技术领域
本发明涉及的是纺织品后整理技术,具体涉及的是用于涤纶、锦纶面料加工具有耐久抗静电、耐摩擦、防水透湿、抗渗水性能的冲锋衣面料的处理方法,并且生产及使用过程中不含有机挥发性气体,属环保产品。
背景技术
行业内所谓“冲锋衣面料”是一种具备防水透湿、抗渗水性能的面料,因此,为与其它面料区分开来将其定义为“冲锋衣面料”;按其加工方法分类有涂层和层压两种方法生产;按其使用范围分类有中量级冲锋衣和超轻冲锋衣,中量级冲锋衣面料多为70D锦纶及75D涤纶面料,用于登山、徒步等户外运动穿着,用途比超轻冲锋衣更广。
另一方面,面料抗静电功能的获得多为金属丝织造或是用抗静电整理剂整理。金属丝面料制备的服装易在肘部、膝部处多次弯折过程中磨损、失效;而抗静电整理剂整理产品不具备或仅具备有限次数的耐洗。
目前,国内外冲锋衣面料大多为溶剂型防水透湿聚氨酯涂层胶涂层产品,生产面料具备较好防水透湿、抗渗水性能,但因其生产过程不环保及整理后布面存在残余甲苯、DMF、丁酮等有机溶剂,对人类健康有害,因此水性防水透湿聚氨酯涂层胶整理的冲锋衣面料受到研究者广泛研究,但并未有相关文献报道出较为成熟的、适用于中量级冲锋衣的加工处理方法。
中国专利CN201610098065.3《一种防水透湿拒水抗静电防毒服装的染整工艺》,其采用前处理-染色-定型-拒水抗静电整理-透气透湿涂层-定型-制衣成品的工艺方法;其最终成品抗静电及防水透湿性能的获得是两步完成;此外,其透气透湿整理采用原料为聚氨酯涂层剂、甲苯、丁酮、架桥剂、催化剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物等;其制备产品除防水透湿、拒水、抗静电、防毒以外无其他功能,涂层胶中含有有机溶剂甲苯、丁酮。
中国专利CN200910152399.4《一种抗静电防水透湿涂层织物》,其涂层底涂胶采用亲水性聚酯性聚氨酯、异氰酸酯架桥剂、酸类架桥促进剂、甲苯、丁酮为原料;涂层面涂胶采用亲水性聚醚性聚氨酯、丁酮、甲苯、DMF、导电填料、白色颜料为原料;经以上胶水处理的涤纶面料除具备抗静电、透湿、耐水压性能以外不具备其他性能,同时,涂层胶中含有有机溶剂甲苯、丁酮。
中国专利CN201610871870.5报道《纺织品用耐久防水、透气、抗静电涂层胶及其制备方法》,其采用原料聚氨基甲酸酯粘合剂、缔合型聚氨酯流变助剂、氟系防水剂、氧化铝制备以上多功能涂层胶,用于石化及电子产品加工行业工装面料使用;最终制得的20D锦纶、50D涤纶产品除防水、抗静电及透气性能外无其性能。
中国专利CN201320022051.5《一种防水防静电织物》,其采用含防水涂层的棉布里层、含有抗静电剂的涤纶基布、絮垫层为羊毛短纤共同复合而成;抗静电剂采用聚乙二醇、防水剂采用含氟防水剂,最终制得复合面料具备防水、防静电性能,除此之外,无其他功能性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有耐久抗静电、耐摩擦、防水透湿、抗渗水性能的冲锋衣面料的生产处理方法;特别是适用于70D锦纶、75D涤纶面料,生产处理后产品具有优良的抗静电、耐摩擦、防水透湿、抗渗水,耐水洗性能,并且生产工艺流程短、过程环保、操作简便。
本发明耐久抗静电、耐摩擦、防水透湿、抗渗水冲锋衣面料生产处理方法:
(1)面料拒水整理:用配制成20-30g/L的C8氟系防水整理液对锦纶或涤纶面料进行拒水整理,两浸两轧,110-130℃预烘1-2min,175-185℃焙烘1-2min;
(2)轧光整理,压力9-10 MPa,温度100-120℃,车速15-25m/min;
(3)使用涂层胶对面料进行干法涂层,150-165℃焙烘2.5-3分钟,干增重25-30g/m2
所述的涂层胶:
原料按重量配比:
由水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂80-100、水5-15搅拌30-45分钟,再加入氧化石墨烯溶胶5-10搅拌20-30分钟,再加入PTFE粉末2-4搅拌20-30分钟,再加入封端异氰酸酯交联剂5-10,搅拌20-30分钟,过滤出料制得,粘度4000-4500mPa·s。
