In the above embodiment, the first sensor and the sensor may be a sensor such as a gravity sensor, a laser sensor, or an infrared sensor, which can send corresponding instructions according to the movement of the vehicle carrying board 101, and the controller may only need to lock and unlock the first gear 102 according to the instructions sent by the first sensor and the sensor, which is not limited herein.

The first sensor of the self-locking mechanism is triggered and transmits a first instruction to the controller, the controller loosens the first gear 102 after receiving the first instruction, the motor 108 starts to work, the output end of the motor drives the second gear to rotate, the second gear drives the first gear 102 coaxially connected with the second gear to rotate, and then the vehicle carrying plate 101 where the rack meshed with the first gear 102 is located moves in a translational mode along the direction parallel to the bridge 104, and accordingly the vehicle carrying plate 101 integrally logs into the garage entrance support. When the vehicle carrying plate 101 which enters the garage entrance bracket contacts with the crash pad 112 on the crash beam 111 positioned on the inner side of the side beam 105, the sensor of the crash pad 112 triggers, the sensor sends an instruction to the motor 108 and the controller, the motor 108 stops rotating after receiving the instruction, and the controller locks the first gear 102 after receiving the instruction. When the vehicle carrying plate 101 needs to leave the garage entrance support, a first instruction is input to the controller, the first gear 102 is loosened after the controller receives the first instruction, the motor 108 drives the first gear 102 to rotate, further the vehicle carrying plate 101 where the rack meshed with the first gear 102 is located is driven to do translational motion, after the vehicle carrying plate 101 leaves the garage entrance support, the motor 108 stops rotating, the first sensor transmits a second instruction to the controller, and the controller locks the first gear 102 after receiving the second instruction, so that the first gear 102 does not rotate any more.
The beneficial effects of this application are: different from the prior art, the application provides a vehicle carrying board moving system. The garage entrance support is arranged below the vehicle carrying plate, a first gear is arranged on a bridge frame of the garage entrance support, the first gear is meshed with a rack on the back face of the vehicle carrying plate, and the vehicle carrying plate is driven to rotate with the first gear through a driving device, so that the vehicle carrying plate translates along the bridge frame direction. This application will carry the sweep setting on garage inlet port support, remove on the sweep at garage inlet port support, improved the mobility stability of system, and drive arrangement does not set up the counter weight to gear drive's reduction loss, and then reduced the occupation space of system.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a vehicle carrying system, wherein the vehicle carrying system comprises the vehicle carrying plate moving system, the vehicle carrying plate and the carrier.
The vehicle carrying plate is arranged on a garage inlet port bracket of the vehicle carrying plate moving system, wherein the vehicle carrying plate comprises a bearing frame, the bearing frame comprises a driving guide groove and a driving plate, and the driving guide groove is arranged on one surface of the bearing frame for bearing the gravity of a vehicle; the driving plate is arranged on the driving guide groove.
The carrier is used for carrying vehicles on the vehicle carrying plate and the vehicle carrying plate from the garage to a garage access port bracket of the vehicle carrying plate moving system or carrying vehicles on the vehicle carrying plate and the vehicle carrying plate from the garage access port bracket into the garage.
The parking system has the advantages that the parking board moving system, the vehicle carrying board and the carrier are combined, so that the vehicle can be deposited and taken out in the parking garage, the parking speed is improved, and the moving stability of the system is improved.

the garage entrance bracket comprises a plurality of upright posts and a frame fixed on the upright posts, wherein the frame comprises at least two bridge frames which are parallel to the translation direction of the vehicle carrying plate and are arranged at intervals, and two side beams which are perpendicular to the bridge frames and are fixed on the upright posts, and the bridge frames are fixed on the upright posts or the side beams; a rack is arranged on the surface of the vehicle carrying plate facing the frame at a position corresponding to the bridge;
the bridge is provided with a first gear which is meshed with the rack of the vehicle carrying plate at least when the vehicle carrying plate is moved;
the driving device is connected with the first gear and is used for driving the first gear to rotate so as to drive the vehicle carrying plate to translate along the bridge direction;
a plurality of bearing rollers are arranged on the bridge along the translation direction of the vehicle carrying plate, and the first gear is positioned at the front end of the plurality of bearing roller queues in the translation direction of the vehicle carrying plate;
a groove parallel to the translation direction of the vehicle carrying plate is formed in the contact position of the vehicle carrying plate and the bearing roller, and the first gear is meshed with a rack of the vehicle carrying plate positioned in the groove; the bearing roller bears the weight of the vehicle carrying plate, and the first gear does not bear the weight of the vehicle carrying plate;
the driving device comprises a transmission part and a motor, wherein the transmission part is connected with the first gear, and the motor drives the transmission part to rotate when in operation so as to drive the first gear to rotate.
2. The vehicle carrier plate movement system of claim 1, wherein,
the transmission piece comprises a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected with the output end of the motor, and the first gear is coaxially connected with the rotating shaft; or (b)
The transmission piece comprises a rotating shaft and a second gear, the first gear and the second gear are respectively positioned at two ends of the rotating shaft and are coaxially connected with the rotating shaft, and the second gear is meshed with or indirectly connected with the output end of the motor in a transmission way.
3. The vehicle carrier plate movement system of claim 2, wherein,
each bridge frame is provided with two parallel side walls and two bearing seats, the two bearing seats are respectively fixed on the outer sides of one side wall and are not higher than the bottom of the vehicle carrying plate, and the bearing seats are opposite to each other;
the rotating shaft is arranged in the bearing seat and penetrates through the bridge, and the first gear is positioned on the rotating shaft between the two parallel side walls.
4. The vehicle carrier plate movement system of claim 3, wherein,
the vehicle carrying plate moving system further comprises an anti-collision beam, the anti-collision beam is located on the inner side of the side beam on one side of the garage entrance support, the height of the anti-collision beam is not lower than that of the vehicle carrying plate, an anti-collision pad is arranged at the upper end of the anti-collision beam, facing the vehicle carrying plate, and is used for being contacted with the side surface of the vehicle carrying plate, and preventing the vehicle carrying plate from being flushed out of the frame along the direction parallel to the bridge, wherein a sensor is further arranged on the anti-collision pad, the sensor is used for sending a command to the driving device when the vehicle carrying plate is contacted with the anti-collision pad, and the driving device stops driving the vehicle carrying plate to translate along the bridge direction according to the command.

the bearing seat is provided with a self-locking mechanism, the self-locking mechanism comprises a first sensor and a controller which are connected with each other, when the vehicle carrying plate is on the garage entrance support, the first sensor transmits a first instruction to the controller, the controller loosens a first gear after receiving the first instruction, after the vehicle carrying plate leaves the garage entrance support, the first sensor transmits a second instruction to the controller, and the controller locks the first gear after receiving the second instruction, so that the first gear does not rotate any more.

The vehicle-carrying plate moving system according to claim 1, wherein the bearing rollers on the bridge frames at two ends of the frame are provided with annular protrusions at one ends far away from each other, the annular protrusions are coaxially connected with the first gear and the bearing rollers, and the inner sides of the annular protrusions are used for limiting the vehicle-carrying plate.

the carrier is used for carrying vehicles on the vehicle carrying plate and the vehicle carrying plate from a garage to a garage access port bracket of the vehicle carrying plate moving system or carrying vehicles on the vehicle carrying plate and the vehicle carrying plate from the garage access port bracket to the garage.
