本发明涉及一种耐高温防火硅橡胶,包括以下重量份的原料:硅橡胶60‑70份、热固性酚醛树脂5‑8份、硫化剂4‑8份、氮化硼1‑3份、纳米硅藻土2‑4份、氧化铈0.5‑1份、云母粉1‑3份、蛭石粉0.5‑1份、防老剂1‑3份、氢氧化镁3‑5份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐5‑8份、气相白炭黑8‑15份、硬脂酸锌1‑3份、羟基硅油2‑4份、过氧化二异丙苯1‑3份、二苯基硅二醇0.5‑1份、陶土1‑2份、纳米钛白粉1‑2份、纳米石墨烯0.5‑1份。本发明制备而成的硅橡胶不仅具有优异的机械性能,同时还具有优异的耐高温、防火、阻燃性能,大大延长了使用寿命,同时避免了安全隐患。

本发明属于橡胶技术领域,特别涉及一种耐高温防火硅橡胶及其加工方法。
背景技术
橡胶作为一种常用的生产及生活用品材料,其应用范围极为广泛。众所周知,现有橡胶材料的耐高温、防火性能较差,从而使得橡胶在某些领域使用时容易损坏,使用周期短,大大提高了企业的生产成本,并给工业生产带来一定的安全隐患;因此,提供一种耐高温防火橡胶及其加工工艺变得十分重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种耐高温防火硅橡胶及其加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案
一种耐高温防火硅橡胶,包括以下重量份的原料:
硅橡胶60-70份、热固性酚醛树脂5-8份、硫化剂4-8份、氮化硼1-3份、纳米硅藻土2-4份、氧化铈0.5-1份、云母粉1-3份、蛭石粉0.5-1份、防老剂1-3份、氢氧化镁3-5份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐5-8份、气相白炭黑8-15份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、羟基硅油2-4份、过氧化二异丙苯1-3份、二苯基硅二醇0.5-1份、陶土1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、纳米石墨烯0.5-1份。
优选地,一种耐高温防火硅橡胶,包括以下重量份的原料:
硅橡胶65份、热固性酚醛树脂6份、硫化剂6份、氮化硼2份、纳米硅藻土3份、氧化铈0.6份、云母粉2份、蛭石粉0.8份、防老剂2份、氢氧化镁4份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐6份、气相白炭黑12份、硬脂酸锌2份、羟基硅油3份、过氧化二异丙苯2份、二苯基硅二醇0.6份、陶土1.5份、纳米钛白粉1.5份、纳米石墨烯0.7份。
一种耐高温防火硅橡胶的加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数比称取各原料组分;
(2)打开开炼机,温度调整为45-55℃,将硅橡胶、热固性酚醛树脂同时加入开炼机,塑炼18-22min冷却到室温后得到塑炼胶;
(3)将密炼机的温度调整为110-130℃,加入步骤(2)中的塑炼胶,混炼8-15min后加入硫化剂、氮化硼、纳米硅藻土、氧化铈、云母粉、蛭石粉、防老剂、氢氧化镁、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、气相白炭黑、硬脂酸锌、羟基硅油、过氧化二异丙苯、二苯基硅二醇、陶土、纳米钛白粉、纳米石墨烯,混炼20-30min后,得到混炼胶;
(4)将步骤(3)中的混炼胶装入模具后放入平板硫化机,在10-15MPa、155-165℃条件下保温保压15-20min,冷却到室温得到预备原材料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的预备原材料放置在烘箱中,在110-115℃条件下保温8-10h,冷却至室温得到耐高温防火硅橡胶。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明硅橡胶通过添加氮化硼、纳米硅藻土、氧化铈、云母粉、蛭石粉、防老剂、氢氧化镁、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、气相白炭黑、硬脂酸锌、羟基硅油、过氧化二异丙苯、二苯基硅二醇、陶土、纳米钛白粉、纳米石墨烯,使得制备而成的硅橡胶不仅具有优异的机械性能,同时还具有优异的耐高温、防火、阻燃性能,大大延长了使用寿命,同时避免了安全隐患。
具体实施例
实施例1
一种耐高温防火硅橡胶,包括以下重量份的原料:
硅橡胶60份、热固性酚醛树脂5份、硫化剂4份、氮化硼1份、纳米硅藻土2份、氧化铈0.5份、云母粉1份、蛭石粉0.5份、防老剂1份、氢氧化镁3份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐5份、气相白炭黑8份、硬脂酸锌1份、羟基硅油2份、过氧化二异丙苯1份、二苯基硅二醇0.5份、陶土1份、纳米钛白粉1份、纳米石墨烯0.5份。
上述耐高温防火硅橡胶的加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数比称取各原料组分;
(2)打开开炼机,温度调整为45-55℃,将硅橡胶、热固性酚醛树脂同时加入开炼机,塑炼18-22min冷却到室温后得到塑炼胶;
(3)将密炼机的温度调整为110-130℃,加入步骤(2)中的塑炼胶,混炼8-15min后加入硫化剂、氮化硼、纳米硅藻土、氧化铈、云母粉、蛭石粉、防老剂、氢氧化镁、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、气相白炭黑、硬脂酸锌、羟基硅油、过氧化二异丙苯、二苯基硅二醇、陶土、纳米钛白粉、纳米石墨烯,混炼20-30min后,得到混炼胶;
(4)将步骤(3)中的混炼胶装入模具后放入平板硫化机,在10-15MPa、155-165℃条件下保温保压15-20min,冷却到室温得到预备原材料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的预备原材料放置在烘箱中,在110-115℃条件下保温8-10h,冷却至室温得到耐高温防火硅橡胶。

