本发明属于瓷器领域,具体涉及一种瓷器的修补方法,包括如下步骤:1)用棉花条吸取清洗溶剂,2)将石膏和新鲜蛋清混在一起拌成糊状作为接缝粘接剂备用;3)将步骤2)中的接缝粘接剂涂抹于破损面的接合面;4)将瓷粉、石膏粉、长石粉、环氧树脂体系混合后作为缺口用粘接剂备用;5)将缺口用牛角刮刀刮涂缺口用粘接剂进行补缺;6)步骤5)中缺口用粘接剂固化后的多余坚硬部分打磨平整;7)将硝基漆:乙酸乙酯=10:30‑45配比混合均匀后作为修补釉料,在步骤6)中修补后的缺口处涂敷上述修补釉料,本发明瓷器修补方法较直接的胶水修复的成本低,修复效果好、强度可满足一般的瓷器使用需求,步骤简单合理。

技术领域
本发明属于瓷器领域,具体涉及一种瓷器的修补方法。
背景技术
现有的瓷器在损坏后多采用胶水进行简单的黏贴,胶水在黏贴固化后如果与瓷器有黏附情况的发生,往往很难在不损坏瓷器的情况下进行修复,对于接缝和缺口往往缺乏整体的修补方案,而如果黏贴一次性无法完成则在后期的修正过程中往往会造成瓷器的二次损坏。
发明内容
基于现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种瓷器的修补方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种瓷器的修补方法,包括如下步骤:
1)用棉花条吸取清洗溶剂,将瓷器的破损面的接合面用吸取过清洗溶剂的棉花条擦净,10-15min后再换上棉花条进行第二次清洗,直至杂质彻底洗尽为止后晾干,待残片的几个接合面都无溶剂残留即可;
2)将石膏和新鲜蛋清混在一起拌成糊状,其中石膏:新鲜蛋清=30-40:60-70,作为接缝粘接剂备用;
3)将步骤2)中的接缝粘接剂涂抹于破损面的接合面,对齐后均匀用力压紧,用木片将表面溢出来的粘接剂擦干净;
4)将瓷粉40-50份、石膏粉10-15份、长石粉5-8份、环氧树脂体系35-40份均匀混合后作为缺口用粘接剂备用;
5)将缺口用牛角刮刀刮涂缺口用粘接剂进行补缺;
6)步骤5)中缺口用粘接剂固化后的多余坚硬部分,用软轴雕刻机将其修补平整,再用400或500或600目的砂纸打磨,后用800-1000目的木砂纸打磨平整,最后用1200-2000目的木砂纸磨平;
7)将硝基漆:乙酸乙酯=10:30-45配比混合均匀后作为修补釉料,在步骤6)中修补后的缺口处涂敷上述修补釉料。
所述步骤4)中环氧树脂体系中环氧树脂E51:固化剂为100:40-50。
本发明瓷器修补方法较直接的胶水修复的成本低,修复效果好、强度可满足一般的瓷器使用需求,步骤简单合理,能修补缺口较大的瓷器,同时对接缝修补效果较好,修复的釉面瓷质感强;用棉花条吸取清洗溶剂能很好的将接口处的异物清除,石膏和新鲜蛋清作为接缝粘接剂成本低且容易对修补处进行二次修裁,瓷粉40-50份、石膏粉10-15份、长石粉5-8份、环氧树脂体系组成缺口用粘接剂在修补缺口时粘接牢固且与瓷器结合的整体性较好,接缝粘接剂和缺口用粘接剂配合使用对残缺部能实现很好的修补,修补釉料可对缺口进行二次遮盖布影响瓷器的美观。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,实施例仅用来说明本发明, 并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:一种瓷器的修补方法,包括如下步骤:1)用棉花条吸取清洗溶剂,将瓷器的破损面的接合面用吸取过清洗溶剂的棉花条擦净,10min后再换上棉花条进行第二次清洗,直至杂质彻底洗尽为止后晾干,待残片的几个接合面都无溶剂残留即可;注意每块破损面的几个接合面,都要用清洗溶剂清洗擦净,优选的清洗溶剂可用丙酮、双氧水或者“84消毒液”。2)将石膏和新鲜蛋清混在一起拌成糊状,其中石膏:新鲜蛋清=30:60,作为接缝粘接剂备用;3)将步骤2)中的接缝粘接剂涂抹于破损面的接合面,对齐后均匀用力压紧,避免合拢时走形错位,用木片将表面溢出来的粘接剂擦干净; 4)将瓷粉40份、石膏粉10份、长石粉5份、环氧树脂体系35份均匀混合后作为缺口用粘接剂备用;环氧树脂体系包括环氧树脂 E51:固化剂为100:40,5)将缺口用牛角刮刀刮涂缺口用粘接剂进行补缺;6)步骤5)中缺口用粘接剂固化后的多余坚硬部分,用软轴雕刻机将其修补平整,再用400或500或600目的砂纸打磨,后用800-1000目的木砂纸打磨平整,最后用1200目的木砂纸磨平;7)将硝基漆:乙酸乙酯=10:30配比混合均匀后作为修补釉料,在步骤6)中修补后的缺口处涂敷上述修补釉料。
实施例2:一种瓷器的修补方法,包括如下步骤:1)用棉花条吸取清洗溶剂,将瓷器的破损面的接合面用吸取过清洗溶剂的棉花条擦净,12min后再换上棉花条进行第二次清洗,直至杂质彻底洗尽为止后晾干,待残片的几个接合面都无溶剂残留即可;注意每块破损面的几个接合面,都要用清洗溶剂清洗擦净,优选的清洗溶剂可用丙酮、双氧水或者“84消毒液”。2)将石膏和新鲜蛋清混在一起拌成糊状,其中石膏:新鲜蛋清=35:65,作为接缝粘接剂备用;3)将步骤2)中的接缝粘接剂涂抹于破损面的接合面,对齐后均匀用力压紧,避免合拢时走形错位,用木片将表面溢出来的粘接剂擦干净; 4)将瓷粉45份、石膏粉12份、长石粉7份、环氧树脂体系38份均匀混合后作为缺口用粘接剂备用;环氧树脂体系包括环氧树脂E51:固化剂是100:45,5)将缺口用牛角刮刀刮涂缺口用粘接剂进行补缺;6)步骤5)中缺口用粘接剂固化后的多余坚硬部分,用软轴雕刻机将其修补平整,再用400或500或600目的砂纸打磨,后用800-1000目的木砂纸打磨平整,最后用1500目的木砂纸磨平;7)将硝基漆:乙酸乙酯=10:40配比混合均匀后作为修补釉料,在步骤6)中修补后的缺口处涂敷上述修补釉料。

