Abstract

本发明涉及工业领域，具体的说是一种车轮保护装置，包括轮毂、辐条、内胎、外胎、复位弹簧和垫片，轮毂其圆心处设置有圆形通孔；辐条数量为N，其一端连接轮毂外缘，其另一端连接轮毂圆心处的通孔；外胎位于轮毂外围；内胎位于轮毂和外胎所围成的空腔内；复位弹簧位于内胎内部空腔，其一端连接至内胎的内圈内壁；垫片位于内胎内部空腔，其与复位弹簧的另一端相连。本发明的一种车轮保护装置，通过设置在内胎内部的短弹簧，使汽车在发生爆胎事故时可以对汽车进行有效的支撑，及时的止损，防止汽车底盘以及其他部位的划伤，同时可以使汽车进行缓慢的移动，在极低速状态下将汽车驶至安全区域等待救援。

本发明涉及工业领域，具体的说是一种车轮保护装置。
背景技术
在我们日常生活的经验中，经常能看到汽车轮胎由于高温或者过载以及其他种种原因而造成爆胎，这就使车轮内部的钢圈极易划伤外胎，造成更大的损失，现有技术中缺乏此种对车轮的止损保护。同时汽车完全丧失移动能力，无法将车子进行短暂移动至安全区域等待救援。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题，本发明提供了一种车轮保护装置，利用弹簧的弹力对车轮进行保护，一旦爆胎事故发生，弹簧即可受力并对汽车进行支撑。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种车轮保护装置，包括轮毂、辐条、内胎、外胎、复位弹簧和垫片，所述的轮毂其圆心处设置有圆形通孔；所述的辐条数量为N，其一端连接轮毂外缘，其另一端连接轮毂圆心处的通孔；所述的外胎位于轮毂外围；所述的内胎位于轮毂和外胎所围成的空腔内；所述的复位弹簧位于内胎内部空腔，其一端连接至内胎的内圈内壁；所述的垫片位于内胎内部空腔，其与复位弹簧的另一端相连。
优选的，所述的复位弹簧数量为N，且沿圆周均匀排列于内胎内部空腔。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的一种车轮保护装置，通过设置在内胎内部的短弹簧，使汽车在发生爆胎事故时可以对汽车进行有效的支撑，及时的止损，防止汽车底盘以及其他部位的划伤，同时可以使汽车进行缓慢的移动，在极低速状态下将汽车驶至安全区域等待救援。

如图1，本实施例的一种车轮保护装置，包括轮毂1、辐条2、内胎3、外胎4、复位弹簧5和垫片6，所述的轮毂1其圆心处设置有圆形通孔；所述的辐条2数量为N，其一端连接轮毂1外缘，其另一端连接轮毂1圆心处的通孔；所述的外胎4位于轮毂1外围；所述的内胎3位于轮毂1和外胎4所围成的空腔内；所述的复位弹簧5位于内胎3内部空腔，其一端连接至内胎3的内圈内壁，该复位弹簧5数量为N，且沿圆周均匀排列于内胎3内部空腔。所述的垫片6位于内胎3内部空腔，其与复位弹簧5的另一端相连。

1.一种车轮保护装置，包括轮毂(1)、辐条(2)、内胎(3)、外胎(4)、复位弹簧(5)和垫片(6)，其特征在于：所述的轮毂(1)其圆心处设置有圆形通孔；所述的辐条(2)数量为N，其一端连接轮毂(1)外缘，其另一端连接轮毂(1)圆心处的通孔；所述的外胎(4)位于轮毂(1)外围；所述的内胎(3)位于轮毂(1)和外胎(4)所围成的空腔内；所述的复位弹簧(5)位于内胎(3)内部空腔，其一端连接至内胎(3)的内圈内壁；所述的垫片(6)位于内胎(3)内部空腔，其与复位弹簧(5)的另一端相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮保护装置，其特征在于：所述的复位弹簧(5)数量为N，且沿圆周均匀排列于内胎(3)内部空腔。