上述耐高温防火硅橡胶的加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数比称取各原料组分;
(2)打开开炼机,温度调整为45-55℃,将硅橡胶、热固性酚醛树脂同时加入开炼机,塑炼18-22min冷却到室温后得到塑炼胶;
(3)将密炼机的温度调整为110-130℃,加入步骤(2)中的塑炼胶,混炼8-15min后加入硫化剂、氮化硼、纳米硅藻土、氧化铈、云母粉、蛭石粉、防老剂、氢氧化镁、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、气相白炭黑、硬脂酸锌、羟基硅油、过氧化二异丙苯、二苯基硅二醇、陶土、纳米钛白粉、纳米石墨烯,混炼20-30min后,得到混炼胶;
(4)将步骤(3)中的混炼胶装入模具后放入平板硫化机,在10-15MPa、155-165℃条件下保温保压15-20min,冷却到室温得到预备原材料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的预备原材料放置在烘箱中,在110-115℃条件下保温8-10h,冷却至室温得到耐高温防火硅橡胶。

1.一种耐高温防火硅橡胶,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
硅橡胶60-70份、热固性酚醛树脂5-8份、硫化剂4-8份、氮化硼1-3份、纳米硅藻土2-4份、氧化铈0.5-1份、云母粉1-3份、蛭石粉0.5-1份、防老剂1-3份、氢氧化镁3-5份、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐5-8份、气相白炭黑8-15份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、羟基硅油2-4份、过氧化二异丙苯1-3份、二苯基硅二醇0.5-1份、陶土1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份、纳米石墨烯0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温防火硅橡胶,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:

(1)按照重量份数比称取各原料组分;
(2)打开开炼机,温度调整为45-55℃,将硅橡胶、热固性酚醛树脂同时加入开炼机,塑炼18-22min冷却到室温后得到塑炼胶;
(3)将密炼机的温度调整为110-130℃,加入步骤(2)中的塑炼胶,混炼8-15min后加入硫化剂、氮化硼、纳米硅藻土、氧化铈、云母粉、蛭石粉、防老剂、氢氧化镁、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、气相白炭黑、硬脂酸锌、羟基硅油、过氧化二异丙苯、二苯基硅二醇、陶土、纳米钛白粉、纳米石墨烯,混炼20-30min后,得到混炼胶;
(4)将步骤(3)中的混炼胶装入模具后放入平板硫化机,在10-15MPa、155-165℃条件下保温保压15-20min,冷却到室温得到预备原材料;
(5)将步骤(4)中的预备原材料放置在烘箱中,在110-115℃条件下保温8-10h,冷却至室温得到耐高温防火硅橡胶。
