Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,包括软胶囊的胶皮和封入胶皮中的内容物,其中软胶囊的胶皮包括以下组分:明胶、保水剂、水和色素,封入胶皮中的内容物包括以下组分:灭活或不灭活益生菌、低聚糖、奶粉和\或果蔬粉、膳食纤维、木糖醇、富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油、乳化剂、由香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂组成的其它食品添加剂;本发明将具有抑菌和美白作用的益生菌复配使用,使其之间达到协同作用,增强牙齿的美白效果,同时产品稳定性高,美味且方便携带,实现在咀嚼的同时改变口腔的微生态,保护牙齿、美白牙齿、清洁口腔,清新口气,从根源上解决牙齿变黄的问题,而且可以增加用户食用产品的美味及乐趣。

技术领域:
本发明涉及保健食品,具体涉及一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊。
背景技术:
目前市场上出现的美白牙齿的方法是医疗美白,主要包括:烤瓷牙、贴片、冷光美白三种方法或者利用一般牙膏、漱口水等。由于口腔是一个复杂的微生物的环境,常见的口腔疾病主要都是由口腔有害菌带来的,如牙菌斑,牙周炎,牙齿变黄,口臭等,单纯的利用牙膏刷牙并不能从根本上解决口腔问题,用医疗方法美白后的牙齿依然会变黄,因此都不能从根源上解决牙齿变黄的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,将三种以上具有美白牙齿的益生菌复配使用,实现在咀嚼的同时改变口腔的微生态,保护牙齿、美白牙齿、清洁口腔、清新口气,从根源上解决牙齿变黄的问题。同时产品稳定性高,美味且方便携带,而且可以增加用户食用产品的美味及乐趣。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,包括软胶囊的胶皮和封入胶皮中的内容物,其中软胶囊的胶皮包括以下组分:明胶、保水剂、水和色素,封入胶皮中的内容物包括以下组分:益生菌、低聚糖、奶粉和\或果蔬粉、膳食纤维、木糖醇、富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油、乳化剂、由香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂组成的其它食品添加剂;按美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊的总质量分数100%计,各组分质量分数如下:益生菌:1%-25%,低聚糖:0.1-5%,奶粉和/或果蔬粉:0-10%,膳食纤维:0.01-25%,木糖醇:2-10%,富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油:30-65%,乳化剂:0.5%-8%,由香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂组成的其他食品添加剂:0.01-2%,明胶:8-12%,保水剂:5-15%,水:6-14%,色素:0-2%。
特别地,所述美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,封入胶皮中的内容物还添加了植物精油,复配益生菌的使用,抑制口腔有害菌的效果更好,可以增强美白效果,给口腔带来芬芳,清新口气。
优选地,植物精油的质量分数为0.1-5%。
植物精油选自柠檬油、薄荷脑、玫瑰油、茉莉花油中的任一种。
所述益生菌选自副干酪乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸性乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、干酪乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌中的三种或以上。
所述低聚糖选自水苏糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚异麦芽糖中的任一种或两种以上。
所述膳食纤维包括燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、苹果纤维、水溶性膳食纤维、菊粉等。
所述富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油包括:葵花籽油、大豆油、核桃油、橄榄油、葡萄籽油、山茶油、美藤果油、奇亚籽油、紫苏油等。
所述乳化剂选自单双甘油脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、磷脂、蜂蜡等中的一种或两种以上。
所述保水剂选自甘油、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、变性淀粉、结冷胶、卡拉胶等中的一种或两种以上。
所述美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油加热到60-70℃,加入乳化剂,溶解完全后,加入奶粉和\或果蔬粉、膳食纤维、木糖醇,易吸潮的物料如低聚糖、香精等组成的其它食品添加剂和益生菌和\或植物精油等待内容物降温到40-45℃后加入,搅拌均匀,过胶体磨,搅拌降温,得到内容物;
2)制备胶皮:将水加热到55-60℃,搅拌溶解后加入明胶、保水剂、色素搅拌溶解后脱气,45-55℃静置待用,在45℃~65℃下,压片得到胶皮;
3)注射器的温度调整到35~50℃,将步骤1)得到的内容物灌注至步骤2)得到的胶皮内,压制后定型,干燥,灯检,得到目标胶囊。
本发明还保护所述美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊在美白牙齿的应用。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、采用益生菌,配方中益生菌的含量≥109个,可以调节口腔的微生态,对口腔的有害菌有抑制作用,可以美白牙齿,配合咀嚼型的食用方式,使得益生菌,木糖醇充分和牙齿接触,达到美白牙齿,清新口气的作用。
2、产品采用了三种或以上的益生菌复配使用,大大的增强美白牙齿的作用。
3、产品采用的灭活益生菌或者活益生菌,大大的拓宽了益生菌的形式。
4、产品中添加了植物精油,复配益生菌的使用,抑制口腔有害菌的效果更好,可以增强美白效果,给口腔带来芬芳,清新口气。
5、产品采用木糖醇甜味剂代替蔗糖,果糖,保证了产品的总糖达到无糖标准。
6、产品稳定性高,美味且方便携带,实现在咀嚼的同时美白牙齿,清新口气。
总之,本发明将具有抑菌和美白作用的益生菌复配使用,使其之间达到协同作用,增强牙齿的美白效果,同时产品稳定性高,美味且方便携带,实现在咀嚼的同时改变口腔的微生态,保护牙齿、美白牙齿、清洁口腔,清新口气,从根源上解决牙齿变黄的问题,而且可以增加用户食用产品的美味及乐趣。

