Abstract

本发明公开了一种BOG回收至储气瓶组装置,包括LNG槽车和LNG储罐,LNG槽车和LNG储罐分别通过第一管道和第二管道连接气化器,气化器通过第三管道连接进气缓冲罐,进气缓冲罐通过第四管道连接脱水装置,脱水装置通过第五管道连接增压装置,增压装置通过第六管道连接顺序控制盘的进气接口,顺序控制盘出气接口包括高压接口、中压接口和低压接口,所述高压接口通过高压管道连接高压储罐,所述中压接口通过中压管道连接中压储罐,所述低压接口通过低压管道连接低压储罐。本发明的优点:本装置能够节能降耗、长期安全可靠运行,设备投入少,能够有效的降低成本,减少了对环境的污染,将BOG制成CNG出售,既提高了利润,又节约了资源。

—种BOG回收至储气瓶组装置
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及BOG的回收技术领域,尤其涉及一种BOG回收至储气瓶组装置。
背景技术
[0002] B0G 即Boil Off Gas,是指低温液体,如LNG(-162°C)、低温丙烷(-40〜-42°C)、低 温了烷(0〜-2°C)等在储罐内吸收外界热量后挥发而成的气体。随着储罐内挥发气体的增 多,储罐内压力不断上升,为维持储罐压力在允许的范围内,必须泄放以保储罐安全。但是 如果将BOG直接排放到大气中,造成资源浪费是相当可观;据统计一座每天销售40吨 LNG的加液站,一天排放BOG量为280-340kg、损失金额达3300-4100元,一年的损失则达到 百余万,浪费相当惊人;而且其温室效则是二氧化碳的21倍,周围环境的污染更严重。回收 处理B0G的方法有直接压缩送入输气管网、返补真空、代替氮气充填隔热层和再液化等几 种。现在直接压缩送入输气管网这种方法能耗大,受下游用气量影响较大,产生废气较多, 适应性不强,造成了浪费,不适合推广使用。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种B0G回收至储气 瓶组装置。
[0004] 为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案: 一种BOG回收至储气瓶组装置,其特征在于:包括LNG槽车和LNG储罐,LNG槽车和LNG储 罐分别通过第一管道和第二管道连接气化器,气化器通过第三管道连接进气缓冲罐,进气 缓冲罐通过第四管道连接脱水装置,脱水装置通过第五管道连接增压装置,增压装置通过 第六管道连接顺序控制盘的进气接口,顺序控制盘出气接口包括高压接口、中压接口和低 压接口,所述高压接口通过高压管道连接高压储罐,所述中压接口通过中压管道连接中压 储罐,所述低压接口通过低压管道连接低压储罐; 所述增压装置还通过第七管道连接废气回收罐,废气回收罐通过第八管道连接进气缓 冲罐,在第八管道上连接调压阀。
[0005] 优选地,所述气化器为空温式加热器或水浴式加热器。
[0006] 优选地,所述增压装置为B0G三级压缩机。
[0007]优选地,所述脱水装置为低压分子筛脱水塔。
[0008]优选地,在所述第一管道、第二管道、第三管道、第四管道、第五管道、第六管道、第 七管道、第八管道两端均连接一个阀门。
[0009]本发明的优点在于:本发明所提供的一种B0G回收至储气瓶组装置具有结构简单、 易于实现等特点,科学、经济地处理利用B0G,避免B0G向大气排放,该装置还能够节能降耗、 长期安全可靠运行,设备投入少,能够有效的降低成本,减少了对环境的污染,将B0G制成 CNG出售,既提高了利润,又节约了资源。

[0012] 如图1所示,本发明提供的一种B0G回收至储气瓶组装置,其特征在于:包括LNG槽 车1和LNG储罐2,LNG槽车1和LNG储罐2分别通过第一管道11和第二管道12连接气化器3,气 化器3为空温式加热器或水浴式加热器。气化器3通过第三管道13连接进气缓冲罐4,进气缓 冲罐4通过第四管道14连接脱水装置5,脱水装置5为低压分子筛脱水塔。脱水装置5通过第 五管道15连接增压装置6,增压装置6为B0G三级压缩机。增压装置6通过第六管道16连接顺 序控制盘7的进气接口,顺序控制盘7出气接口包括高压接口、中压接口和低压接口,所述高 压接口通过高压管道21连接高压储罐8.1,所述中压接口通过中压管道22连接中压储罐 8.2,所述低压接口通过低压管道23连接低压储罐8 • 3。高压储罐8.1、中压储罐8.2和低压储 罐8.3能够通过加气机供天然气槽车加气,或者通过CNG槽车运至其它天然气子站。
[0013] 所述增压装置6还通过第七管道17连接废气回收罐9,废气回收罐9通过第八管道 18连接进气缓冲罐4,在第八管道18上连接调压阀10。废气回收罐9用于回收增压装置6停止 工作时气缸与管路内的气体,避免增压装置6的带压启动。
[0014] 在所述第一管道11、第二管道12、第三管道13、第四管道14、第五管道15、第六管道 16、第七管道17、第八管道18两端均连接一个用于控制相应管道的阀门。