水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂:为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司FS-760产品;
封端异氰酸酯交联剂:为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司DF-818产品;
氧化石墨烯溶胶:为中国科学院成都有机化学有限公司TimesGraphTM 产品;
PTFE粉末:为日本大金工业株式会社M531产品。
本发明生产加工处理方法简单,产品所用原料均环保,溶剂为水,不含有机溶剂甲苯、丁酮或DMF,生产及使用过程中不产生对人体有害的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)。
本发明涂层胶适用于70D锦纶、75D涤纶中量级冲锋衣面料,采用防水—轧光—涂层的工艺方法,操作简单。
水起到调节涂层胶粘度作用。
本发明选用的水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂(FS-760),其为聚醚型,有效降低聚氨酯的水解老化;同时在原料的筛选及用量上,选用异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯单体,因单体不含有苯环,因此有效避免日晒黄变老化问题;此外,采用大量软段多元醇结构,因此,聚合反应中存在大量的乙氧基(-OCH2CH2)、羟基(-OH)、羧基(-COOH))、-NHCOO-等亲水性基团,以上基团可借助“化学阶梯石”作用,以氢键的形式捕获水分子,由于聚氨酯大分子链段的热运动产生空隙,加上内外层温湿度压力差的推动,水蒸气分子由湿度高一侧向湿度低一侧运动,从而达到防水高透湿的效果。
石墨烯是现存导电性能极好的材料之一,但由于其较强的疏水性能,因此不经处理不能直接加入到水性体系胶水中,在此条件下研究者开发出亲水性的氧化石墨烯;但并不是任意氧化石墨烯加入到水性胶水都能使胶水具备好的导电性,主要原因是,在石墨烯氧化过程中会引入羧基、羟基、羰基等基团,从而改变碳原子结合方式,最终导致氧化石墨烯导电性能下降。本发明选用氧化石墨烯溶胶(TimesGraphTM ),制备过程中采用少量水合肼还原使羧基、羟基、羰基等基团有效清除,避免了氧化石墨导电性能下降的问题;此外,本发明选用氧化石墨烯溶胶(TimesGraphTM )其表面积十分巨大,具有极性;可在高分子水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂中进行原位还原,还原为带有负电的石墨烯(疏水性);由于羧基型水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂同样带有负电荷,借助离子吸附作用、电荷作用、分子极性作用等分子间相互作用,得到稳定的石墨烯/水性防水透湿聚氨酯纳米复合材料,石墨烯的疏水端基吸附于纤维表面,水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂的羧基等亲水性基团指向空间形成极性界面,吸附空气中水分子提高纤维的吸湿性,使纤维间不能充分的摩擦,以此减少电荷的转移、降低纺织品的表面电阻,从而达到抗静电的目的。
本发明选用PTFE粉末(M531)是一种低分子量的聚四氟乙烯微粉,是由聚四氟乙烯经特殊调聚反应得到分散液再经凝聚、洗涤、干燥获得;由于其平均粒径小,因此具有良好的分散性能,相对其他牌号粉末更易与体系中其他原料共混;同时,因本发明选用PTFE粉末(M531)的特殊调聚反应可使大分子水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂吸附于粉末的表面,利用聚氨酯高分子聚合物空间稳定作用及大分子效应有效防止PTFE粉末的团聚,进一步提升织物的分散性能、耐摩擦性能。此外,本发明选用PTFE粉末(M531)其具有良好的热稳定性、并且摩擦系数很低,可起到润滑作用,具有优异的耐磨性能,因此,可有效避免纺织品摩擦过程中的损伤,耐用性强,加入涂层胶体系有利于提升产品稳定性及摩擦牢度。
