Example 1: chinese medicine composition
The active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine compound with the functions of bacteriostasis and mite resistance are prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20% of fructus cnidii, 15% of gentian, 12% of radix sophorae flavescentis and 11% of bamboo leaves; 9% of peony, 8% of myrrh, 8% of liquorice, 6% of phellodendron, 6% of cortex dictamni, 2% of forsythia, 2% of radix stemonae, 0.5% of honeysuckle stem and 0.5% of sophora flower.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine compound comprises the following steps: weighing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to the weight percentage, adding 50-90% ethanol according to the mass ratio of the materials to perform reflux extraction for about 3 hours, filtering, settling overnight, treating with granular activated carbon at 60 ℃ for 2 hours, filtering with diatomite, centrifuging, and concentrating the materials at low temperature to obtain an extract, namely the traditional Chinese medicine compound in the embodiment.
Example 2: chinese medicine composition
The active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine compound with the functions of bacteriostasis and mite resistance are prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15% of fructus cnidii, 15% of gentian, 7% of radix sophorae flavescentis and 7% of bamboo leaves; 11% of peony, 11% of myrrh, 6% of liquorice, 6% of phellodendron, 6% of cortex dictamni, 6% of forsythia, 4% of radix stemonae, 4% of honeysuckle stem and 2% of sophora flower.

Example 3: application of traditional Chinese medicine compound
Weighing the traditional Chinese medicine compound extract prepared in the example 1, adding glycerol-water as a solvent (the mass ratio of the glycerol to the water is 4: 1), heating and stirring at 85 ℃ to dissolve the extract to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the mass percentage concentration of the mixed solution is 5%, stirring and cooling to 50 ℃, and adding 0.02% (mass percentage concentration of the mixed solution) of chelating agent disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 0.05% (mass percentage concentration of the mixed solution) of antioxidant BHT to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine compound product liquid.
Example 4: test of antibacterial Property
The antibacterial ability test of the traditional Chinese medicine compound product liquid (adopting the example 3) is carried out according to QB/T2738-2012 evaluation method for antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of daily chemical products-7.3 antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect test method (suspension quantitative method) for antibacterial daily chemical products, the action concentration is 1:1 and 1:1000, the action time is 5min, and the experimental result shows that the antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of the product on Candida albicans (ATCC 10231) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538) are shown in the following tables 1 and 2.

Example 4: anti-mite Performance test
The traditional Chinese medicine compound of example 1 was added to a base cream to prepare a cream containing 0.5%, 2% and 5% of the traditional Chinese medicine compound, and the in vitro resistance test was performed on demodex. Mixing the body of the mite and the face cream containing the traditional Chinese medicine compound, incubating in a 37 ℃ incubator, taking out the glass slide at regular time, observing under a microscope, recording the activity condition of the body of the mite, and taking the absence of movement of the jaw body, four pairs of feet and the end body of the mite as the standard that the mite dies; the control group was cream and 10% sulfur ointment without herbal composition. The results of the experiment are shown in table 3.

the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine compound comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the weight percentage, adding 50-90% ethanol according to the mass ratio of the raw materials to the liquid of 1:10 for reflux extraction, filtering for 3 hours, settling overnight, treating with granular activated carbon at 60 ℃ for 2 hours, filtering with diatomite, centrifuging, and concentrating the liquid at low temperature to obtain an extract, namely the traditional Chinese medicine compound.
