Abstract
本发明公开了一种BOG回收再利用装置,包括LNG槽车和LNG储罐,LNG槽车和LNG储罐分别通过第一管道和第二管道连接气化器,气化器通过第三管道连接增压装置,增压装置通过第四管道连接顺序控制盘的进气接口,所述高压接口通过第一高压管道连接高压储气瓶,高压储气瓶通过第二高压管道连接加气机的高压进气口,所述中压接口通过第一中压管道连接中压储气瓶,中压储气瓶通过第二中压管道连接加气机的中压进气口,所述低压接口通过第一低压管道连接低压储气瓶,低压储气瓶通过第二低压管道连接加气机的低压进气口。本发明的优点:能够有效的降低成本,减少了对环境的污染,将BOG制成CNG出售,提高了利润。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及BOG的回收技术领域,尤其涉及一种BOG回收再利用装置。
背景技术
BOG 即Boil Off Gas,是指低温液体,如LNG(-162℃)、低温丙烷(-40~-42℃)、低温了烷(0~-2℃)等在储罐内吸收外界热量后挥发而成的气体。随着储罐内挥发气体的增多,储罐内压力不断上升,为维持储罐压力在允许的范围内,必须泄放以保储罐安全。但是如果将 BOG 直接排放到大气中, 造成资源浪费是相当可观 ; 据统计一座每天销售40吨LNG的加液站,一天排放BOG量为280-340kg、 损失金额达3300-4100元,一年的损失则达到百余万,浪费相当惊人;而且其温室效则是二氧化碳的21倍,周围环境的污染更严重。回收处理 BOG的方法有直接压缩送入输气管网、返补真空、代替氮气充填隔热层和再液化等几种。
直接压缩送入输气管网这种方法能耗大, 受下游用气量影响较大,适应性不强,而且BOG所携带的大量冷能消耗于压缩机的压缩过程,未得到利用,造成了浪费。
返补真空这种方法只能在一定程度上回收BOG,存在回收不彻底等缺点。
代替氮气充填隔热层这种方法的用量对于大型储罐日BOG量来说比较小,不能有效的解决BOG的排放。
再液化这种方法是将BOG引出后,经过压缩机增压,进而由再冷凝器冷却,将BOG重新液化为LNG返回储罐或气化后送入管网外输。但是对于中、小型的LNG加液站使用这种方式处理BOG,其技术复杂、成本相对较高,普及使用并不太现实。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种BOG回收再利用装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种BOG回收再利用装置,其特征在于:包括LNG槽车和LNG储罐,LNG槽车和LNG储罐分别通过第一管道和第二管道连接气化器,气化器通过第三管道连接增压装置,增压装置通过第四管道连接顺序控制盘的进气接口,顺序控制盘出气接口包括高压接口、中压接口和低压接口,所述高压接口通过第一高压管道连接高压储气瓶,高压储气瓶通过第二高压管道连接加气机的高压进气口,所述中压接口通过第一中压管道连接中压储气瓶,中压储气瓶通过第二中压管道连接加气机的中压进气口,所述低压接口通过第一低压管道连接低压储气瓶,低压储气瓶通过第二低压管道连接加气机的低压进气口。
优选地,所述气化器为空温式加热器或水浴式加热器。
优选地,所述增压装置为BOG三级压缩机。
优选地,所述高压储气瓶、中压储气瓶、低压储气瓶的容积比为1:1:2。
优选地,在所述第一管道、第二管道、第三管道、第四管道两端均连接一个阀门。
本发明的优点在于:本发明所提供的一种BOG回收再利用装置具有结构简单、易于实现等特点,科学、经济地处理利用BOG,避免BOG向大气排放,该装置还能够节能降耗、长期安全可靠运行,设备投入少,能够有效的降低成本,减少了对环境的污染,将BOG制成CNG出售,提高了利润。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种BOG回收再利用装置,其特征在于:包括LNG槽车1和LNG储罐2,LNG槽车1和LNG储罐2分别通过第一管道11和第二管道12连接气化器3,气化器3为空温式加热器或水浴式加热器。通过气化器3将LNG槽车1和LNG储罐2产生的BOG气化。气化器3通过第三管道13连接增压装置4,增压装置4为BOG三级压缩机。增压装置4通过第四管道14连接顺序控制盘5的进气接口,顺序控制盘5出气接口包括高压接口、中压接口和低压接口,所述高压接口通过第一高压管道15连接高压储气瓶6,高压储气瓶6通过第二高压管道18连接加气机9的高压进气口,所述中压接口通过第一中压管道16连接中压储气瓶7,中压储气瓶7通过第二中压管道19连接加气机9的中压进气口,所述低压接口通过第一低压管道17连接低压储气瓶8,低压储气瓶8通过第二低压管道20连接加气机9的低压进气口。
所述高压储气瓶6、中压储气瓶7、低压储气瓶8的容积比为1:1:2。在所述第一管道11、第二管道12、第三管道13、第四管道14两端均连接一个阀门。
在工作时,经增压装置4增压后的气体通过顺序控制盘5为高压储气瓶6、中压储气瓶7、低压储气瓶8进行充气,首先通过顺序控制盘5将低压储气瓶8的压力升至20MPa,然后通过顺序控制盘5将中压储气瓶7的压力升至22.5MPa,最后将高压储气瓶6的压力升至25MPa。通过加气机给CNG汽车进行加气。

1.一种BOG回收再利用装置,其特征在于:包括LNG槽车(1)和LNG储罐(2),LNG槽车(1)和LNG储罐(2)分别通过第一管道(11)和第二管道(12)连接气化器(3),气化器(3)通过第三管道(13)连接增压装置(4),增压装置(4)通过第四管道(14)连接顺序控制盘(5)的进气接口,顺序控制盘(5)出气接口包括高压接口、中压接口和低压接口,所述高压接口通过第一高压管道(15)连接高压储气瓶(6),高压储气瓶(6)通过第二高压管道(18)连接加气机(9)的高压进气口,所述中压接口通过第一中压管道(16)连接中压储气瓶(7),中压储气瓶(7)通过第二中压管道(19)连接加气机(9)的中压进气口,所述低压接口通过第一低压管道(17)连接低压储气瓶(8),低压储气瓶(8)通过第二低压管道(20)连接加气机(9)的低压进气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOG回收再利用装置,其特征在于:所述气化器(3)为空温式加热器或水浴式加热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOG回收再利用装置,其特征在于:所述增压装置(4)为BOG三级压缩机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOG回收再利用装置,其特征在于:所述高压储气瓶(6)、中压储气瓶(7)、低压储气瓶(8)的容积比为1:1:2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOG回收再利用装置,其特征在于:在所述第一管道(11)、第二管道(12)、第三管道(13)、第四管道(14)两端均连接一个阀门。
