Description

Water-saving ornamental turtle feed and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to animal feed, in particular to high-calcium nail-beautifying feed for ornamental turtles and a preparation method of the feed.
Background
China is the country which is the earliest to raise turtles in the world, and documents are recorded since ancient times. The tortoise raised by the ancient people is used for divination, entertainment and appreciation and is used for drawing a tortoise poem. Before the 70's of the 20 th century, turtles were commonly found in the aquaculture market and the medicinal material market as food and medicinal. Beginning in the middle of the 80 s, people in partial leisure begin to breed turtles for family appreciation and recreation. In recent years, the ornamental turtle breeding industry has developed rapidly and becomes a sunrise industry of the fresh water breeding industry. The turtle industry is mainly expanded to the fields of cultivation, appreciation, tourism and culture from the past edible and medicinal purposes, and the turtle cultivation is widely accepted and accepted by turtle breeders and the common people.
The ornamental turtle is different from other fishes in the aquatic animals. Its survival does not rely on water, but does not leave water, has thick crust, breathes by lung, has large food intake, is fond of animal food, has short intestinal tract, has poor food digestibility and more excrement. Due to the unique physiological characteristics, in the daily breeding process of people, some people can feed meat strips, fish sections and shrimps; some of the feed can be fed with rice grains, steamed bread blocks and vegetables; some feeds purchased in the market can be fed, but a common problem is that the water body for cultivating the ornamental turtles is very easy to become dirty and muddy, the water body is generally changed once or twice, otherwise, the water body smells and mosquitoes are bred, and the ornamental turtles are poor in feeding, close eyes and shells, dull and rough turtles and even red body festers until the ornamental turtles die. The food intake is large, the digestion of food is incomplete, if the nutrition of food can not be absorbed by the viewing turtle, the half-digested food nutrition is discharged into the water body along with excrement, the half-digested food nutrition can be rapidly fermented and corrupted, and is converted into a large amount of harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen, nitrous acid, sulfide and the like, so that the water body stink is caused, and the normal living environment of the viewing turtle is influenced.
Therefore, the field needs a feed which meets the normal physiological digestion and nutrition level of the ornamental turtles, can ensure the complete absorption and utilization of nutrition, promotes the ornamental turtles to be beautiful, increases the ornamental value, and has extremely important value for the healthy cultivation and the wide popularization of the ornamental turtles.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the feed is prepared from various functional raw materials by optimized combination of the formula, so that the nutrition of the feed meets the physiological digestion and absorption requirements of the ornamental turtles, the nutrition is comprehensively absorbed, the proportion of residual nutrient substances in excrement is reduced, the pollution speed to the culture water body is reduced, the water changing times are reduced, and the purpose of water-saving culture is achieved.
According to the special ornamental value of the ornamental turtle, the organic calcium and the inorganic calcium which are convenient to absorb and have corresponding content proportion are added in the feed formula, and the selection of selectable functional materials promotes the healthy and strong body lattices, bright tortoise shells and obvious color lines of the ornamental turtles, so that the effect of improving the ornamental value of the turtle shells is achieved.

1.2 beef liver pulp
Weighing fresh beef liver (with large blood vessels removed), cleaning, cutting into blocks, freezing to be in a hard state, putting into a meat chopper, grinding into meat paste, simultaneously adding one time volume of water, 0.4 time (40%) of starch, 2 per thousand of lipase and 0.5 per thousand of papain, mixing uniformly, putting into a sealed container, slowly pouring into a 3-5 cm water seal port attached to the wall in the container and on the surface of the mixture, keeping for 7 days at 35-40 ℃, then adding 1 per thousand of amylase (relative to the weight of the fresh beef liver), stirring uniformly, standing for 48 hours at 35-40 ℃, and molding for use, preferably refrigerating for standby.
1.3 beef heart powder/beef liver powder
Weighing fresh ox heart/ox liver (with large blood vessel removed), cleaning, cutting into pieces, cooking, taking out, putting into meat grinder, stirring into meat paste, removing tendon and skin, mixing with wheat flour (2 times of wheat flour), making into granule with diameter of about 10mm (8-12mm), and oven drying until water content is less than 8%. Or micronizing the dried granules into fine powder (80-100 mesh) by a micronizer, and molding.
2. Turtle feed preparation and process requirements
Weighing and preparing corresponding raw materials according to the guiding amount of the formula of the turtle feed raw materials. Primarily mixing all powder raw materials except beef heart pulp, beef liver pulp, fish oil and chicken fat. Micronizing with micronizer to obtain 80-100 mesh powder.
And uniformly mixing the micro-powdered feed raw material powder with the beef heart pulp, the beef liver pulp and the fish oil according to a ratio, feeding the mixture into a bulking machine, bulking and granulating, wherein the pressure and the temperature of the bulking machine are required to be reasonably adjusted, and according to production requirements, the prepared bulked floating particles (the floating rate is required to be more than 95%) or bulked sinking particles (the floating rate is required to be less than 5%) are dried, and the water content is required to be less than 8%.
Finally, the prepared turtle feed puffed particles are sent into an oil spraying roller, and chicken oil is evenly sprayed on the turtle feed puffed particles according to the formula proportion. Cooling to room temperature, sealing and packaging.

As can be clearly seen from the experiments in the above table 1, compared with the traditional feed and the commercially available and marketable feed, the product of the invention ensures that the nutrition of the feed meets the physiological digestion and absorption requirements of the ornamental turtles through the optimized combination and the granulation process of the formula, ensures that the nutrition is absorbed comprehensively, reduces the proportion of residual nutrient substances in excrement, further reduces the pollution speed to the culture water body, reduces the water changing times, and achieves the purpose of water-saving culture; and according to the physiological and nutritional requirements of the ornamental turtles, a plurality of organic calcium materials and functional raw materials for promoting the brightness of the turtles and promoting the pigmentation of the turtles are added, so that the palatability is good, the limbs of the ornamental turtles can be strengthened and reasonably after the ornamental turtles are fed for a long time and used in the same culture environment, the turtles are bright, the grain color is obvious, and the ornamental performance of the ornamental turtles is improved.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
