本发明属于机械技术领域,特别是一种用于金属粘结膜的分条装置。
背景技术
高分子粘接膜优点特性:1.优越的粘接性能:高分子粘接膜通过热压复合能与铝、铁、钢、镀锌板等各种金属材料的粘接,具有很好的粘接性能;2.粘接耐候持久性;优异的粘接耐候持久性,热复合粘接后在热老化、热水、冷水、低温等严厉苛刻的条件下仍然能保持优良的粘接性。
由于金属粘结膜具有与金属的较好的粘黏性,在分切金属粘结膜时会与切割刀边缘摩擦,从而导致薄膜粘结膜切割边缘被拉毛,切割边缘不够光滑。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种用于金属粘结膜的分条装置,解决了金属粘结膜分条时容易拉毛的问题。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种用于金属粘结膜的分条装置,包括机架,其特征在于,所述的机架上转动设置有放卷筒和收卷杆,收卷杆上固设有若干收卷筒;所述的放卷筒和收卷杆之间设置有工作台,工作台上开设有凹槽,凹槽的上方设置有用于分切粘结膜的分条机构,分条机构包括转动辊筒,所述的转动辊筒的周向表面上固设有多个切割组件,切割组件呈一字排列在转动辊筒上,切割组件包括切割轮和安装架,所述的安装架固设在转动辊筒上,切割轮转动设置在安装架上;所述的凹槽内设置有用于辅助切割的辅助结构;所述的工作台与收卷筒之间分别设置有用于压平粘结膜的压平机构;所述的工作台上固设有支杆,支杆位于靠近收卷杆一侧,支杆上转动设置有滚轮,滚轮的周向表面上具有弧形槽,弧形槽由滚轮边缘向中部逐渐凹陷。
本发明的工作原理:将薄筒桶安装在放卷筒上,然后将薄膜的另一端固定在收卷筒上,通过分条机构将薄膜快速的分条,在分条过程中,由切割轮的厚度,会在切割完薄膜后与薄膜的切割边缘接触,在高速切割过程中,切割轮升温,切割轮与薄膜接触后会拉毛薄膜边缘,通过滚轮,使切割后的薄膜进过滚轮的弧形槽内,薄膜条被弯曲,使切割的薄膜条脱离切割轮,防止拉毛。
在上述分条装置中,所述的放卷筒通过放卷电机带动,所述的收卷杆通过收卷电机带动。通过放卷电机带动放卷筒转动,通过收卷电机带动收卷杆转动。
在上述分条装置中,所述的切割轮为纳米陶瓷材料。纳米陶瓷材料具有较好的散热性,在加工过程中降低切割轮的温度,提高切割效果。
在上述分条装置中,所述的辅助结构包括固定支架、辅助轮一和辅助轮二,所述的固定支架固设在工作台的凹槽底部,所述的辅助轮一和辅助轮二分别转动设在固定支架上部,辅助轮一和辅助轮二之间具有间距,所述的切割刀能进入间距内。通过辅助轮一和辅助轮二能够将薄膜送入切割轮处,方便切割。
在上述分条装置中,所述的间距的大小为4-5mm。较小的间距能使薄膜不会变形,切割时具有较大的张力,不会使薄膜拉长变形。
在上述分条装置中,所述的压平机构包括压平辊筒一和压平辊筒二,压平辊筒一转动设置在机架上,压平辊筒二通过升降结构设置在机架上,所述的升降机构包括升降架和若干气缸,所述的气缸固设在机架上且输出轴竖直向上,所述的升降架固设在气缸的输出轴端部,所述的压平辊筒二转动设置在升降架上,压平辊筒二能与压平辊筒一抵靠。通过压平辊筒一和压平辊筒二将薄膜压平,是薄膜能够更好的被切割。
在上述分条装置中,所述的放卷筒与工作台之间转动设置有绷紧辊筒一,所述的工作台与收卷筒之间转动设置有绷紧辊筒二。通过绷紧辊筒一与绷紧辊筒二是薄膜被绷紧,提高切割效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