本发明选用的封端异氰酸酯交联剂(DF-818),其采用甲乙酮肟为封闭剂;使其在一定温度条件下解封出-NCO基,参与反应;众所周知,涂层温度的选择对功能性涂层产品最终的性能指标及手感影响巨大,因此本发明的封端异氰酸酯交联剂并不是随意筛选,而是考虑封闭剂解封温度筛选的;在涂层织物150℃-165℃高温焙烘过程中,封闭剂解封释放-NCO基,其可与石墨烯/水性防水透湿聚氨酯纳米复合材料中的活泼氢反应,使复合材料形成更大的网状大分子结构,网状大分子成膜作用强,可有效提升织物耐水洗牢度;同时 -NCO基也可与涤纶、锦纶织物中羟基、氨基的活泼氢反应,进一步提升涂层后织物的耐洗牢度;此外,-NCO基也可与未还原完全的氧化石墨烯溶胶片层中的亲水官能团反应,提升涂层胶的有效固含量,进而提升牢度及耐洗性。
75D涤纶、70D锦纶面料经本发明方法加工处理后, 150℃-165℃高温焙烘,封端异氰酸酯交联剂起到桥梁作用通过化学键合将织物、水性防水透湿聚氨基粘合剂、PTFE粉末、氧化石墨烯溶胶有效连接在一起,使得整理后的织物具有更高的耐水洗效果,并具有防水透湿、耐摩擦、抗静电性、抗渗水性能。
本发明以上原料的筛选是考虑各原料的特殊结构及原料相互结合的稳定性,并不是任意选择,而是在海量原料中经过创造性筛选、大量实验后获得的最佳组合。

(1)面料拒水整理:用配制成20g/L的C8氟系防水整理液对锦纶、涤纶面料进行拒水整理,两浸两轧,110℃-120℃-130℃-130℃预烘2min,175℃-175℃-180℃-185℃焙烘2min;
(2)轧光整理,压力9 MPa,温度100℃,车速15m/min;
(3)使用涂层胶对面料进行干法涂层,150℃-160℃-165℃-165℃焙烘2.5分钟,干增重25-30g/m2
所述的涂层胶:
原料按重量配比:
在不锈钢反应釜中加入水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂80、水5搅拌30-45分钟,加入氧化石墨烯溶胶5搅拌20-30分钟,加入PTFE粉末2搅拌20-30分钟,加入封端异氰酸酯交联剂5搅拌20-30分钟,过滤出料制得,粘度4000mPa·s。
实施例2
(1)面料拒水整理:用配制成25g/L的C8氟系防水整理液对锦纶、涤纶面料进行拒水整理,两浸两轧,110℃-120℃-130℃-130℃预烘1.5min,175℃-175℃-180℃-185℃焙烘1.5min;
(2)轧光整理,压力9 MPa,温度105℃,车速20m/min;
(3)使用涂层胶对面料进行干法涂层,150℃-160℃-165℃-165℃焙烘2.5分钟,干增重25-30g/m2
所述的涂层胶:
原料按重量配比:
在不锈钢反应釜中加入水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂85、水8搅拌30-45分钟,加入氧化石墨烯溶胶6搅拌20-30分钟,加入PTFE粉末2.5搅拌20-30分钟,加入封端异氰酸酯交联剂6搅拌20-30分钟,过滤出料制得,粘度4200mPa·s。
实施例3
(1)面料拒水整理:用配制成26g/L的C8氟系防水整理液对锦纶、涤纶面料进行拒水整理,两浸两轧,110℃-120℃-130℃-130℃预烘1min,175℃-175℃-180℃-185℃焙烘1min;
(2)轧光整理,压力10 MPa,温度110℃,车速22m/min;
(3)使用涂层胶对面料进行干法涂层,150℃-160℃-165℃-165℃焙烘3分钟,干增重25-30g/m2
所述的涂层胶:
原料按重量配比:
在不锈钢反应釜中加入水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂90、水10搅拌30-45分钟,加入氧化石墨烯溶胶8搅拌20-30分钟,加入PTFE粉末3搅拌20-30分钟,加入封端异氰酸酯交联剂7搅拌20-30分钟,过滤出料制得,粘度4300mPa·s。
实施例4
(1)面料拒水整理:用配制成28g/L的C8氟系防水整理液对锦纶、涤纶面料进行拒水整理,两浸两轧,110℃-120℃-130℃-130℃预烘2min,175℃-175℃-180℃-185℃焙烘1.5min;
(2)轧光整理,压力10 MPa,温度115℃,车速25m/min;
