Description

Compound additive for reducing release amount of phenol in smoke and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a compound additive, in particular to a compound additive for reducing the release amount of phenol in smoke, and also relates to a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of cigarettes.
Background
From the beginning of the 20 th century and the 50 th era, the British Royal medical society reports official reports that smoking harms health for the first time to the present, and smoking and health problems are highly valued by governments, tobacco industries and medical circles of various countries. In recent years, under the positive impetus of the World Health Organization (WHO), many national governments and various anti-smoke groups, the tobacco regulatory framework convention established by the WHO not only stipulates that effective legislation, administration and other measures are to be taken and implemented by the governments to prevent and reduce tobacco consumption, nicotine addiction, tobacco smoke exposure and the like, but also requires restrictions on the components of tobacco products. Under the background, cigarette products at home and abroad gradually develop towards low-tar and low-harm cigarettes.
The phenol compounds in the cigarette mainstream smoke not only have strong stimulation effect on skin and respiratory mucosa, but also have potential harm to human bodies. The selective reduction of harmful components in cigarette smoke by using functional materials is one of the important subjects in the field of tobacco science research.
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) has a molecular structure with strong polarity and amide groups which easily form hydrogen bonds, and the O atoms and N atoms in the molecular structure are typical coordination atoms which have the capability of forming complexes with certain metals, so that PVP can form solid complexes with a plurality of substances, particularly compounds containing hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino and active hydrogen atoms thereof.
However, the time for smoke to pass through the filter is very short, and the components in the smoke are mixed together and pass through the filter in the form of aerosol. The existing additive can not effectively remove harmful substances in the smoke except for improving the odor absorption or the irritation, and has complex preparation process and can not quickly and selectively reduce the content of phenol in the smoke.
