Description

用于装卸的方法和运输车辆
本发明涉及一种用于装卸在轨道上可行进的运输车辆的方法以及一种运输车辆。
通过专利文献EP 1 083 262已知这种在轨道上可行进的运输车辆,其具有用于容纳散装物料的集装箱以及车辆框架。在沿车辆纵向延伸的地板传送带和与之邻接的、伸出超过车辆端部的转移传送带上实施第一散装物料传送。与此同时在与地板传送带相间隔的第三传送带上实施第二散装物料传送。这具有的优点是,能够在排空运输车辆的同时进行运输车辆的装车。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种前述类型的方法和运输车辆,通过这种方法可以改善散装物料传送。
所述技术问题按照本发明通过这种方法以如下方式解决,即,所述集装箱连同所述地板传送带和第三传送带围绕沿车辆纵向延伸的转动轴线相对所述车辆框架偏转,以便与轨道的横向倾斜无关地使所述传送带保持参照车辆横向的水平的传送平面。
通过如此偏转整个传送单元也可以在铁路弯道上与横向倾斜无关地保持传送带的水平的传送平面。因此能够可靠地避免在集装箱内和第三传送带上的散装物料朝铺设较低的钢轨的方向出现不利地集中。
按照本发明设计的运输车辆的特征在于,所述集装箱连同所述地板传送带和第三传送带设计为,通过偏转驱动装置能够围绕沿车辆纵向延伸的转动轴线相对所述车辆框架偏转。
通过集装箱的这种结构相对简单地实施的偏转,以有利的方式省去总共三个传动带的结构上耗费和麻烦得多的偏转。
本发明的另外的优点由从属权利要求和附图说明得出。
以下根据附图中示出的实施例详细描述本发明。在附图中:图1示出设置用于运输散装物料的运输车辆的侧视图,并且图2是沿图1中的剖切线II剖切运输车辆得到的简化的横剖面图。
图1中所示的运输车辆1具有通过钢轨行走机构2能够在轨道3上行进的、与用于容纳散装物料的集装箱4连接的车辆框架5。在集装箱4内代替底面布置有沿车辆纵向6延伸的地板传送带7。地板传送带7在沿传送方向的前端8处配有倾斜地设计并且伸出超过车辆端部9的转移传送带10。
此外,与地板传送带7相间隔的、沿车辆纵向6延伸的第三传送带11与集装箱4的上端连接。因此,可以在地板传送带7和转移传送带10上进行第一散装物料传送,并且与此同时在第三传送带11上进行独立的第二散装物料传送。将多辆这样设计的运输车辆1依次布置构成运输列车,其中,散装物料在连贯的传送路线上被传送(参见EP 1 083262)。
如尤其在图2中可见,集装箱4连同地板传送带7和第三传送带11通过两个转动驱动装置12围绕沿车辆纵向6延伸的转动轴线13相对车辆框架5可偏转。为此,集装箱4在与转移传送带10相邻的纵向端部14处通过两个沿车辆横向15彼此间隔的集装箱支柱16与车辆框架5相连。为了改变车辆框架5与集装箱4之间的距离d,每个集装箱支柱16均设计为通过两个偏转驱动装置12可伸缩地延长。集装箱4的与纵向端部14相对置的端部通过枢轴承20铰接地与车辆框架5连接。
由于已知在铁路弯道上轨道3具有轨道横向倾斜,由于在散装物料转移区域内的竖向落差线,散装物料朝铺设较低的钢轨的方向移动。这导致对物流产生消极影响。为了消除该消极作用,集装箱4连同地板传送带7和第三传送带11在启动两个偏转驱动装置12的情况下围绕转动轴线13相对车辆框架5朝铺设较高的钢轨的方向偏转。由此,与轨道3的横向倾斜无关地使所述传送带7、11确保参照车辆横向15水平的传送平面17。
为了集装箱4的自动偏转,有利的是,设有横向倾斜测量装置18以及与之连接的用于启动偏转驱动装置12和偏转集装箱4的调节/控制装置19。由此可以与轨道横向位置无关地保持水平的传送平面17。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于装卸在轨道上可行进的运输车辆(1)的方法,所述运输车辆具有用于容纳散装物料的集装箱(4)和车辆框架(5),其中,在沿车辆纵向延伸的地板传送带(7)和与之邻接的、伸出超过车辆端部(9)的转移传送带(10)上实施第一散装物料传送,与此同时在与所述地板传送带(7)相间隔的第三传送带(11)上实施第二散装物料传送,其特征在于,所述集装箱(4)连同所述地板传送带(7)和第三传送带(11)围绕沿车辆纵向(6)延伸的转动轴线(13)相对所述车辆框架(5)偏转,以便与轨道(3)的横向倾斜无关地使所述传送带(7、11)保持参照车辆横向(15)的水平的传送平面(17)。
2.一种运输车辆,具有在钢轨行走机构(2)上可运行的、与用于容纳散装物料的集装箱(4)相连的车辆框架(5)、沿车辆纵向(6)延伸的地板传送带(7),所述地板传送带在前端(8)处配有倾斜布置且伸出超过车辆端部的转移传送带(10),所述运输车辆还具有与所述地板传送带(7)相间隔的、沿车辆纵向延伸的第三传送带(11),其特征在于,所述集装箱(4)连同所述地板传送带(7)和第三传送带(11)设计为,通过偏转驱动装置(12)能够围绕沿车辆纵向(6)延伸的转动轴线(13)相对所述车辆框架(5)偏转。
3.按照权利要求2所述的运输车辆,其特征在于,设有横向倾斜测量装置(18)以及与之连接的用于操纵偏转驱动装置(12)并且使集装箱(4)偏转的调节/控制装置(19),以便保持参照车辆横向(15)的水平的传送平面。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的运输车辆,其特征在于,所述集装箱(4)在与转移传送带(10)相邻的纵向端部(14)处通过两个沿车辆横向(15)彼此间隔的集装箱支柱(16)与车辆框架(5)相连,并且为了改变所述车辆框架(5)与集装箱(4)之间的距离d,每个集装箱支柱(16)均设计为通过所述偏转驱动装置(12)可伸缩地延长。