(3)使用涂层胶对面料进行干法涂层,150℃-160℃-165℃-165℃焙烘3分钟,干增重25-30g/m2
所述的涂层胶:
原料按重量配比:
在不锈钢反应釜中加入水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂95、水13搅拌30-45分钟,加入氧化石墨烯溶胶9搅拌20-30分钟,加入PTFE粉末3.5搅拌20-30分钟,加入封端异氰酸酯交联剂9搅拌20-30分钟,过滤出料制得,粘度4350 mPa·s。
实施例5
(1)面料拒水整理:用配制成30g/L的C8氟系防水整理液对锦纶、涤纶面料进行拒水整理,两浸两轧,110℃-120℃-130℃-130℃预烘1.5min,175℃-175℃-180℃-185℃焙烘1min;
(2)轧光整理,压力10 MPa,温度120℃,车速25m/min;
(3)使用涂层胶对面料进行干法涂层,150℃-160℃-165℃-165℃焙烘3分钟,干增重25-30g/m2
所述的涂层胶:
原料按重量配比:
在不锈钢反应釜中加入水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂100、水15搅拌30-45分钟,加入氧化石墨烯溶胶10搅拌20-30分钟,加入PTFE粉末4搅拌20-30分钟,加入封端异氰酸酯交联剂10搅拌20-30分钟,过滤出料制得,粘度4500mPa·s。

封端异氰酸酯交联剂:为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司DF-818产品;
氧化石墨烯溶胶:为中国科学院成都有机化学有限公司TimesGraphTM 产品;
PTFE粉末:为日本大金工业株式会社M531产品。

测试标准
抗渗水性能:按GB/T4744-1997《纺织织物 抗渗水性测定 静水压试验》检测。
水洗牢度:按GB/T8629-2001《纺织品 实验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序》检测。
透湿性:按GB/T 12704.1-2009《纺织品 织物透湿性试验方法 第一部分 吸湿法》标准测定。
抗静电性:按照GB/T 12703.1--2008《纺织品 近点性能的评定 第1部分:静电压半衰期》标准测定。
摩擦性能:按照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐摩擦色牢度》标准测定。
表面抗湿性能:按照GB/T 4745-2012《纺织品 防水性能的检测和评价 沾水法》。
检测结果表明,经本发明加工处理的70D锦纶、75D涤纶具有良好抗静电、耐摩擦、防水透湿、抗渗水性能,并且洗前洗后指标变化不大,耐洗性能良好,综合性能优良。

Claims (1)

1.耐久抗静电、耐摩擦、防水透湿、抗渗水冲锋衣面料生产处理方法,其特征是:
(1)面料拒水整理:用配制成20-30g/L的C8氟系防水整理液对锦纶或涤纶面料进行拒水整理,两浸两轧,110-130℃预烘1-2min,175-185℃焙烘1-2min;
(2)轧光整理,压力9-10 MPa,温度100-120℃,车速15-25m/min;
(3)使用涂层胶对面料进行干法涂层,150-165℃焙烘2.5-3分钟,干增重25-30g/m2
所述的涂层胶:
原料按重量配比:
由水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂80-100、水5-15搅拌30-45分钟,再加入氧化石墨烯溶胶5-10搅拌20-30分钟,再加入PTFE粉末2-4搅拌20-30分钟,再加入封端异氰酸酯交联剂5-10,搅拌20-30分钟,过滤出料制得,粘度4000-4500mPa·s;
水性防水透湿聚氨酯粘合剂:为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司FS-760产品;
封端异氰酸酯交联剂:为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司DF-818产品;
氧化石墨烯溶胶:为中国科学院成都有机化学有限公司TimesGraphTM 产品;
PTFE粉末:为日本大金工业株式会社M531产品。