一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,各组分质量分数如下:包括软胶囊的胶皮和封入胶皮中的内容物,其中软胶囊的胶皮包括以下组分:明胶、保水剂、水和色素,封入胶皮中的内容物包括以下组分:灭活或不灭活益生菌、低聚糖、奶粉和\或果蔬粉、膳食纤维、木糖醇、富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油、乳化剂、由香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂组成的其它食品添加剂;按美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊的总质量分数100%计,各组分质量分数如下:富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油49.3%,鼠李糖乳杆菌:0.5%,副干酪乳杆菌:1%,唾液乳杆菌: 0.5%,草莓粉:5%,酸奶粉2%,菊粉:0.4%,木糖醇2%,水苏糖:5%,单双甘油脂肪酸酯:2%,磷脂1%,明胶12%,甘油7%,微晶纤维素0.2%,水:12%,香精:0.1%。
所述护齿益生菌咀嚼软胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油加热到60-70℃,加入乳化剂单双甘油脂肪酸酯,溶解完全后,加入奶粉和\或果蔬粉、膳食纤维、木糖醇,易吸潮的物料如低聚糖和香精、益生菌待内容物降温到40-45℃后加入,搅拌均匀,过胶体磨,搅拌降温,得到内容物。
2)制备胶皮:将水加热到55-60℃,搅拌溶解后加入明胶,保水剂甘油和微晶纤维素,搅拌溶解后脱气,45-55℃静置待用,在45℃~65℃下,压片得到胶皮;
3)注射器的温度调整到35~50℃,将步骤1)得到的内容物灌注至步骤2)得到的胶皮内,压制后定型,干燥,灯检,得到护齿益生菌咀嚼软胶囊。

参考实施例1,不同之处在于副干酪乳杆菌用鼠李糖乳杆菌代替。
实施例1与对比例1对比可知,三种益生菌复配使用,具有协同作用,大大增强牙齿的美白效果。

一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,各组分质量分数如下:富含不饱和脂肪酸植物油33%,副干酪乳杆菌:10%,罗伊氏乳杆菌:5%,唾液乳杆菌:10%,蘑菇粉:1%,小麦纤维:2%,木糖醇5%,低聚半乳糖:0.1%,蜂蜡:2%,磷脂1%,明胶12%,变性淀粉5%,甘油:3%,水:10.7%,香精:0.1%,色素:0.1%。
对比例2:参考实施例2,不同之处在于副干酪乳杆菌用罗伊氏乳杆菌代替。
实施例2与对比例2对比可知,三种益生菌复配使用,具有协同作用,增强牙齿的美白效果。
实施例3:
一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,各组分质量分数如下:富含不饱和脂肪酸植物油58%,嗜热链球菌:1%,副干酪乳杆菌:2%,嗜酸性乳杆菌:2%,奶粉1.55%,燕麦纤维:2%,单双甘油脂肪酸酯:2%,蔗糖脂肪酸酯1%,低聚果糖:1%,明胶12%,甘油4%,卡拉胶:1%,山梨糖醇:1%,木糖醇:3%,微晶纤维素0.2%,水:8%,香精:0.1%,甜菊糖苷:0.1%,柠檬酸:0.05%。
对比例3:参考实施例3,不同之处在于副干酪乳杆菌用嗜酸性乳杆菌代替。

1.一种美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,包括软胶囊的胶皮和封入胶皮中的内容物,其特征在于,软胶囊的胶皮包括以下组分:明胶、保水剂、水和色素,封入胶皮中的内容物包括以下组分:益生菌、低聚糖、奶粉和\或果蔬粉、膳食纤维、木糖醇、富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油、乳化剂、由香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂组成的其它食品添加剂;按美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊的总质量分数100%计,各组分质量分数如下:益生菌:1%-25%,低聚糖:0.1-5%,奶粉和/或果蔬粉:0-10%,膳食纤维:0.01-25%,木糖醇:2-10%,富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油:30-65%,乳化剂:0.5%-8%,由香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂组成的其他食品添加剂:0.01-2%,明胶:8-12%,保水剂:5-15%,水:6-14%,色素:0-2%。

7.根据权利要求1或2所述的美白牙齿的复合益生菌咀嚼软胶囊,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维包括燕麦纤维、小麦纤维、苹果纤维、水溶性膳食纤维、菊粉;所述富含不饱和脂肪酸的植物油包括:葵花籽油、大豆油、核桃油、橄榄油、葡萄籽油、山茶油、美藤果油、奇亚籽油、紫苏油。
