Abstract
无磷浓缩洗衣液由洗涤成分脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,烷基苯磺酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和助剂成分脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷、三乙醇胺、柠檬酸钠、有机硅氧烷、4,4′-双二苯乙烯衍生物、卟吩衍生物同水按比例配制而成。本产品不含磷,表面活性剂的含量是普通洗衣粉的两倍,pH值适中,适合低温洗涤,去污力强且有柔软、增白、漂白等多种功能。
Description
本发明涉及一种衣用合成洗涤剂,确切地说是一种无磷浓缩洗衣液。商品名白雪牌无磷超浓洗衣液。
在合成洗涤剂中数量最大的是洗衣粉,但发展最快的是液体洗涤剂。因为液体洗涤剂在品种、性能、生产工艺等方面较粉状、块状、膏状等洗涤剂有许多优点,尤其工艺简单、节约能源,所以国内外企业竞相开发。美国P&G(伯-格)公司为了开发液体产品,曾关闭了三个喷粉装置。据专家预测,不久的将来液体洗涤剂在数量上将超过洗衣粉和肥皂。
无磷化是合成洗涤剂发展中优先考虑的方向之一,而液体洗涤剂是实现无磷化的最佳途径。合成洗涤剂之所以有今天的成就,某种意义上得益于聚磷酸盐的应用。聚磷酸盐是一种重要的助洗剂,在有的配方中其含量甚至高达40%。然而日益恶化的生态环境严重制约了合成洗涤剂的发展。含磷酸盐的废水造成江河、湖泊的富营养化,使水草过分繁殖生长,消耗了水中过多的氧,导致水质恶变、鱼虾死亡。目前许多国家已相继立法限制或禁止使用磷酸盐。日本已有95%的洗涤用品不用磷酸盐。各国限磷、禁磷的趋势推动了磷酸盐代用品(目前主要是4A沸石)的发展,也大大促进了不用磷酸盐的液体洗涤剂的发展。
浓缩化也是合成洗涤剂发展的趋势之一。液体洗涤剂的浓缩化意味着其发展步入高层次的阶段,不仅去污力强、功能多、用量少,而且省包装、储运和管理费用低(《液体洗涤剂》章永年编、中国轻工业出版社、1993年3月第一版)。
本发明应顺合成洗涤剂发展的潮流,提供无磷浓缩洗衣液,旨在方便用户、保护环境。
本发明的洗涤成分、助剂成分和水是按以下重量百分比配伍的:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7) 10~15%
直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS) 7~10%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES) 6~10%
仲烷醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC) 3~5%
三乙醇胺(TEA) 1~2%
柠檬酸钠 1~2%
有机硅氧烷乳化体(SF-808) 0.1~0.5%
4.4-双二苯乙烯衍生物(CBS-X) 0.05~0.1%
卟吩衍生物(光漂白剂)(BBS) 0.02~0.05%
水 余量。
AEO-7是非离子型表面活性剂,具有乳化、润湿、去污、破乳等作用,在较宽的PH值范围和温度范围内都很稳定,抗硬水能力强,有同阴离子表面活性剂的相溶性。
LAS和AES是阴离子型表面活性剂,有优良的去污、乳化、润湿、发泡等性能,生物降解度>90%。
JFC是一种渗透剂,有助洗作用。去污过程是表面活性剂通过润湿作用取代污垢的过程,渗透剂可加速润湿过程,起到快速去污的作用。
TEA起增稠、稳泡作用,也有去污性。
柠檬酸钠是螯合剂,用来络合洗涤水中的钙、镁离子使水软化,一来节省洗涤成分,二为避免污垢在衣服上的沉淀,增强去污能力。螯合剂品种很多,可据不同的水质择优选择。本发明选择柠檬酸钠,因为它有调节PH的作用。
CBS-X和BBS配伍后可在冷水或温水中对纤维素纤维等具有高效增白、漂白作用,适合低温或常温洗涤。SF-808起消泡作用。
本发明中表面活性剂的含量相当于普通洗衣粉的两倍,不含聚磷酸盐,与浓缩型洗衣粉相比较其相对去污比值如下;

洗涤浓度0.2%,温度45℃,时间40秒,实验污布由中国轻工日化所提供。
本发明的低温(20℃)洗涤效果如下:

本发明中没有加入柔软剂,但由于选用了阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂相互配伍,其柔软性能亦相当好,见附图1。
本发明中选择不含氯的卟吩类衍生物作为漂白剂,不仅漂白效果好,而且有杀菌作用。因为这类漂白剂的漂白机理是新生态氧的强烈氧化作用。其漂白效果见附图2。
人体皮肤的PH值一般为4.5-6.5,若长期使用PH值过高的洗涤剂,会使皮肤干燥、皲裂,同时织物也会失去光泽、生产毛刺。PH值亦是衣用洗涤剂的一个重要指标。本发明的PH值与几种常用洗衣粉的PH值比较如下:

非限定实施例:
1、先于混合釜中投入50kg水,在搅拌下投入AE0-7 10kg,LAS 7kg,AES6kg,JFC 3kg,TEA 1kg,柠檬酸钠1kg,SF-808 0.1kg,CBS-X 0.05kg,BBS0.02kg,补加水21.83kg,搅拌均匀后便得到100kg产品,外观为澄清的透明液体。
2、取AEO-7 15kg,LAS 10kg,AES 10kg,IFC 5kg,TEA 2kg,柠檬酸钠2kg,SF-808 0.5kg,CBS-X 0.1kg,BBS 0.05kg,水55.35kg,操作同实施例1。
3、取AE0-7 12kg,LAS 8kg,AES 8kg,JFC 4kg,TEA 1.5kg,柠檬酸钠1.5kg,SF-808 0.3kg,CBS-X 0.08kg,BBS 0.04kg,水64.58kg,操作同实施例1。
Claims (1)
1、一种无磷浓缩洗衣液,由洗涤成分、助剂成分和水所构成,其特征在于各成分有以下重量百分比:EO数为7的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 10~15%直链烷基苯磺酸钠 7~10%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 6~10%仲烷醇聚氧乙烯醚 3~5%三乙醇胺 1~2%柠檬酸钠 1~2%有机硅氧烷乳化体 0.1~0.5%4.4-双二苯乙烯衍生物 0.05~0.1%卟吩衍生物 0.02~0.05%水 余量。
