%,所述硅橡胶涂层占20%~45%。
进一步地,所述玻璃纤维毡层以短切玻璃纤维、粘接剂为原料粘合而成,所述短切玻璃纤维由直径为15微米的短切纤维、和直径为8微米的短切纤维组成,以重量百分比计,所述玻璃纤维毡层中,15微米短切纤维占45%~70%、8微米短切纤维占20%~45%、粘接剂占7%~15%。
进一步地,所述基层为无碱玻璃纤维布。
进一步地,所述覆盖层为采用无碱玻璃纤维纱纵横交织而成的网状编织物,纵横方向上的无碱玻璃纤维纱密度为30~150根/米。
进一步地,以重量份计,所述硅橡胶涂层包括以下原料:硅橡胶80~100份、硫化剂6~14份、乙烯基硅油2~6份、羟基硅油1~3份、白炭黑6~12份、无机阻燃剂8~20份、二氧化硅4~8份、氢氧化镁3~7份、防老剂1~3份、铂催化剂1~3份、纳米钛白粉1~2份。
进一步地,以重量百分比计,所述基层占25%,所述玻璃纤维毡层占35%,所述覆盖层占7%,所述硅橡胶涂层占33%。
进一步地,以重量百分比计,所述玻璃纤维毡层中,15微米短切纤维占57%、8微米短切纤维占32%、粘接剂占11%。
进一步地,以重量份计,所述硅橡胶涂层包括以下原料:硅橡胶90份、硫化剂10份、乙烯基硅油4份、羟基硅油2份、白炭黑9份、无机阻燃剂14份、二氧化硅6份、氢氧化镁5份、防老剂2份、铂催化剂2份、纳米钛白粉1.5份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,采用基层、玻璃纤维毡层、覆盖层、硅橡胶涂层的四层结构方式,其中,基层采用无碱玻璃纤维布制成,玻璃纤维毡层采用短切玻璃纤维和粘接剂为原料粘合而成,覆盖层为采用无碱玻璃纤维纱纵横交织而成的网状编织物,硅橡胶涂层采用以硅橡胶、硫化剂、乙烯基硅油、白炭黑、无机阻燃剂等原料制成。本发明生产的硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,具有粘合强度高、机械强度大、耐热与耐气候性能好,不易老化的特点。

实施例1:
一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,包括基层、玻璃纤维毡层、覆盖层、硅橡胶涂层,以重量百分比计,所述基层占35%,所述玻璃纤维毡层占25%,所述覆盖层占10%,所述硅橡胶涂层占30%。
其中,基层采用无碱玻璃纤维布制成。
其中,玻璃纤维毡层以短切玻璃纤维、粘接剂为原料粘合而成,短切玻璃纤维由直径为15微米的短切纤维、和直径为8微米的短切纤维组成,以重量百分比计,在玻璃纤维毡层中,15微米短切纤维占45%、8微米短切纤维占45%、粘接剂占10%。
其中,覆盖层为采用无碱玻璃纤维纱纵横交织而成的网状编织物,纵、横方向上的无碱玻璃纤维纱密度为30根/米。
其中,以重量份计,硅橡胶涂层包括以下原料:硅橡胶80份、硫化剂6份、乙烯基硅油6份、羟基硅油1份、白炭黑6份、无机阻燃剂20份、二氧化硅8份、氢氧化镁3份、防老剂1份、铂催化剂3份、纳米钛白粉1份。

一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,包括基层、玻璃纤维毡层、覆盖层、硅橡胶涂层,以重量百分比计,所述基层占15%,所述玻璃纤维毡层占37%,所述覆盖层占3%,所述硅橡胶涂层占45%。
其中,基层采用无碱玻璃纤维布制成。
其中,玻璃纤维毡层以短切玻璃纤维、粘接剂为原料粘合而成,短切玻璃纤维由直径为15微米的短切纤维、和直径为8微米的短切纤维组成,以重量百分比计,在玻璃纤维毡层中,15微米短切纤维占70%、8微米短切纤维占23%、粘接剂占7%。
其中,覆盖层为采用无碱玻璃纤维纱纵横交织而成的网状编织物,纵、横方向上的无碱玻璃纤维纱密度为150根/米。
其中,以重量份计,硅橡胶涂层包括以下原料:硅橡胶100份、硫化剂14份、乙烯基硅油2份、羟基硅油3份、白炭黑12份、无机阻燃剂8份、二氧化硅4份、氢氧化镁7份、防老剂3份、铂催化剂1份、纳米钛白粉2份。
实施例3:
一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,包括基层、玻璃纤维毡层、覆盖层、硅橡胶涂层,以重量百分比计,所述基层占30%,所述玻璃纤维毡层占45%,所述覆盖层占5%,所述硅橡胶涂层占20%。
其中,基层采用无碱玻璃纤维布制成。

一种硅橡胶防火复合玻璃纤维布,包括基层、玻璃纤维毡层、覆盖层、硅橡胶涂层,以重量百分比计,所述基层占25%,所述玻璃纤维毡层占35%,所述覆盖层占7%,所述硅橡胶涂层占33%。
其中,基层采用无碱玻璃纤维布制成。