Claims (2)

1.一种瓷器的修补方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)用棉花条吸取清洗溶剂,将瓷器的破损面的接合面用吸取过清洗溶剂的棉花条擦净,10-15min后再换上棉花条进行第二次清洗,直至杂质彻底洗尽为止后晾干,待残片的几个接合面都无溶剂残留即可;
2)将石膏和新鲜蛋清混在一起拌成糊状,其中石膏:新鲜蛋清=30-40:60-70,作为接缝粘接剂备用;
3)将步骤2)中的接缝粘接剂涂抹于破损面的接合面,对齐后均匀用力压紧,用木片将表面溢出来的粘接剂擦干净;
4)将瓷粉40-50份、石膏粉10-15份、长石粉5-8份、环氧树脂体系35-40份均匀混合后作为缺口用粘接剂备用;
5)将缺口用牛角刮刀刮涂缺口用粘接剂进行补缺;
6)步骤5)中缺口用粘接剂固化后的多余坚硬部分,用软轴雕刻机将其修补平整,再用400或500或600目的砂纸打磨,后用800-1000目的木砂纸打磨平整,最后用1200-2000目的木砂纸磨平;
7)将硝基漆:乙酸乙酯=10:30-45配比混合均匀后作为修补釉料,在步骤6)中修补后的缺口处涂敷上述修补釉料。
