Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a compound additive, in particular to a compound additive for reducing the release amount of crotonaldehyde in smoke, and also relates to a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of cigarettes.
Background
Cigarette smoke is generated by burning, distilling and cracking tobacco and auxiliary materials thereof in the smoking process of cigarettes, is a quite complex mixture, and is gradually concerned about the relationship between smoking and health after the first list of harmful substances in the cigarette smoke is published. At present, tar and harm reduction is a main subject of technical research in the cigarette industry. Although the tar reduction can improve the safety of cigarette smoke to a certain extent, the tar reduction is to reduce the particle phase component without selectivity, and when the tar content of the cigarette is reduced to a certain extent, the cigarette has light smoking taste and greatly reduced fragrance, which is difficult to accept by consumers. Therefore, the selective reduction of harmful substances in the smoke can relieve the tar reduction pressure and reduce the harmful components in the smoke of the cigarette to a lower level. The cigarette safety is improved, and the cigarette taste can be kept to meet the psychological needs of consumers, so that the cigarette is a research hotspot and development direction in the tobacco industry at present.
The compound in the cigarette smoke is thousands of, and is distributed in gas phase and particle phase substances of smoke aerosol, and the composition and the content of the compound have important influence on the sensory quality of the cigarette. Research shows that volatile carbonyl compounds with low molecular weight in smoke, such as crotonaldehyde and other substances, have an irritant effect. These substances not only stimulate the taste reception and sensory nerves of the oral cavity, but also stimulate sensory nerve endings, which have an adverse effect on the sensory quality of cigarettes.
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) has a molecular structure with strong polarity and amide groups which easily form hydrogen bonds, and the O atoms and N atoms in the molecular structure are typical coordination atoms which have the capability of forming complexes with certain metals, so that PVP can form solid complexes with a plurality of substances, particularly compounds containing hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino and active hydrogen atoms thereof.
However, the time for smoke to pass through the filter is very short, and the components in the smoke are mixed together and pass through the filter in the form of aerosol. The existing additive can not effectively remove harmful substances in the smoke except for improving the odor absorption or the irritation, and has complex preparation process and can not quickly and selectively reduce the content of the crotonaldehyde in the smoke.
