本发明涉及丝绸生产的技术领域，尤其是一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠10～20份、碳酸钠10～20份、六偏磷酸钠5～10份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂10～30份、络合助洗剂1～5份、分散剂1～5份、丝素保护剂1～5份、水50～60份。该丝绸生产用精炼剂，配方合理，可以显著改善丝织物的滑爽手感，有效保护丝绸不受到损伤，提高丝绸的品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及丝绸生产的技术领域，尤其是一种丝绸生产用精炼剂。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展，人们的生活水平得到了快速的提高。人们生活水平的提高，导致人们的物质生活水平的高度也在不断的提升。丝绸，作为高端装饰品，也受到了很多人的追捧。在真丝绸印染加工中，为了体现真丝绸的柔滑手感和优良品质，必须对真丝绸进行以脱胶为主要目的的精练加工。精练过程还包括去除丝纤维上的色素、灰份、油蜡等污垢，改善丝绸的手感和毛效。真丝绸的精练方法主要由皂碱法、合成洗涤剂法、生物酶法等，丝绸精练剂的种类繁多，大多为一种或几种表面活性剂以及碱剂、螯合剂等的复配物。真丝绸精练加工时需要使用大量的水，水中的钙、镁离子往往会形成不溶性化合物沉积在织物上，影响精练后织物的手感。用水量大、对水质的要求较高，难以处理水中的钙、镁离子，必然要求精练剂具有抗硬水能力，以提升精练效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题，提供一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，配方合理，可以显著改善丝织物的滑爽手感，有效保护丝绸不受到损伤，提高丝绸的品质。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠10～20份、碳酸钠10～20份、六偏磷酸钠5～10份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂10～30份、络合助洗剂1～5份、分散剂1～5份、丝素保护剂1～5份、水50～60份。
进一步地限定，上述技术方案中，所述的含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂为AES、A五P、IXP、6501、OP- 10、MES、AOS中的一种。
进一步地限定，上述技术方案中，所述的络合助洗剂为焦磷酸钾、三聚磷酸钠、EDTA中的一种。
进一步地限定，上述技术方案中，所述的丝素保护剂为多元醇、多元氨、多元狡酸中一种。
进一步地限定，上述技术方案中，所述的络合助洗剂为有机磷酸盐络合剂。
进一步地限定，上述技术方案中，所述的一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其特征在于，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠15份、碳酸钠15份、六偏磷酸钠8份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂25份、络合助洗剂3份、分散剂3份、丝素保护剂2份、水55份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明提出的一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，配方合理，可以显著改善丝织物的滑爽手感，有效保护丝绸不受到损伤，提高丝绸的品质。
具体实施方式
在本申请中，采用丝素保护剂可以有效的保护丝绸过练和灰伤；采用油酸钠、碳酸钠和六偏磷酸钠可以使得原材料快速渗透、缓冲，络合、脱胶；采用含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂、络合助洗剂、分散剂、丝素保护剂可以有效的分散、静洗、抗沉淀。
本申请提出的是一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠10～20份、碳酸钠10～20份、六偏磷酸钠5～10份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂10～30份、络合助洗剂1～5份、分散剂1～5份、丝素保护剂1～5份、水50～60份。
其中，含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂为AES、A五P、IXP、6501、OP- 10、MES、AOS中的一种。络合助洗剂为焦磷酸钾、三聚磷酸钠、EDTA中的一种。丝素保护剂为多元醇、多元氨、多元狡酸中一种。络合助洗剂为有机磷酸盐络合剂。
实施例一：
一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠10份、碳酸钠10份、六偏磷酸钠5份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂10份、络合助洗剂1份、分散剂1份、丝素保护剂1份、水50份；其中，含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂为AES。络合助洗剂为焦磷酸钾。丝素保护剂为多元醇。络合助洗剂为有机磷酸盐络合剂。采用上述的配方制的精炼剂一。
实施例二：
一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠20份、碳酸钠20份、六偏磷酸钠10份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂30份、络合助洗剂5份、分散剂5份、丝素保护剂5份、水55份；其中，含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂为MES。络合助洗剂为三聚磷酸钠。丝素保护剂为多元狡酸。络合助洗剂为有机磷酸盐络合剂。采用上述的配方制的精炼剂二。
实施例三：
一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠15份、碳酸钠15份、六偏磷酸钠8份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂25份、络合助洗剂3份、分散剂3份、丝素保护剂2份、水55份；其中，含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂为6501。络合助洗剂为EDTA。丝素保护剂为多元氨。络合助洗剂为有机磷酸盐络合剂。
在丝绸挂练过程中，分别在同等条件下使用精炼剂一、精炼剂二和精炼剂三；经过研究发现，实施例三制的精炼剂三效果最佳。

1.一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其特征在于，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠10～20份、碳酸钠10～20份、六偏磷酸钠5～10份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂10～30份、络合助洗剂1～5份、分散剂1～5份、丝素保护剂1～5份、水50～60份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其特征在于：所述的含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂为AES、A五P、IXP、6501、OP- 10、MES、AOS中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其特征在于：所述的络合助洗剂为焦磷酸钾、三聚磷酸钠、EDTA中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其特征在于：所述的丝素保护剂为多元醇、多元氨、多元狡酸中一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其特征在于：所述的络合助洗剂为有机磷酸盐络合剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种丝绸生产用精炼剂，其特征在于，由下列重量份混合而成：油酸钠15份、碳酸钠15份、六偏磷酸钠8份、含聚氧乙烯醚链段的阴一非复合离子表面活性剂25份、络合助洗剂3份、分散剂3份、丝素保护剂2份、水55份。
